Brought my 2015 Camry (179k miles) for some possible AC work with no appointment a couple of weeks ago. One of the mechanics (friendly guy, glasses with a beard, didn't catch his name) talked with me for a few minutes, told me to come back in a few days so they could check my freon on both sides and give me a proper diagnosis. After assessing everything on my return, Shawn came out as well and gave me the tough news... New compressor needed. Within 48 hours he had me in and out, and now I can finally beat this heat in my car again. Great work. Super friendly. First time using this business. Moved from out of state and had trouble with the A/C in my 10 year old SUV. I was dreading the cost to fix, seeing a new compressor in my future. Instead Mr. Shawn evaluated and diagnosed my problem as a bad sensor. I am very happy with the quick fix and accurate evaluation. I do recommend his shop.

Shawn was hired to change a water pump on my 2002 dodge ram 1500 with a 4.7L v8. His employee did the job for him and used rtv gasket maker on top of the o-ring gasket that came with the new water pump. When I called Shawn about having issues with the engine running hot at high speeds (above 60mph) he assured me that it HAD to be a clog in the radiator. I have since changed the thermostat 2 times and the fan clutch 3 times along with the heater core I knew that nothing was wrong withe the radiator because my truck wasn't having this issue when it was brought to him. I called him today 02/22/2022 to let him know what was found out about the water pump and all he had to say was that it would take an awful lot of rtv to clog a radiator or thermostat. However it takes only very little to clog up an engine block passage. Please don't ever trust your car to this shop as they do half-hearted work just to get your money and don't want to stand by their work.Services: Engine repair, Air conditioning

Shawn was extremely up front over the phone going over all of my options and their various costs. Made quick work of a full AC repair and kept to his original quote. Fairly priced for great work! I brought my 2010 Pathfinder to Shawn's shop to have a freon leak and an oil leak repaired. Shawn and his team had it repaired perfectly within a day replacing ac line o-rings and the oil cooler gasket at a great price. Shawn is a super nice and honest person and he runs a great shop. I just had the most pleasurable car maintenance experience with Mr. Shawn. As soon as I got off of the phone with him after explaining my AC issues, he made me feel comfortable in knowing that he knew what he was doing. He told me to bring in my vehicle the very next day and knew what the problem was within 15 minutes. He brought me out to the car and showed me everything and explained in detail what was going on. He called in for the parts and fought hard to get the most affordable price. He was even patient in waiting for me as I made calls to my dad and brother to validate my issues. Overall, my AC is now fixed and I am pleased with Mr. Shawn s professionalism and expertise. As soon as you have a conversation with him, you can tell that he is a good person and is an honest mechanic. I have already recommended him to friends. Shaun is an honest man. The shop and the other mechanics are good people. Came in for my ac going out. They did all my work and had me with ice cold air in 1 day (I wear a sweater in my car now lol). Shaun hooked me up with some pointers on my vehicle and also a 2 year warranty. I couldn't thank them enough and my puppies are happy being in the car. Thanks again Shaun's auto and A/C repair. I found Shawn on a google search when my AC compressor, Honda CRV, went out, in so hot month of July. Called a few places and no one would even consider looking at my car for at least 2 weeks. Shawn pretty much diagnosed the problem right over the phone. He squeezed me in to his busy day, explained all he would do and quoted me a price. I got my car back quickly and am so pleased with the work Shawn did. He and his team are kind, professional and do an amazing job. Seriously, especially women, who are sick of getting the run around, being over charged and just feeling so overwhelmed when your car needs repairs - - - call Shawn. I knew Shawn's shop was the one to go with when it took him all of 10 seconds to diagnose my AC issue. I dropped my truck off at 9:30am and the job was completed by 3:30pm the same day. My air was out for about 3 weeks & I went to Firestone first..was told I had 2 bust pipes (come to find out, it was only 1) had to pay $50 just for them to tell me what the problem was & the total price to fix my air would ve been $730ish. So to make a long story short.. I came across Shawn s went soon as they opened & the job was done before 3pm! I m still new to the area so I m very cautious in where I bring my car but everything was GREAT; professional,affordable & really explained the job. He also suggested a few other repairs which I ll be returning for so my first impression won t be my last. Thanks!!! Service: Air conditioning

My AC suddenly stopped working one evening so I messaged the business over Yelp. Shawn himself messaged me back the same night and gave me a number to call the next day to figure out a time to bring in my car. After speaking to him on the phone the following morning, he told me to bring in the car whenever was convenient for me so he could take a look at it. I dropped the car off around 10:45am and it was diagnosed and fixed by 3:30pm the same day! While I was waiting, he also called to update me with the repair status, which I appreciated. He was very mindful and accommodating of my busy schedule as a student. Price seemed reasonable to me (especially given the timeliness, excellent service, and communication).Service: A/C installation & repair

I found this place from simple Google searches because my a/c in my car (2004 Corolla) was working only occasionally (I would hit a bump and the air would stop working, I'd turn the car off and when I turned it back on the air wouldn't be working) and finally it had stopped turning on at all. I called, Mr. Shawn listened to my description, told me what he thought it was, told me to come in TODAY (he had cancelations due to bad weather) and he assessed it, ordered the part, showed me the old part and tried to change a headlight that was missing on my car (for free), and he had my air FIXED in a matter of ~30 minutes or less. Good price as well (less than I was mentally preparing for). Besides the excellent car service, he and the few workers I encountered treated me with respect and no inappropriate attitudes or looks, which matters when you're a young woman taking your vehicle to a previously unknown mechanic. TWO THUMBS UP. (he said they also do other car repairs besides just air. Will come back if my car gives me more trouble)Service: Air conditioning

Brought my 2016 Ford F-150 over to him when it was leaking antifreeze. Shawn gave me an estimate to change water pump and recommended changing the thermostat. He was still cheaper than two other places I called. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take and had it finished earlier than expected. Mr. Shawn and the other mechanics fixed my A/C in this incredibly hot weather. They did an amazing job, works better then when I got this car. Also, I am a short young woman and he didn t try to pull one over me. He explained what we was doing and broke down the prices. Went to get my AC system vacuumed down and filled with R134 and they couldn t have been nicer. They even fit me in for an appointment the same day that I called for an estimate. Highly recommended

Same day visit, no wait, cold A/C. Went mainly to get my A/C fixed but also got an oil change. Will definitely be back for any mechanic work, especially during the cooler months because they were not busy at all.Shawn explained what he was checking and why throughout the process, as well as the general prices of the equipment and freon so I knew what I was paying for. I called with an AC problem at 8:30 am during a excessive heat warning! I drove home at 12:45 the same day with cold air the guys couldn t have been nicer or more efficient! and I drive a damn hoopty ! nothing uppty about these down to earth guys! I highly recommend this shop! Shawn has done work on my vehicle twice for unrelated problems and he s done amazing work both times! I have several family members that go to him and they ve all been happy with his work as well!!
