Very Professional; I understood their process and they were even nice enough to dumb it down for me to understand what was needed for my truck. I was recommended by another auto shop. Hopefully I dont have to go back.

Won t rip you off and actually offer great service. Is busy all the time so don t feel the need to do extra unnecessary work just to make money. They are professional, on time and fair/honest. Please never change we need more honest places like these

Everyone I've dealt with at supreme is very friendly and helpful. I brought my car in because it had an exhaust leak. Granted, my exhaust system is cheap I'm sure as it was modified by the previous owner. Regardless, they said they could sleeve the area where it split and was coming apart. While they didn't charge very much for the repair, it was still leaking and my car was running poorly. I called them and let them know, and they invited me back to fix it at no charge. After that it was still leaking, and honestly I looked at it before and after and it didn't look like they touched it. I was able to get a stock manifold to replace the one which was leaking, and the photos shown are the welds done at supreme. It got me by for a little while, but I would've almost rather they tell me they weren't able to repair it than do such a bad job. They didn't seem to even drop the headers to do the repair as the pics show the topside of the pipe. Definitely giving 2 stars as they are very friendly there, but I wouldn't recommend them after seeing this example of their work, unfortunately.

These guys fixed an exhaust problem other mechanics couldn't find over the course of a few years. They made my older more vintage ride so much more enjoyable again. With a second trip they were confidence inspiring after fuel delivery issue caused by me rather than the vehicle. I plan to have them doing much more work to my older truck when I get back into New Orleans. It's such a good feeling to find mechanics familiar with older vehicles. Thanks Jay!

These guys were awesome. Not only did they complete my job on time, but completed it ahead of schedule. I was able to get my truck back the same day! Plus, everyone there has a great attitude and treats everyone with respect.

After much research, I decided to go with a Stealth Hitch for my 2022 Audi Q7, and the nearest recommended installer was Supreme Muffler in Metairie. Overall they did a pretty good job, but my vehicle immediately registered some software and sensor issues. Took another whole day off of work to have them diagnose it and they claimed to have found nothing. Turns out they were not completely forthright about removing and using a specific fuse for the electrical towing rig and I had to incur additional expense (and another half day off) at the Audi dealer to correct and clear the errors. So I would recommend them.....cautiously.

Before bringing my car here I had taken it to two other mechanics who could not diagnose the problem. I had heard good things about this shop, but thought that they only worked on exhaust systems. Well, it turns out that they are a full service repair facility and an extremely good one too. They have the heart and the brains to tackle even the hardest jobs. They are extremely accurate in their diagnosis and precise in their repairs. I am especially grateful to Jay Mooney. His knowledge and professionalism made explaining my car problems to him very easy. I m also grateful to the technician who took the time to do an excellent job at repairing my car. Thank you Supreme!

Fast service, great price. They welded in all new 2 inch exhaust, a muffler, a resonator, brackets, and a custom stainless exhaust tip for my classic car. I dropped it off at 8AM and it was ready by 1:30PM the same day. $550 after tax for quick, high quality service.

I was getting ready to pay over $1,000 for a hitch service until someone recommended this place. Not only did they do a fantastic, swift job....they push my vehicle up to the top of the stack after learning I would have to stay near until they finished. These guys are done of the best people you can meet and it overflows in the services! Instead of paying nearly $1,200 somewhere else...I ended up paying around $400 for the same job. This is the place to go if you need a trailer hitch for your vehicle.

These guy KILLED IT! I went in not knowing anything about what I wanted except I wanted it to sound good. Jay guided in the right direction. Was worried about putting exhaust on my older car. Let me first say that Jay and his guys are the best in town hands down. All the work that they have done on my vehicle has been and is top notch. They work quickly and are my go to guys in Metairie. I don t usually go to the dealer because these guys have more than earned my respect and my trust. So please don t hesitate to call them up or bring your vehicle on by. Supreme has done work for me in the past and I had them put a full exhaust on my 1963 AMC Rambler. The work was exceptional and the pricing is good. There is no reason to go anywhere else in the city for exhaust work.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I needed a trailer hitch installed on my 2018 Rogue. My obvious concern was the ability of my Rogue to be able to pull a small U-Haul Trailer. Supreme Muffler was professional from the start. They even asked me what I would be towing. When the hitch they quoted me was not available, they called and requoted a hitch that was available. The installation was outstanding and is not a leg knocker. I was very pleased with the entire experience.I made my move without any problem, thanks to this shop.I would recommend Supreme Muffler for anyone needing a hitch. They will do it right the first time.

I had an exhaust system installed very fast and quality work.easy to talk to staff and took time to make sure I get the sound and style I want. Had a problem with my rims getting scuffed very Minor. They took time to look at footage. They denied it happened of course and I know they did it because I checked before I dropped off but instead of a he said she said match the company voluntarily offer to pay for it. Stuff happens but can't ask for much more than that from a company. 10/10 for work performed.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Supreme Muffler. My Corvette sat at a dealership for two months due to the lack of availability of the OEM muffler. I researched available muffler shops. Supreme Muffler was highly rated by previous customers. I stopped in the shop to discuss my situation with Jay, who was very honest with me about the availability of OEM parts for my car. Every positive review of Jay is spot on. He explained that my option, at the time, was to have a custom build of the muffler system. I finally brought the Corvette in for the custom build on a late Wednesday afternoon. Jay offered some nice options for the exhaust tips. The car was ready by noon the following day! The sound of the car is now fantastic, exactly what I had hoped for. Expert customer attention, expert installation, and attention to time were greatly appreciated. I will bring as much of my business, as well as others, to Supreme Muffler. Remember, as others have stated in their reviews, Supreme is a full service mechanic shop. Im the owner of an HVAC company with 4 trucks. All of my vehicles go here and nowhere else. They have been working on my stuff for years. No one else will touch my vehicles and I recommend them to my family and friends anytime I hear they need a mechanic. These guys are THE guys. After uhaul screwed me over, they had my parts ordered and installed in less than 48 hours! Awesome customer service and such clear communication! One of the staff even walked me through how to fix my car key lolPLUS by some strange coincidence, 3 days later, I was trying to back my trailer into a parking spot, a stranger stopped to help me and TURNED OUT TO BE THE GUY WHO INSTALLED MY HITCH! So so nice!Thanks, team!

Supreme replaced the catalytic converter stolen from my motor home and installed trailer hitches on both my cars. They did a great job each time and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any of their services. They are good people to work with.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Had a hitch installed on my Camry, which is obviously an unusual install. Good price and quick service, but after picking up the car I noticed some of the bolts were not installed on the passenger side of the hitch. After checking with eTrailer, Curt verified the bolts needed to be installed. I called Jay and they fixed it no problem. Would recommend this solid crew. Willingness to make it right at no cost to the customer is a sign of a great business.

I have brought in 3 of my vehicles so far to Jay and Brian at Supreme Muffler shop. The communication and service is impeccable.The craftsmanship and detail is first class. Their body shop has fixed extensive damage two 2 of my cars and my friends car as well. The repairs came out perfect each time.I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family members.
