Cristian, Jace, Tommy, Eric and Kaiden are wonderful. They are ALWAYS accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. I always have the best experience from them. Brooke needs to learn customer service skills and how to communicate effectively with customers.

Brooke was extremely helpful in taking my call and walking me thru the process. The entire team was professional and kept me posted throughout. My tire came in the next morning and was quickly replaced. Excellent service.

These employees are great! They care about the customers and seek to please. I can always count on them in a tire emergency also. I put a lot of miles on my car and they are always ready to assist in any issue or maintenance.

I had a really great experience here. Made the appointment the night before (I needed to get my brake checked). I ended up needing additional work, but they were so fast and efficient. They told me two to three hours, and they actually meant it. Brooke, the agent who handled my work, was wonderful. Also, the waiting area is large and clean (which is a bonus). This is the best experience that I ve had at an NTB, and I ll definitely be back to this location.

They were very knowledgeable and quickly handled my tire problem. It really felt nice to be treated like a VIP. Great service is hard to find nowadays. I bought 2 tires for a good price as well.Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!Mav.

Worst experience of my life with a tire shop I came in to get 2 tires replaced. I explained to them that I have a brand new front end rebuilt and wanted 2 new tires so I can get my alignment. I assume they saw someone that can afford to make a little extra money off of and mangled 4 of my lug bolts. Looked like a hammer could had been taken to them almost. They didnt know I had seen that I had custom (aftermarket equipment) lugs bolts on the vehicle so when they went to try and sell me them installing new ones after assuring me they have the right ones, they come back to tell me they cant get them. they told me that since they cant fix it or safely let the vehicle leave their shop that I'd have to get the car towed away. After pleading with the guy for 20 minutes he finally said if i can fix it I can take it out of their shop. I had to drive my other vehicle to 3 shops to get enough of the right bold to fix the issue and went and fixed it myself in their shop since they said they wont touch it. Whatever you do, don't do business there. Essentially any shop will take better care of you than this place..

Called and was quoted $75 to have new tires put on. I ordered them online because I wanted specific ones. We get there and it s $160 not the $75 given over the phone.I let it slide because no one has time to go elsewhere. That however was the first sign of dishonesty. Predators who did not realize I come from a long line of mechanics decided to quote me $800 for problems that actually didn t exist. Didn t notice shaking in my vehicle ever until 30 minutes ago, work was performed yesterday Guys claimed I need new rotors. The lines, not grooves are fresh fresh and uneven. I m having the cameras pulled and will follow up here with what comes of this nonsense.Side note: it takes about an hour to swap out rotors and brake pads if they need to be changed. I ve took part in the process quite a few times. These crooks put labor at $530 the fact that we have to coexist with people on this planet like this is what keeps me up at night.

Went in for a flat repair, found out I needed a set of four tires. Brooke helped me through the purchasing process for my driving needs.She was awesome, I work in the customer service field and finding a customer service Allstar like Brooke these days is rare.I was in and out in a jiffy, the service team rocked!Thanks for a great experience!

Brooke, Erik, and Kaiden were excellent! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Note though that the hourly labor rate is $125. So if they have to order a part and do work again another day, even putting on lug nuts could cost another $125.

I got great new tires last month. Everyone was professional and nice. I made an appt and dropped off my car on my way to work and picked up my car with my brand new tires on my way home. I'm very satisfied and recommend NTB National Tire & Battery to everyone who needs new tires.

Needed a new battery for a company vehicle. Always have trouble finding the company account in their system. However, at the Clearveiw location, Brooke, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to find the account instantly. Thanks.

jace was wonderful and is a life saver. He helped my wife and I with our car and got us squared away. It was a great relief especially she is going through chemo. They made sure to have us covered and got us taken care of quickly and professionally. I would reccomend jace and these guys over anyone. 10/10

I had a really good experience at NTB today.I was seen immediately upon arrival of my appointment.Tommy took my keys and checked me in right away.He was courteous and friendly and my car was fixed right away.I appreciate how friendly and professional everyone was there and I will return back when I need service again.

I know that many mechanics have bad reputations but this is not the case with the crew at NTB Metairie.. I have been coming to the Metairie location since 2013 and I have never felt cheated, this is the most honest group of professionals that I have ever done business with. I don t second guess any repair suggestions. Bring your vehicles here and you will not be disappointed.D. Martinez

What a great experience! I was able to book online to get my tires done, got my confirmation call to let me know they had the tire size I needed and had a prompt check-in. Brook pointed out my alignment issues and they were able to make sure my car is safe to go on my road trip! Thanks Brook!

This is a spot you can get your tire and battery issues evaluated and repaired. This seems to be quite a popular spot so if you don't have an emergency it would likely be better to schedule an appointment. I have had to visit this location for emergency situations and there was a substantial wait to get things taken care of. Overall this is certainly a spot to take care of your issues with tires and batteries.
