My vehicle was brought in for A/C repair. I was told it would be a few days to diagnose. After TEN days I went over there in person and was told that there WASN T a problem with my A/C but they wanted to run more tests. After ANOTHER ten days they claimed they still couldn t find a problem and I was to come get the car. About two hours later I got a call saying that they DID find an issue but would have to order a part. A few days later they called to say the $500 part didn t fix the problem and that I needed a $3,200 part. I was now without a car for three weeks so asked for a loaner (which they gave me). Five days later they called to say my car was ready. I drove over there to find that my car had been trashed. The interior was horrible; dirt all over the front passenger seat, my console was scratched up, and my tire rim had a gauge out of it. I had my car detailed the day before I brought it in so it was pristine when They received it. Your manager came out and told me that my dogs caused all that damage. My dogs do not get in my front seat (there is a guard that separates them) so that could not have happened. Then they told me that the damage on the passenger seat was due to wear and tear. My car was used to commute the causeway with only one person in the car and that was me. If there was any wear and tear on the seat, it would be on the driver side and there was no damage there at all. The manager also said that the gouge in my wheel was there when I delivered the car and he showed me a picture that supposedly was taken when I dropped off the car showing the damage. However, the damage in the picture I took was in the 11 o clock position and the picture he showed me was also in the 11 o clock position. What are the odds of the wheel being in the exact same position when I dropped it off as to when I picked it up. your service people tried to gaslight me and would not take responsibility for the damage they caused to my car. I am done with your establishment

Very good experience!. I love Tina, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The appointment was easy to make and I was taken in right away. The waiting area was comfortable with coffee and drinks available. The service manager, Ryan, is always there to assist with any issues that may arise. He is the epitome of work ethic traits. His attitude, character and communication along with respect and teamwork is the perfect model that Ray Brandt Infiniti strives to ensure.

It was a typically great experience at Ray Brandt Infiniti. Service was quick and reliably well done, and their diagnostic inspection highlighted a few things we should watch, but for which service/replacement were not immediately necessary. I appreciated that so much.

You guys were prompt in addressing the noise (after an oil and engine filter change) and now my car is purring like a kitten again. Thanks guys! To all of the staff (including the vehicle detailing guys) I say thanks bunches and I ll be seeing you all for my next oil change.

Pros: Clean location. Appreciate the free coffee, water and WiFi. My service tech was really friendly.Cons: 3% service charge when using a credit card. With the added expense on top of high prices, you may be better off finding another service shop. I know I plan to shop around.

I typically rate the experience a 5 for their great service. The last experience was great with the exception of the removal of a body trim that I specifically called to inform them not to remove. I cannot get a resolution and uts very disappointing.

From the moment I walked into Ray Brandt Infiniti for service on my QX 60 I was treated like royalty. The work on my vehicle was done on time. The staff was friendly. Gary in service department could not have been nicer and bent over backwards to any requests that I had. a highly recommend and continue to recommend Ray Brandon Infiniti to my friends and family. Ray Brandt added new clips to the trailer hitch cover. After a few weeks, the cover fell off somewhere on the highway. Ray Brandt is ordering another trailer hitch cover and will call after it is painted for installation. I hope the issue will be resolved soon, as the suv does not look good without the trailer hitch cover.

The mechanic also noticed that I didn t have any power and with future inspection he repaired my throttle body . I was so thankful because I had been telling someone about it for over a year and a half but it was never checked. So be sure to thank him again for me. I had an emergency appointment for a tire replacement and was asked if Porsche could keep my car to change the door rubber which had been impeding the soft close. I agreed. Therefore my car was at the dealership for 2 days and the door rubber was not addressed. It has taken 3 complaints and appointments about this issue for the techs to acknowledge there was a problem.Additionally, the dealership is not taking appointments until Nov. 20th for no -emergency issues. Therefore, I will be inconvenienced again on Nov. 20th for tbe door rubber, a mirror issue that has been reported on two other occasions, a hesitation issue (also previously reported), and the new chirping sound I hear when I start my car.As much as customers pay for these luxury cars, the customer service should exceed our expectations. However, I am NOT impressed and frankly, extremely disappointed in the dismissive and lack of concerns of the techs. They have not been thorough or concerned enough about my issues and have inconvenienced me numerous times. The last time my car was serviced, Porsche kept my car for ONE MONTH without a loaner. This is completely unacceptable!!! I hate bringing my car for service at Porsche!If I could have rated the service a 0 I would have. Lucky for Porsche, that was not an option.The problem is NOT the service team, b/c Brittany is awesome at her job. However, this is a management and tech issue. Fantastic service! Intake was quick. No waiting at my assigned time. Loved the text communication with a link to the service estimate to approve. I was even able to ask questions is text before approving the estimate. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Every employee who walked by was friendly. They have Starbucks coffee available on demand and other refreshments while waiting. They texted me when my car was ready and had it ready for me to drive off. Great experience- would highly recommend.

Tina was really great. She got me in quick and took a lot of time to work with warranty co to get as much paid for as possible. Was really accommodating and helpful and really cared. I thought it was a great experience. She got my car back quickly as well.

I set an appointment, brought my car got in and once there we went over my scheduled services. I was there for maintenance services, as well as, an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wait but based on what I was getting done, I feel the services were completed within a decent timeframe. I always bring both my vehicles there for a since of security. Thinking they will do what s expected. They can t seem to do the minor things like clean the battery post. On the work order it says it was done. If you can t do the minor things how can I be confident you done any thing right. I called the service manager and even sent pictures to has email. Worst Infiniti dealership customer service experience. Even with an appointment, be prepared to leave your car there for at least a week to get any kind of diagnostics performed. Staff didn t even communicate with me as to the status of my service. I had to call in nearly 10 days later to hear anything. This is a big departure from the kind of customer service I was accustomed to having lived in the midwest for so many years. Otherwise, the location is nice and the actual service work itself was on par with others.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C replacement, Oil change

The buying experience was wonderful! The experience afterwards is a little of a let down. It s very hard to get your car in if there s an issue. Once there, they are very nice and accommodating, it just takes awhile. I ordered a tire and no one ever let me know if it came in or not. The guy called and said it was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, so I called the next day and the lady I spoke with said they would call when it came in. I travel for work and they were aware that I was riding around with a compressor in my car bc I had to keep putting air in the tire. A week later, I called Firestone in Covington, they ordered the tire and 1 day later I had a new tire. I was in and out in an hour.I do LOVE my car though! I understand they are probably short on staff, but the experience of Ray Brandt should be from the moment you buy the car until you don t have it anymore.

I was extremely happy until after spending about 1300. For several checks repair and recalls. Well two days later my battery was dead and I had to replace it. You would think after all the checks and service they would have checked the battery. My undercarriage cover became loose and was dragging when I hit dips in the road. They got me in quickly and repaired the problem. Very professional and courteous. Great experience.
