We recently changed my son s radio for his truck. The work was good, he's very happy with a radio the staff recommended. The owner is very in tune to each customer experience and made sure my son was happy with his new radio.

I had an awesome experience with these guys. First, they did a good job installing my backup camera and sound system. Second, when my car was totaled a year later, they let me have the car towed to their place and they removed the system first thing in the morning. They also agreed to hold on to my keys until my car was towed and handed them off to the towing company. They additionally lent me a screwdriver so that I could remove my license plate. They really went the extra mile and I will definitely refer anyone to their shop. Billy was great the whole process; and Perry was the one who lent me the screw driver and gave me updates about my car.

The entire team was amazing!!!! Gene took care of me at the desk and Carl did my install and even showed me before and after pictures of my headlights!!! They never disappoint me at the Metairie location!!! I ll be back next week to get my next upgrade installed.

As a female, I find it intimidating sometimes to go into a place like auto shops and auto parts stores, but this WAS NOT the case here. The staff at Mobile One Auto Sound made me feel very welcome. I bought a sound system as a gift for my son. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped me stay within my budget. The installation was well done and my son loves his gift! Will definitely come back again!

Very Happy with these guys. I went in on a Tuesday selected my speakers , amp and subwoofer. They scheduled me two days later on Thursday. I was really happy with their ability to treat me as family and help with exactly what I needed. The install was as quick, efficient and high quality work. No muss or fuss at all. I recommend these guys to family and friends. They are really great . The hardware is top quality. I was pleased to find they had stuff for any price range that was all great quality. They one me over in one try and have a return custumer for sure!

This is a place where you can get some great stuff for ur car. I jus needed a unit that plays CD and flash drive. $89 for the unit $115 for the install which I thought install was a little pricey but willing to pay. After a 3 hour wait then I get the news my universal module wont program and the replacement is $229.95 so now I'm $474.92 out the door for an ordinary CD player nothing special which is why after waiting from 2pm til 6pm I'm giving overall 2 stars..

These guys installed a mirror cam for me on my Cadillac station wagon. It's as OEM as you can get. The installation was quick and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them on your next install

Dont use these people if you want customer service after you pay initially. I called saying I was having issues and they got super defensive. Then they told me I had an attitude. I wont recommend these people nor will I return.Ex: backup camera installed (very solid work) but not aligned for when backing up. Camera was at an angle. Was told "Thats just your preference. My guy hit a home run." I literally just wanted an adjustment.Ex: My radio keeps changing default time. I didnt see anything in thr manual so asked about that. Was told "If you had read the manual...."All in all, horrible customer service and no respect.

Really Big change after replacing the speakers. Boom boom boom syakalakala. Party up. They got great brands for low cost. They give you 1 year warranty free for all miscellaneous. So let s power, charged, loud music is on baby. Thank you Mr. Gene, Mr. Clay, & Mr. Billy, and many over there that I couldn t mention who would make this happen. Really enjoying the music & videos in my car. Be blessed.

The team at Mobile One is first class and always treat you like family.your car is their car when they have it, meaning they treat it as if it was their very own. Kelvin who is the Lead Installer communicates during install if needed, sends pictures about fitment and placement, FaceTime, master of his craft and his game has been on point on my cars for a long time.The workmanship is A+. BMWs, Lexus, Mercedes, Audi is what I ve brought to them.have done the sound upgrades., alarm, custom trim pieces, interior LEDs that transform the car inside, and a lot more. spend money locally, if you want professional installation, someone to do clean work.bring what you want installed, let them customize and see what options you have available. You won t be disappointed

I came in today with my brother to get his subwoofer replaced and was amazed by the attention and abilities of Gene and Carl. Gene was a great consultant, helping us with all of the options that worked for us. Carl was absolutely fantastic with his energy, enthusiasm, and sincere desire to give us the best product for our money. He was extremely helpful and made the experience an absolute blast. Both Carl and Gene are great assets to the company.We went in there hoping to replace a stock sub and left with the exact feeling we were looking for because of Carl and Gene. We were walk-ins off the street and they handled all this on the same day within a couple of hours.I 100% recommend Mobile One and am so happy we came in today. I m sure the other employees are great but I can tell you from personal experience that Gene and Carl are great at what they do. 5 stars!

The guys at Mobile One are the best of the best. I had low expectations going in because I read all of these negative reviews, but this is a great place with great employees! Seriously, these guys know everything there is to know about enhancing your car in every possible way. Billy Tom was so helpful, friendly, and really knew how to assist me, a person who knows nothing about technology or cars. Because of his help, my car s sound system is now EPIC and I couldn t be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend! Ask for Billy when you go! I ll be returning soon.

They drop something on my truck but I didn t notice it until later. Also after the install I had to rush back and make them fix my ac because it stopped working after they diss the work. They did Re hook the ac but if you get work done here, be prepared to not have a vehicle for the entire day.

Mobile one in Metairie store just stop in ask for Billy what you need done and he will get it done with no problem. also the technician Damon was awesome he put my sounds in his work he do he stand on it .he made my day .Damon work is certified he took care of my bike with better sounds in my bike still look new I said he did great work on it you never think he was so neat with no scratches on it from his work he done never believe it to see you it I grade them 100 rememberMetairie store great job guys Billy Damon

Not great experience. While they did technically get work done, it took way too long and still wasn't right. I kept having to call them, and they opened my windows, which don't roll up easily.Staff not on top of things, wouldn't acknowledge me. One employee almost tripped over me, while I was standing still, in the middle of the room. Like I was invisible.Parker was fantastic, wish I had only dealt with him. Wouldn't waste my patience again, I'll wait for an appointment with a more caffeinated crew.

I came to this location to get my 12in Subs and amp to install into my car. I ended up catching a great sale on Cerwin Vega! Yes, y'all old school! If you know anything about music you know what a great brand is. I actually purchased the subs and the amp and got it installed while I waited all in the same day. It took about two and a half hours for them to install everything. I have had zero problems with my speakers. One night, somebody decided to try to bust into my car and try to steal my speakers and amp. Due to the great job the employees done on the install, the thief was unable to take my speakers nor my amp. I had to go in and have it checked and the store manager had no problem taking my car into the garage to check the connections. They fix the issue I had in a very quick manner and had no problem doing it! If you need great service and a solid install for your speakers, I definitely suggest this location specifically. I went in because I ve heard great reviews about them but my experience was horrible. Gene asked me after I was there a few minutes if I needed help. I told him yes and he asked what vehicle I had. I told him I wanted to replace my audio and was mainly looking for a quote. Instead of asking what type of sound I m looking for or even what brand(s) I had in mind (because I know the 2 I wanted quotes for) he took me to the computer, pulled up a quote from someone who had work done a few weeks ago and that was it. I had to ask him what brand was this quote even done with as well as tell him that was not the type of sub I even wanted. Even when I explained which sub type I was looking for, he said they don t carry that type. However he showed me a picture of it. He called it something random. I called it by the name actually listed. Would I have had this treatment if I was a male? Probably not since I could hear others conversations and they were way more thorough. So no, I will not be back and taking my money elsewhere.

I know they probably deal with all kinds of headaches and people who get upset and all, but they need to work on thier service level when talking to customers. Billy practically tried to talk me out of having them help connect power from my cars fuse box to my dashcam. He talked to me as though I didn't know any information about the product I researched and purchased, and further tried to talk me out of it by letting me know how much it would cost in a manner to push me away instead of being informative. Once he saw I didn't care and just needed it done, he calmed down and proceeded with the process. Not every customer is a headache and we should not all be treated as though we are a headache waiting to happen. I would go elsewhere going forward.

I went in looking for a whole new setup in my truck. My salesman Billy was very knowledgeable about everything that I wasn t. He advised that we go take a look at my vehicle before looking at anything inside. He took note of what I was looking for soundwise and he brought me inside to check out what he had in mind. After choosing what I wanted he put in all in the computer and advised me that he would have to order a few parts to accommodate my expectations (using factory backup camera, a dashboard piece to fit new head unit). After showing me everything he needed to order I told him let s do it. The next day my truck was first in line and it was all day project, he called me midday to give me an update and a time frame. I must say I am very pleased with the final outcome!

I am a Huge fan of Mobile One. I have used Mobile One several times over the last 10 years , They have done installation work on my cars and homes. Most recently they helped upgrade my dad's TV , stereo and DVD players. They installed the original pieces over 8 years ago, because of my initial experiences , I went back to them. They did not disappoint.! They may have cheaper providers out there, but none that do a better job of delivering a great value for the professional service they provide. Take my word for it. Do not go to the big box companies work with the local Experts MOBIL ONE.

Very pleased with the high level of service I received. Parker was very patient, knowledgeable on car audio, and very professional with me throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend seeing him and the staff at mobile one for any car audio needs!
