I literally paid half to get a big Nick repaired in my windshield then I would have at another local place in Metairie. I am very pleased with the job that was done and I was there in a total of 15 minutes. My windshield is back to looking amazing!! Thank y'all so much!

Good experience overall. Very easy to communicate and fast service.My car is old and had some rust in it, they called me to inform and fixed the issue for me.

Excellent job and great service. Had a rock hit my windshield on I-10. Pulled off onto clearview and came straight here. My windshield was fixed in 15 minutes. Thank you so much Lisa for the great customer service.

Went in to, I guess SEAL I don't know but I had a chip in my windshield and needed it repaired before it spread into a whole crack.They took care of me real QUICK.And were very nice about it.I was told if the chip DOES spread into a crack within one year after purchase.The money I spent to get the chip repaired will be used against my windshield repair.Hope that makes sense.Great job yall

This place should be called in and out auto glass . The service was so fast and well done. I called a few days before explaining my situation- guy trimming grass , rock hitting my car window while I was driving! The gentleman I spoke to explained that my car is very new and they still don t sell windows wholesale so I have to go to the dealership, order it and bring it to them to put on. He even told me the price, gave me estimate for the installation. I ordered the window, called few days later and told the I use my car for work so I can t leave it for longer than an hour. He arranged for me to go first thing in the morning and the guys will install it while I wait. It took 30 min !!! I drove in they were waiting for me, installed the window and I was out before 9 am. I am very pleased with the service and the price was good too. Give them a try if you need a window replacement. Won t be disappointed.

I had a rapidly growing crack in the windshield of my F150 that needed quick attention. I called around and got prices in the $900-$1000 range from the national names we ve all heard of. Not happy with the price, I called the Ford dealership who referred me to the local company they use Service Plus. I can t say enough about the helpfulness and professionalism I experienced with Service Plus. I made a 9:15 AM appointment and I was driving away before 10:00 AM. These guys know what they are doing and only charge you for what you need. Needless to say, they saved me a lot of money and time.If I could give them 6 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Service Plus! Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions and worked with me to get my windshield repaired. Will definitely use these guys for all my auto glass needs.

For all my auto glass needs over many years, , the team at Service Plus Auto Glass has given me nothing but A++ at every phase.It s happened to all of us at some point, whether windshield , window, or other broken auto glass (cracked). Damn rock !!Out of pocket, they have the best prices.Likewise for your insurance, as some glass can be more expensive, may be worth it to make a comprehensive claim on your insurance policy. Your insurers would rather you riding clean anyways, trust me !!!.Either way !! Service Plus AG will treat you like family.,3 days before Xmas, today. I had spoken with the owner at 10AM bc I needed a back windshield replaced on my BMW 7 series.By noon he had my glass ..and by 7pm I was cruising again clean and clear as day out the back !! Service Plus AG treats each car like their very own when it s in their hands. Craftsmanship on the work, you won t be disappointed. Insurance or out of pocket, you want it done right when you need your auto glass back at 100. Service Plus AG has you covered.

Great service, highly recommend! Called on Friday about a small crack on my windshield, they told me to come in whenever to get it taken care of. Showed up Monday morning and was out of there in 20 minutes. I hope my windshield doesn t get another crack, but I d use them again if it happens!

Friendly lady who answers the phone and coordinates appointments! That s a big deal to me, because if I call a place and the staff sound miserable, that turns me away real fast! Also, got a next day appointment, was done in less than an hour and when I arrived no wait time! I read reviews before I go anywhere! They were like 30-40 dollars more than other local shops, however, still way cheaper than safelite. Read the reviews on the other local shops.... wait time of 3-4 hours, mess ups, leaks, etc.... reviews are pretty self explanatory! I choose this place because of their good reviews and left satisfied just as I thought I Would. Also, my house was right down the street. So it was very convenient.

Quick service, well done job, and it is $100 cheaper then safelight. Someone broke into my car in New Orleans and it was a stormy weather so i had to find someone to repair my window as quickly as possible. I looked up reviews and this place was highly recommended. I called first thing in the morning 7:30 am Mr. Ed was there to help and gave me estimation right away and said i can come right now. Everyone was sympathizing from mechanic who took my car to people inside ms.Lisa. There were three more customers coming right at this time and we all left within and hour . Caring people and good job.

A small company---but huge service and extremely friendly. Had a break into car today, went there to arrange glass repair, planning to leave car there. FIXED THE SAME DAY! Stephanie was extremely friendly and cooperative, Ed. offered to drive me home while window was repaired, Steve the owner said he would fix it within 1/2 hour, so I stayed and he was an expert doing it. I was so impressed with everything. I am an ordinary person, but they sure made me feel special. Dr Jack Andonie,

Had the windshield replaced on a 2022 international. In and gone in an hour!!!! Cash, card, comcheck or EFS check. Awesome place and the team there is friendly as well as professional!

Needed a windshield on my civic in order to get a brake tag. I got an appointment with them that Friday for it to be changed in the lot at my office. The technician was very nice and finished exactly when he said he would. I've had no problems with the install and they were $100 cheaper than safelite. I will definitely recommend them.

Needed to have my windshield replaced. Chose them based on the reviews and their proximity to my address. Coordinated with them an early morning appointment and they took care of it. Great job.

Friendly staff, fast service, less expensive than many others. Unfortunately I went in for a chip repair in my windshield that was small and had no run or spiderweb, just simply a chip in my windshield. After less than a 5 days it began to run across my windshield. Now I need a new windshield because from New Orleans to Biloxi it developed a 28" crack straight across my windshield.

WOW!!! What superb service!!! They picked up my car, replaced 2 windows and the windshield, put rear view mirror back, brake tag and dropped it off in perfect condition in one day!!!

The price was amazingly reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Safelite was a hundred dollars more plus I would have been on a waiting list. Technician was very nice and very fast, I highly recommend them to anyone.

Called in at 8 am on Monday morning to get a shattered window replaced , they came by my house at 10am , had it done by 11am! Great customer service , great price (much lower than what Safelite quoted me), would recommend

This is the 2nd time I've used their services for a chip repair. They are fast and friendly and a local business that is cheaper than the national chain repair place.I got a nasty ding in my windshield on a 2,700 road trip, somewhere in Illinois or Wisconsin but brought it to them right away when I got back. I'm not sure if the repair will hold because glass is unpredictable in that regard, but it should at least keep me from getting a new windshield soon.When I do need a new windshield, I will get it from them.

I love this place they let you watch whatever you want to see on T.V. while you wait and they don't take long at all. They put a new windshield in my car at an affordable price and was so fast I was not finished watching T.V.

I like to thank Steve Klein for fixing my mirror on my windshield. He fix it when the original company who installed it, would not even come look at what happen. I will not use any other windshield company again I want someone who is honest. THANK YOU VERY MUCH STEVE.

A bunch of friendly people and the prices is real reasonable go there before you go to any other else to get an estimate on your windshield you back when your side window they are reasonable I went to five different auto glass company someone told me check this place out in Metairie Louisiana and I did and the quote they gave me one day I went back the next day and had that windshield put in I already had that much saved stay charged me under $400 and that was cheap compared to the other glass companies that I got an estimate

$70 less than Safelite for a small chip repair! Great guys, very nice and helpful. Totally recommend.
