If you are truly concerned about your car s safety, do not take your car here. The manager does not care about your concerns or issues you may experience at his dealership. I took my 22 E450 Coupe to this dealership on Saturday 3/9/24 after driving in from Memphis, TN with concerns about 2 tire pressure lights being on. My concerns were completely ignored. When I asked could the car be lifted up and the front 2 tires be inspected for any air leaks, nails, etc., I was told by the service advisor that since the tires were not actively losing pressure that it was possible my tire sensor was malfunctioning. After begging and pleading with the service advisor to please take a look at all of the tires for me, he finally decided took my car to the back. I am guessing he just added air to the tires and cut off the sensors. When my keys were given back to me, I was told that my car was fine and I shouldn t have any problems getting home on Monday 3/11/24. I left the dealership, parked my car in valet at my hotel, and did not use my car until Monday afternoon before I was about to get on the road. When I cranked my car for the first time since Saturday afternoon, my display showed that my passenger front tire only had a pressure of 16. I drove my vehicle back to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans, where I was told that not only was my passenger tire completely on flat and needed to be replaced, but also, that the front driver tire was bubbling and needed to be replaced, as well. Mind you, these were the same exact 2 tires I asked them to inspect on Saturday that I was told I shouldn t have any problems with. However, that was a complete lie. Even, the gentlemen that were inspecting my car on Monday said if they had really inspected the car on Saturday afternoon the issues I were experiencing with those 2 tires could have been caught. I was, then, told that the tire and wheel warranty package I bought FROM Mercedes Benz of Collierville in Memphis, TN could not be honored at this location, due to them not using that particular warranty company. I was quoted about $1200 for replacing 2 tires that would ve been covered by my tire warranty. Since I really needed to get back home to Memphis, I had no other choice, but to go through with replacing the 2 tires. After waiting over two hours for them to replace those 2 tires with brand new tires, my keys were brought back to me and my total of $1,486.88 was paid. When I walked outside to inspect my car I noticed a significant amount of a white foam substance between the tires and rims on the front tires. Although they washed my car, it did not occur to them to clean this foam substance off of my tires. When I cranked up my car the tire pressure on the BRAND NEW tire on the driver front side was reading a pressure of 30, which I found strange. Since my advisor Lauren, who by the way was absolutely amazing to work with, was busy another advisor by the name of Miguel offered to help. He, also, said it was quite strange that the brand new tire would have a pressure of 30. He took my vehicle to the back and put additional air in the brand new tire. He, even, cleaned off all of the foam substance they had left on my tires and rims. Miguel was such a help and very great to work with. I left the dealership and hopped on the road back home to Memphis, which is about a 5.5hr drive. Within a hour of the drive to Memphis, my tire pressure light came on for the passenger front tire, which was supposed to be a brand new tire. I was able to make it two more hours down the highway before I had to stop by myself in the middle of night in Jackson, MS to air up my brand new tire. I noticed after airing up the tire in Jackson, MS the air started to deplete at an even faster rate. I had to make two more stops along the way home to add more air to the brand new tire. My car has since had to be towed to Mercedes Benz of Memphis to completely replace a less than 24 hour brand new tire. It was discovered that the tire had bubbling to it.

I couldn t have asked for a smoother setup starting with my initial phone call to set up an appointment to meeting with the Service Manager, Miguel.. Friendly, professional and great customer service. But the Best was getting a ride home with the courtesy driver's Izell (?) and a ride back to the dealership with woman who was a delight. My best experience at Mercedes!

His assistance was invaluable, and his communication throughout the process was clear and timely. Brought my car in for minor battery replacement and broken antenna. Lauren was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely request her assistance again for future services needs. The maintenance was quick, and the service techs were professional.

Recently went to have my Mercedes serviced, was looking at a few vehicles while waiting and thinking about trading in my current vehicle. I was assisted by salesman, Davon. I ended up trading in my C300 for another Mercedes. I do not like car shopping , however he didn t make it feel as if that s what I was doing, he was by far one of the extremely rare salesman I ve ever dealt with who was friendly, not aggressive, personable, and if he wasn t sure 100% of something would state that, then verify whatever it may of been. Would recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle through Mercedes of New Orleans.

If you're looking for great customer service, Service Leaders that take care of their guests, a sales force that is willing to help, thats not cutthroat or slandering each other. Follow up and return phone calls to help the customers. Techs and service leaders that work in services that do their due diligence that dont put down on paperwork to say it was completed. Finance Managers that operate with a sense of integrity. Then take your vehicle to MB of BR. Or ANYWHERE else. MB of NO should be reported to Headquarters, investigated, & RETRAINED. MB Dealers are the epitome of what it has meant to have great quality in serving its guest. Not at this location. Dont even think about getting a snack while waiting for service if your appointment is in the afternoon. You better bring your own. Because it won't be none. A lot of people who work here, dont even like working there. And it shows, that's sad. Since I purchased my certified preowned off their showroom floor, 6 months ago, from the time of this comment, Customer Service has been the absolute worst and less than accommodating from any other MB dealers. It almost feels like the service team will do less than quality and sub-par work, so you can bring your vehicle back and spend more money. There are too many issues to type. But for starters... theres no way that after getring a service in February that Im seeing wires on my tire of only driving it 5k miles since the purchase and then told "Its POSSIBLE that your vehicle MAY be out of alignment." When all the other tires were replace before I purchased the car except that ONE tire. The ONLY original tire. Hmmm. Deception and misleading information from the service department not owning up to someone not doing there job will cost you big money.Take your Mercedes Benz for service or make a purchase elsewhere.

Overall my experience was very good! My advisor Jeromy was the best. His service was excellent. He kept me calm in a very disappointing situation. I had to stay on site for 4 hours because the manager wouldn t allow the shuttle to take me to Boutte. Why I really don t know but the shuttle was allowed to go to Marrero to bring others. I watched customer being shuttled all over town. Mercedes Benz of New Orleans I don t know what the problem was with me but you need to fix that, I was a paying customer just like everyone else! You should have made a way to accommodate me the same way you did for others. Those 5 stars are for Jeromy and not your customer service.

Extremely poor communication.It was nice that the dealership brought my wife home because it was going to take some time to change a tire. But then, no one called us when the car was ready or when they might bring her back to pick up the car.I texted the service advisor around 1:30 but got no answer. Then it took 3 phone calls to get them to send me to a warm body and not a voice mail. Oh, the service advisor left for the day but the car has been ready.This was around 4 o'clock when they finally offered to send a shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up the car.Third time I've had problems with the service department. I guess they don't understand how poor service affects future sales.

I had an appointment at 8:30 am and arrived promptly. I was informed it would take 4 hours to have B maintenance service on my vehicle. I left my vehicle and returned at 1:30 p.m. to retrieve it. Upon my return I was told it would be an hour or more before my vehicle was ready. As I sat down in the waiting area, I saw my vehicle been pulled into the service area via the monitor. Therefore, it was pointless to make an appointment and arrive on time because my car was not being serviced until I arrived to retrieve it at 1:30 p.m. At approximately 3:10 pm I asked how much longer would it be before my car was available. I was told it would be ready shortly but I needed my spark plugs, windshield wipers and a filer replaced in addition to the maintenance service that I initially scheduled it for and that would take 2 more hours at the cost of and additional $900.00. After my vehicle being there approximately 8 1/2 hours and paying $1683, I finally got my vehicle at approximately 5:15 pm. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service I received on a 2019 A220 with approximately 28,600 miles on it that I drive sparingly. It appears that this dealership does not value its customers time or business. And did I really need all the extra services I was told I needed on a vehicle that is 5 years old with very low mileage? Probably not. So I feel very disrespected and taken advantage of. Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans may have lost my next vehicle purchase.

I bought new tires after getting a flat. I was told it would take 3 hours which was fine even if it took a little longer. When I arrived back at Mercedes to pick my car up, I noticed a car that looked like mine was ready but I couldn't see the plate. I assumed it was someone else's because no one told me it was ready. 5 hours and 20 minutes later after I watch several people's car get finished and checked out. I'm the last person there waiting. Finally the guy comes out where does he lead me to my car, that I thought might be mine, that was sitting ready for 2 hrs and 20 minutes. This needs to be fixed. Especially if you don't want my business to go to the one across the lake. As for the work it was done in a timely manner and I'm happy with the results. To bad I had to sit there for several hours while it was ready. 2 stars for the guy that didn't feel my time is important. 5 stars for the mechanics.

I had been trying to get my car fixed for an almost 2 months. I had an appointment to bring my car in and when I get there I was told they didn t accept my warranty. I was very upset bc I was told that they did and I also was late to work for no reason. I contacted my dealership again and was told again that Mercedes do accept my warranty. After getting the dealership to call Mercedes and speaking with Mr. Miguel he cleared everything up and I was able to bring my car. When I went to bring my car I was giving the same service rep and I really didn t like her demeanor, it wasn t very pleasant. However I was transferred over to Mr. Miguel and everything went smoothly after except being called 2x saying my car was ready when it was still having minor issues was kinda nerve wracking but I must say Mr. Miguel was excellent very helpful, nice and extremely professional. Mr. J was also nice and very professional I would give them both 5 stars. Also I can t leave out the loaner department they were awesome every last one of them:))

My experience with my service providers have been extremely good.They explained to me my car's problems in a manner that I was able to understand and was shown exactly where the problems were on the vehicle. Then the work was completed in a timely manner. I was treated like my buisness there really mattered. I appreciate the kindness that was extended to my husband and I. I'll be returning there at Mercedes in New Orleans for future car services.

Excellent customer service was provided by Jeremy. I was informed of the time it would take to complete my service and I decided to wait the four hours. The waiting area was very clean, the coffee was hot and the snacks were tasty. Karen kept checking to make sure I was okay. The staff was attentive and pleasant. I will definitely come again.

One of the reasons why I come back toMercedes when I need a new vehicle is not just because of their timeless and classy appearance, but most importantly the service. I know I will be greeted right away when I pull my car up. When there s an issue like a nail in my tire, they try to fix it same day or if not next day . They are aware that we all have busy schedule. Anyhow , service is why I keep coming back . I do love my service rep, Jeremy!

Robert Taylor is the absolute worst. Robert checks your vehicle in for repairs. After driving 90 minutes to get to New Orleans, we sat in the waiting room for well over two hours. Robert never really had a grasp of the work for the vehicle. Every update that Robert was unaware of the requested repairs which frustrated us even more. Mercedes vehicles are great vehicles, do your research and find a knowledgeable mechanic.

Glenn was very helpful and communication was frequent! He followed up with me before I had a chance to check on the status of my vehicle. I asked Glenn to call my extended warranty company (because my car was covered under factory warranty) so they could provide me with a rental he did it almost immediately and texted me the information needed for my rental. Finally, the car was ready two days before it was promised! Thanks for everything Glenn!

My experience was excellent. I met with Ms. Linda, the greeter and she went above and beyond to accommodate me while I waited for my car to be serviced. Ms. Linda then introduced me to Ms. Lauren one of the Advisor and she was kind, patient and ensured my services were received in a timely manner. She also followed up with me via text to make sure I was satisfied with the services that had been provided.

Purchased a brand new E450 Convertible Before even reaching the 1st service appointment the engine had to be completely replaced. A complete engine failure piston number four, A month later the fuel pump went out and needed to be replaced. Of course that was after breaking down again with my kids in the car and waiting two hours for roadside assistance. The service department doesn t return phone calls or offer any detailed explanations. According to the service manager the engineering diagnostic information is property of Mercedes and customers do not have a right to the information. Do NOT buy a Mercedes from this dealer. They are not a good representation of a luxury brand.
