My1st time using thiscompany.It was so much better than i expected, I was astounded.very professional, polite staff who knew thier business.As a single Senior female i was delighted to be treated so well. I felt well cared for& customer service over the top.The rim & tire are great.This was all reasonablypriced.Mr Wayne was terrific. I will be back !

Great service! I brought in my trailer that needed 4 tires like yesterday. They changed them out and back on the road in record time with a great price to boot! Highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I can t say that I m just a little satisfied with the service I recited from southern tire, let me explain . After purchasing rim n tires, I tried contacting two different sales personnel about a question I had regarding my mew rim purchase, after numerous attempts and no response, I just gave up! That s not the he way you should do business.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Southern Tires for over 25 years and not just for tires. I've had other mechanical needs done as well. I TRUST that they will be fair in price and give me the best professional service you can ask for! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've told family members and friends to switch to Southern Tires! Thank you, Donna Wallace.

Was told their wheel guy was a guru of rims. Reached out with a picture of what I was looking for and was sent a list of basic rims off the website. Never tried to help, never seemed liked they wanted to help. What a shame, could of been a good customer looking for custom rims. Would not recommend if looking for rims, spend your time looking elsewhere because this place doesn't seem to care and you will be wasting your time.

Great bunch if guys. Every time I call, I'm able to get an appointment either the same day, or if it's too late or not convenient for me, I can get one later in the same week. Most places in the area don't have enough technicians and make you wait several weeks.This place is pretty much a full service mechanic shop. They do more than tires, way more.

Over the years I've shopped around town for quotes and I keep finding myself going back to Southern Tire more often than not. They've saved me money by actually fixing what's been wrong with my cars rather than other businesses saying something has to be completely replaced (which of course would cost hundreds of dollars more). The other plus is they are not a huge national company so it's nice to help out a "smaller" business.

Every time I go into Southern Tire, everyone is so nice and helpful! I like the staff! Julie and staff always treat me with kindness! Toby does a great job on my car too!

I have been going to Southern Tires for years, getting my sister's handicapped van worked on even more than my own card. They are full service, genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just as did happen this morning, I always seem to be pleasantly surprised at the price too. For an older single woman, such a reliable place, conveniently located and with good hours is a genuine God-send. Thanks Charlie and Toby.

I got great same-day service. I needed 4 new tires. They got me squared away in one day t a reasonable price for a quality product. The service workers were very polite and informative too. I felt cared for and respected. Perfect experience. And I can already tell how much better my car rides on the road. I'll go here for all of my tire needs in the future.

I don't care how great the reviews are I waited for 8 hours to take and get someone to tell me that I needed my tire Cork in they proceeded to Cork the tire without my approval so when they brought my car after the 8 hour with nothing but the tire Corked ,I was like why when you let me know so I can buy a new tire and it was a big whole thing I have been going there for 15 years never had bad service

Customer service was outstanding! Julie was so very helpful in assisting us in choosing the best tire value from a good selection of brands & information on each choice of tire. Installation was on time, prices are competitive, and she even helped w/ filling out the rebate form for us. Definitely would recommend them and will return when family needs to purchase tires again.

Professional, friendly employees. They finished my car in one day. A week later they called me and said I was overcharged and I could come back in to get a refund on it. It was only about $30, but I felt like that was a very honest thing they did. I feel confident to bring my vehicle back again.

I had never done business with this location until today! Unfortunately, I spent just about the entire day with them, however; ALL of the employees there went above and beyond for me while I was there. Even offered me food! My first conversation was with Andre over the phone. I then encountered Brian and Julie! THESE ARE TOP NOTCH employees and treated me extremely well!!! I would recommend this business highly to anyone who needs services that they perform!!! GREAT JOB GUYS! I will be back!!

Had a shuttle bus in to hopefully do a full checkup on everything. Two months later, not much done. During the first month, month in a half, it sat there and I called persistently because was/still on a time crunch to move. Got it back and only tires and fluids done. Nothing more. Filter was still there and crust to hell and possibly bringing to another place to make sure nothing else was done there was wrong. Oh and some wiring is wonky, like back inside lights. Along with inside cup holder part inside still not put back together. I've seen such good reviews in hopes, but honestly highly disappointed. Oh and also got to call sometimes only to have to be hung up multiple times throughout calling the month so that was nice. REPLY: I was never updated unless called and when updated, you guys never worked on it. Or had someone hang up. You never said electrical was severe. You said you guys were ordering a part to put in, but after two weeks, called and you never did so I went to pick it up. All you did was change tires and nothing more. Checked things when I got it back and even a filter was dirty, but guess that was not seen. So if you want to lie in your reply, I can keep on replying as well.

Best experience. I brought my tire to get plugged because there was a nail in it. Mr. Charlie assist me with my transaction and explained everything to me. Extremely polite and courteous. The prices are reasonable and they work at a fast pace.
