We all know it can be hard to build trust with mechanics. As someone who frequents dealerships, I know prices add up and you have to triple check their work. On the contrary, Speedee delivered with fast service, excellent customer care and the best prices in town. Michael and his team have now gained a loyal customer.

Came in for an oil change and had the pleasure of meeting the guys (and gal) here. Michael made me feel really comfortable about what was done to my car and what he recommended, without being pushy. I don t think it took more than 25 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for future tune ups! Thanks again for the Southern Hospitality!

Totally fantastic! I walked in and I kinda knew what was wrong already with my AC blower. Rusty to the rescue! He was able to track down the part I needed (AND picked it up). Installed in the blink of an eye and reasonably priced where my bank didn t break! This place is speedy (which is an understatement!), professional, and comfortable. I m pretty sure I d still be waiting for the dealership to deliver the part to the store if it hadn t been for Rusty and his crew. So accommodating, courteous, and friendly. I was able to get my ac fixed before that legendary New Orleans summer. Thanks yall! I ll be seeing you for my next oil change!

Have been taking my vehicle to various SpeeDee locations for years. This location was fast, friendly and professional. Less than 20 minutes for oil change, in the door and out. Will be back.

I was skeptical at first. First time being there. Been going to my personal mechanic for 25 years. They were consistent on prices and information which I go by. Impressed with everybody, Mike, Rusty, Chris.

Hunter, Mike, Joshua, Chris and Isaiah were AMAZINGGGG!!! They went above and beyond to make sure my cars oil problems were fixed before leaving. I would be without a car right now if it weren t for them!! They will always have my business

It used to be when I took m6 car in for an oil change, everythinh was checked belts, filter tires, etc. This time, just an oil change. I asked them not to change the wiper fluid though, and they did it anyway. NEVER not had the 10 pt. check or whatever it's called. For $100+, I was a bit taken aback

My first time getting my car service for a routine maintenance check up and they were very nice from the beginning to the end. My maintenance guy, Mike, explained everything to me in great detail on what I needed done to my car and although I wasn t expecting to spend more than what I thought I was going to pay for, it was worth it because of the customer service I received from him and the nice lady, Karen, and others. I recommend getting your car serviced at SpeeDee. Thank you all for your awesome service and expertise!

This place has really turned it around since Bubba took over. The customer service is stellar and they are upfront and honest with me. Troy is a top notch mechanic and always does good work on my vehicle. The lady Karen who works inside is also a sweet heart. Price is higher than other Speedee stores in the area. The quote on mechanical was about $500 more than other mechanic shops in town and the list of recommendations that were already taken care of at another location was ridiculously long. The staff seem robotic in their service review. I will not be returning, my 10 minute oil change took 30 minutes due to them getting estimates for work I already had done.

I had an unscheduled visit after my rearview mirror fell off the windshield into my lap. This is about the 4th time I have had this happen and every other repair shop reattached it but, was loose and only a matter of time before it happened again. I was immediately greeted and taken care of, They fixed the mirror and did an exceptional job. I will go out of my way to visit this location whenever my car has needs in the future. Customer service was A+ 100!
