Walked in and met Lee. He took the time to research what I wanted and came up with some rims I was very pleased with. Lee has excellent service and the prices are legit. Tires also have a warranty which was a plus. Very happy with my purchase.

i went into rimtyme based off reviews and was not disappointed. walking in was overwhelming with the vast assortment there but was greeted by LEE who took the time to help find what i was looking for. working together to find common ground was met with smooth and earnest business. they were able to accommodate me the very next day going above and beyond what i expected. i will be returning for any more specialty needs and will definitely encourage friends and family as well. i never write reviews but this place, and mostly LEE, deserve one. not many genuine people left in the customer service industry but LEE was aces. (i would post how badass these look on my vehicle but i would rather not share that publicly.)

Did anyone other than me and few other people feel scammed by their in house finance Service. No one mentioned in 90-day I'll be paying double for the rims after paying 2600. Inbox me and I'll definitely bringing this to (ATTENTION) To drop the hammer on owner

Don't know anything about rims or my own car for that matter. Had an idea of what I was looking for. Anthony knew what it was before I even told him. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole process a lot easier. Very happy with what I got and the time it took to get it. Real people over there, from my experience. Keep up the good work.

Danny is the MAN! I was very passionate about what I was looking for, and he listened to what I wanted, provided me with the goods at a great price, AND linked me with someone to get follow up adjustments done to my liking!! He & Lee worked their magic, and their customer service was the best ever for dealing with such a large investment! I will continue to go to them for my after market needs! Thanks fellas!

My guy Anthony and Lee well the whole staff that was there the day I visited 1/20/22 I've had nothing but problems with the tire's the rims are fine but every month scene 2/12/22 I've had to buy three new tires! Went somewhere else and haven't had any problems the tires from rim tyme kept bubbling up and going flat.

Purchased a full set of rims and tires from this establishment recently and would 100% recommend to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the GM Danny was attentive and extremely helpful with me finding the rims that fit my style and vehicle. Beyond satisfied with the entire experience. 10/10

I called here out of the blue I had a cracked rim ,cracked all the way thru.I told him what size tire I had and what rims I had . They took my car in that morning matched rim without seeing car . My car has aftermarket rims that are not made anymore and they matched it great . Price was good , time it took awesome . These guys are great !!!

I came into the door expecting someone that wouldn t get my vision but the salesman was very attentive and professional and I wold definitely recommend this Establishment located in New Orleans on Airline road. I can honestly say that they took VERY GOOD CARE OF ME & My VEHICLE!!!They are very friendly and understanding and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your tires. I purchased some wheels for my Dodge Avenger and I ve purchased wheels a lot since the 90 s but I can positively say that this was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE IVE ENCOUNTERED purchasing wheels!!! The management and owner is about his business and will do right by you. There is a huge selection and they are all very fair and affordable. The quality of the tire and Rims are great and what they should be. You will be there for over an hour but it is because they do their job right and are very attentive to detail. You will not leave disappointed. I've been there twice with 2 different rims and have yet to be disappointed. If you want great quality customer service and tires and rims that also look amazing Rimtyme is the place to go. Stop by the Airline location in New Orleans!!!

Man the help I got in here was absolutely A1! Got stuck on the side of the road last night. Was able to leave my car overnight without any issues. They had plenty of tires in stock with mechanics that knew what they were talking about! Gave me the entire rundown. Fixed my issue underneath my car that I had no idea about and provided a great price on tires. Highly recommend

I got new tires put on here and they beat Firestone prices by A LOT. Friendly and quick service. I can t recommend them highly enough. I ll be back!

At first I didn't know what I wanted. The manager asked me questions and helped me figure that out. I decided on smaller wheels, which aren't really the popular kind, and so, are pretty much the only kind that's not kept in stock there (they have a huge inventory). The manager ordered them for me. They arrived very quickly. My car was taken care of promptly and everyone was kind and attentive. I'm very satisfied!

Aaron and Louis was very helpful and friendly and help me with purchasing 2 sets of spike lug nuts for my vehicles. Very friendly and clean and nice place. They will be getting more services from me.

These guys are AWESOME! I recently bought a set of tires from them and... 1) They were able to get the exact size that I needed. 2) They got them very quickly (they had to be ordered due to being a unique size). 3) Their prices were WAYYYY better than any of their competitors in town. They also mounted and balanced the tires on the rims for free. One of their competitors wanted to charge me $150 to do the same thing these guys gladly did for free. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable and their customer service was excellent. Ramone, who assisted me, went out of his way to help in any way he could...Thank you again, sir!The next set of tires I buy will definitely come from RimTyme...can't recommend these guys enough!

I wouldn't advise anyone to come here they gave me a financing option which if you don't pay it off within 3 months the price doubles... I had 26s on my truck they didn't balance them well my whole truck was wobbling it was a 2021 Titan then I took the rims back they put the lugs they used on the rims on my original factory tires and the dealership had problems taking the lugs off and 2 of my factory lugs were MISSING ...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone stay clear if you know what's good for you!!!!

I bought rims and tires from here in June. They were okay for a while, until one cracked within a month (I ve had rims before & this is the first time this has happened). I called & asked if they did any type of warranties or repaired rims to which they replied no. I also asked if they would buy back the rims or give me a discount if I buy four new ones & took these back to which the salesman would not work with me on. I m extremely disappointed after just spending hundreds of dollars on rims. So be careful buying rims from here, the customer service is trash.

Great service from a guy named alberto.They were able to work with me to order special rims and put them on in a timely manner.While we waited we were able to wait in their wait area which was very clean and comfortable.I would definetly recomend this to anyone looking to upgrade.
