This place is great. They've always done right by me & my car. Their prices are really reasonable & they work really fast. Also, I'm a woman. They talk to me like I have a brain (which I do. And, a good one too)

I brought my vehicle to Sterling Auto Repair, On Monday, August 08, 2022. Reason being; The Actual Horn Component became inoperable; In Addition, My Engine Light came on. This was an Emergency, As No-one, Should be driving with an Inoperable Horn, and Glowing Engine Light. I returned to Sterling Auto Repair today, To Pay my bill and Retrieve, My vehicle. I'm So Impressed with this Corporation!!!! It is Huge in Size, and in Customer Service, Because, The Staff Most Assuredly, Make you feel Welcome and Comfortable, In leaving your vehicle, In their Experienced and Confident Care!!! Kendrich, Who is the Unique and Talented Mechanic, Who repaired my car; Performances are to be Commended!!!! I just keep running into "Front Runners"!!! Though, We Must ALWAYS REMEMBER; "OUR HEAVENLY FATHER"; IS "OUR #1 FRONT RUNNER", AND WILL TAKE 1ST PLACE, OR "no place". "AMEN" May The Owner, Staff and Their Family Members of Sterling Auto Repair; "Continue To Be "BLESSED"!!!!!

Brought my car here to get fixed and they had it for over a week. I got my car back and they charged me about $4000 for repairs that WERE NOT EVEN MADE. I was having the same troubles with my car before i brought it there so i called and brought it back. Turns out that they DID NOT FIX MOSTLY ANYTHING. The coil packs they said were new did not even come in yet but they said they changed them. My car was still leaking oil when they said it wasn't anymore. They said they put all new tire sensors but somehow they were still bad because my light was still on (they probably just charged me and didn't even change them). 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They will take your money for parts time and labor and not even do the work. Definitely would make sure any car that has been there is double checked before leaving to make sure they actually did the work you were charged for.

Company was efficient and communicated with me effectively after being serviced through my car insurance through its app when my car needed to be towed from New Orleans to the Westbank after becoming disabled.

Who likes to go to the auto repair shop? No one, but when you find a good one you don't want to let them go. Ryan Sterling has been my mechanic for over 10 years now and I trust him and his choices of employees. Highly recommend!

Sterling technicians have taken great care of my family's cars for years, and we are thrilled with their work. A paint job one car needed recently was done so well the car looked like new. They are as fast and efficient as possible, and so pleasant to work with.

I'm so happy I ditched the dealership repair shop and went with these guys instead. Very happy with their work. Definitely will be returning for my next maintenance job. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had to get towed from New Orleans east to slidell. The technician was extremely friendly and braved Mardi Gras traffic to get to me. Very happy with the service and would recommend them if you need a tow!

Took my car for estimate and they said they started working on it and I owed $600 dollars then told me they wouldn't get me my car til I paid them.
