I have been waiting on a battery to come in for almost 6 months. No one has ever contacted me about it . I hate the service department because they take too damn long to do nothing. Collision center Not open on Saturdays as stated on website. Customer service is the absolute worst. The nicest person I ve encountered was the receptionist. If I could give them a zero star , I definitely would!

Garbage service center lied to me about how fast it could be seen, that the shuttle could drop me off at my home and wasted my day I took off work to handle this. Said it could maybe be resolved within 3 days. In the meantime, how am I supposed to get to work, I have a job...? Mechanic also racist dog whistled that I shouldn't go to the location in the East. Embarrassing.

Three hours for an oil change... no explanation. No reasoning. Not even busy. Asked for a status after two hours and the rude receptionist told me I'd need to find the woman I gave the keys to and ask her. But the other employees love to clown around and joke with each other all afternoon while customers are waiting in plain sight. A joke

Kept calling my mom for months about getting her car brought in for an oil change as she is currently dealing with cancer treatment. Her car has moved, and its an oil change.... doesn't health issues mean leave them alone until they can I don't know DRIVE. Rude.

Had an appointment set in advance. I showed up for my appointment. I was told they were too busy to meet my appointment, I could leave my vehicle and maybe have it completed before the end of the work day. I received no notification call, or offered another scheduling date. I understand you re busy, but have take a breath and remember everything is going to be okay. Approach your customers cause you did not with me. Have empathy for the situation you put your customers in, and apologize. We were met with rudeness and frustration.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I purchased a new car battery, which is working perfectly. The employees were very professional and helpful. The employees were obviously very busy with lots of customers, but it didn't take long for them to install my new wonderful car battery. They also washed the outside part of my car, which was absolutely beautiful.

They have a service dept?AAA towed my car there after it broke down. I got a phone call that evening at close to say they received it and would check it out. Then the next day, nothing. I called three times and left messages with no answer or call back.

My first time visiting Premier Nissan was for an interview. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed into open arms. I was able to park right in front of the new car sales floor, and I noticed handi cap parking is available. Plenty of seating is available inside of the store. My father worked for Nissan for about 40 years, and their cars prove quality & longevity, in my opinion.

Premier Nissan service is definitely the place that I will not go with my car I'll trade it on something else before I go back to those liars. Brought my Nissan in for a recall over a week ago nothing has been done they tell me they are waiting on the part I called Nissan International they are all hook to the same computer system they have no order for parts from my vehicle at this dealership I talked to them and had them rush the order should be here Friday I'm hoping to see someone repair it Friday I've been renting a car for over a week now at the cost of $300 a week and they don't care anything about all of that they're not working on my vehicle ever again

My 2020 Nissan Altima starting shutting down on me say malfunction before the engine stopped. I called service and the young lady could care less. I explained that was my sole form of transportation and she insisted I take a 3 week appt time with no loaners available. I was already having a bad day her lack of concern made it worse. Once I made it there and requested a different car fearing malfunction in the future they wouldn't even talk to me ... these are the same people that treated me great while purchasing the vehicle!

Had my vehicle serviced there recently. Unhappy with the time it took, the lack of communication and service received. A week after having them "check everything" the engine light came on.

Thumbs down. At first,! Well I finally got my second key for my car. At first there was a problem but thanks to a very courteous and helpful Customer Service Rep. And a very nice CSR at Corp. Headquarters things came out all right. The problem was not the Dealer, but the key making business. All worked out in the end. Thanks Premier Nissan for a very nice vehicle and again thanks to the CSR there who helped me.

Aweful!!! If it weren't for the cashier (an older lady) and the one mechanic that was nice...I would say throw the whole nissan away!!! Im a very patient and understanding person. But the customer service for maintenance was horrible. It started from the lady who does the scheduling. She was horrible and she did not do what she said. The communication was horrible. I love nissan cars. But that day they made me not wanted to purchase not another nissan.

My truck was stalling and they kept it for almost for two months. I would call and it was almost imposible to talk to the service department. I had to visit the place a couple times and they mechanics are very rude. The only nice guy is the shop top mechanic.( old white guy with a beard)

Knew would be edit! Try again to post. Paid for the maintenance of truck when I bought it. 2nd oil change dark and don't feel like synthetic oil it's should be, but this time around they didn't take out the airdam bolts and throw them away. 1hr means closer to 2hrs ,this probably won't get to post either! Sales personnel wonderful, service writers polite,something obviously goes wrong in the doing. Buy your car and go !

Service was horrible. Not a single manager on duty to assistant with any customers. Parts and service will not help. At all will sit back and watch customers. Compliment about their vehicle nit being repaired . and pass negative feed back about them in front of other customers. Were are the service when you need it.

Service personnel are always receptive & accommodating yet the wait time for service (oil change only) can be 2-3 hours. Bring a book & pack lunch.

Would have given 5 starts, however when I picked up my vehicle I was handed the fob and told your car should be up front. Well it wasn't. I had to walk the entire back area looking for my vehicle.

Did not like the mask compliance at the dealership. The staff either did not wear properly or didn't wear at all. No one enforced customers to wear it either.
