The work itself was good, however they were not good about updating me on the progress of the car I was the one who had to call for weekly updates. I brought the car on January 2nd and my car was not returned to me until February 14, due to this I spent hundreds more on a rental.

Horrible service. Kept my car for 3 months. I ve had to bring the car back 5 times. They currently have it and I don t know when I ll get it back.UPDATE: After promising the car by the end of the week, I got a call telling me the the insurance company had declared the car totaled. 14 months of waiting to have my car totaled To make matters worse, Ray Brandt is claiming that I never paid my deductible. They required me to pay the deductible before they even began work. This company is a nightmare.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

Can not recommend this collision center highly enough. I was in a bad accident in March, and we initially thought my car would be totaled. At the last minute, my insurance called me and said Ray Brandt would take it on. It was a bad wreck, so I was nervous that my car would never be the same.I picked it up on Monday, and my car looks and runs like a dream.But more than that-- after dealing with insurance companies who couldn't give me a straight answer, I was blown away by the customer service at Ray Brant. Especially a woman by the name of Stephanie Stout. She called me every week like clock work to give me up to date information on my car. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she went and immediately found out and called me write back.I had never been in an accident before and she made me feel at ease and walked me through every step of the process with humor and grace; I appreciate her and the rest of the customer service team at Elmwood so much. Thank you Stephanie and company!!!And the mechanics did a wonderful job. Despite needing new doors and a million other parts, my beloved car runs like new. While I hope I don't have to go back soon (for obvious reasons) I would wholeheartedly recommend Ray Brandt and Stephanie Stout and team to anyone who genuinely loves their automobile and first rate customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car here through an insurance claim due to a flood, they made the process easy and worry free. They are good about keeping you in the loop of what's going on with your car and are super friendly. I picked my car up today, and was super pleased with the way its running and how clean it it. They do wonderful work and you can tell they take pride in their work.

UPDATED REVIEW**I had my car repaired by Ray Brandt Collision and found myself underwhelmed by the repair job. My initial review was on this experience. Although it took a bit of communicating back and forth, Belinda had me bring my car in to check out the work that was done. Upon looking the car over, she immediately apologized for the service that was done and was set on working around my schedule to repair the area with my complete satisfaction. I'm not quite sure it's realistic to expect any business to perform at perfection 100% of the time. However, a lot is to be said about a business that takes accountability when a job misses the mark the first time. The customer service at this location is incredible. They kept me updated on my repair and on the schedule around its completion.Belinda, I am grateful for your attention to detail and for upholding high standards of service. Thank you to the entire crew for this job.

Wow. I had the roughest time dealing with all of the issues with my car accident. I had never been in an accident and had no idea who to turn to. Valerie and Al both made my experience just that much more okay with their beyond exceptional gratitude and appreciation for their customers. Valerie always answers the phone with a smile & willingness to help in any way she can. You are awesome & I appreciate you. Thank you Al and Ray Brandt for making this part of my experience the least stressful. The work is amazing!

Great people! They take the time to go over your vehicle thoroughly go over your damages, estimate the cost and then go over everything with you in an understandable way. When I placed a call to Ray Brandt Collision, Mr Paternostro told me to bring my car in when I was ready and Belinda would take care of me. When I walked un, Belinda knew it was me and I didn't even tell her my name. Belinda then had Valerie assist me with my vehicle. A big huge thank you to Valerie for providing excellent Customer Service. Her vehicle knowledge was incredible and I felt confident that I was going to be taken care of. She took wonderful care of me and addressed any concerns I may have had a long the way. Thank you to the team that repaired my car as well. They did beautiful work. Hopefully, I won't need repairs anytime soon. But, if I do, I will definitely be bringing it to Rsy Brandt Collision.

Excellent facility. Clean and organized. The staff are professional and friendly. Great environment. The quality and experience is fantastic. Was told repair would take 10 days. Actually took three weeks. Work done is fine, but repeated unmet promises of delivery were exhausting. First time we used Ray Brandy Collision Center on Airline. Doubt we'll use them again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

@goauto_insurance YALL DO NOT USE GO AUTO IF YOU WANT ANYTHING DONE , WE STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR SINCE 10/4/21 , went to @raybrandtcollisionairline 2/7/22 AND WE STILL ARE WAITINGAND THEY DO NOT HAVE LOANER CARS!!!!!!!, *UPDATE CAR WENT BACK IN JUNE 2023 FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND STILL ISN T FIXED . Same claim from 10/4/21, same issue and it s July 2023 . Car went to the shop 2/2022-5/2022, again after that idk days, again 6/2023 until 7/2023. Idk what to do at this point
