After a very bad experience at our local dealership, I brought my 2010 328I here, and was so impressed! Honest, caring, reliable, you really can t ask for more! Previously, I had only had an oil change and that was great as well. I won t go anywhere else!

This place was magnificent! The staff members were direct, prompt and I had no complaints. They told me what services they were performing, approximately how long it would take once they got the parts, and gave me a quote that was spot on what I expected to pay. The problems I had with my vehicle were fixed within two business days of them receiving the parts. They also performed an additional reach out to ask if I had wanted an additional item replaced which based upon usual recommendations for the service I had I obliged. The car runs great and they have great, humble people working there. I would recommend this place to anyone for anything non-tire/lube related. I applaud their attention to detail. I was towed to this shop. My vehicle over heated. I paid for repair and they also changed my oil, now my car is leaking oil and they refuse to fix. When I took it back the mechanic said he couldn t see where it was leaking from. It obviously is leaking oil and the shop refuses to fix what they broke!!! If I could give it a negative star I d give them negative zeros!!! Do yourself a favor and pass on this shop!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I brought both my fianc� s SUV and my car here. We thought something was wrong with her SUV transmission (potential NIGHTMARE) but turns out it wasn t anything at all. I only know this because the guys here were honest and upfront I didn t fix anything, so no charge .I was so impressed by the honesty that when I needed my brakes and bearings replaced, it was no question where I d bring my car. Brake job and bearings all done in half a day. Car drives like new. Good auto shops aren t hard to find. They re impossible to find. I've been coming to Mayeaux's for awhile now and have always had a great experience. Most recently, at the end of July, I had my condenser break and brought it in to get it replaced only to have it dented again three weeks later. Not only did Levy and team see me the next day to diagnose the problem, but were able to get the a new part (and work out some screen installation to make sure this doesn't happen again!) and fix it a day after that. Excellent price, service, and experience every time.Service: A/C installation & repair

Experienced and professional crew. They stand by their work and always take care of me. Are not afraid to work on tough jobs. Will work on vehicles that other shops have told me no straight up. They are creative with solutions if in a pinch and are fairly priced for all their work. My primary location for auto repairs in the family. Thank you!

Came from out of state (Texas) and friends car splash guard came off and we brought the car into the shop and they took care of instead of just putting a simple bandaid on the issue. even did a check up on the car without us asking and cost. I regularly work on my own car and checked on the car before our 8 hour road trip here. The guys here were honest and modest with service and pricing. Thank you!

These guys are truly amazing! You cannot find a more honest auto repair shop in New Orleans. I will always recommend them to anyone I can. Going above and beyond is an understatement! I can t thank them enough for fixing my girlfriend s car and what they have done for my her and I.

Brought my car in for some general maintenance and ball joint replacement. The team here are helpful, courteous and professional. They did fantastic work on my vehicle and in a quick time frame so I wasn't without my car for longer than 8 hours. Will continue to bring my business here for all of my automotive needs. They know how to look for issues and find fixes. Over past years, I brought my cars there for various issues. 2 years ago, I brought my 2003 Nissan sentra for excessive steering vibrations over speed of 40. Before them I brought the car to some other chain mechanic shops and they failed to identify and fix the issue. Wayne found and fixed the issue for good.Same goes for my other car. They are dedicated knowledgeable people and they can fix the issues efficiently and they stand by their work. Also, they don't charge heavy mark ups like others.

I have used Mayeaux's Quality Car Care several times. These guys are rock solid in their knowledge and service is phenomenal. As long as I live in this area, I will never use another mechanic. You pay for what you get people. They are always swamped, so call ahead.

I had the best experience at Mayeaux's! Everyone was patient, thoughtful, and took the time to explain my car's issues to me. They were honest and fair, and offered real advice. I couldn't recommend them more.

I've been taking my car to Levy and Wayne for the past few years. These guys know their stuff. Any given day I go in there, on their racks they will have a european luxury vehicle, an economy car like my old mazda, a minivan, and an antique restoration job. I'm impressed with the scope of their knowledge and their expertise in the maintenance and repair of their clients' vehicles, but I am even more impressed with their professionalism. They are honest, timely and always willing to take a few minutes in person or over the phone to help answer car questions that I may have. These guys go out of their way to find me the best price while also making sure that my drive is safe and reliable. Thanks Mayeux!

Levi n his staff is very professional and curious. The most unbelievable think that makes him different from most other car care is that he is upfront n shows u exactly what is going on with your ca and gives excellent advice n options that are affordable. Great guy!!!!!

I took my Boxter in for a oil change and was truly delighted with their highly professional service.Apparently the mechanic that did the previous job had ruined the oil's pan plug and it needed replacement.Livi?, (the owner?), called that to my attention and said that he would have to order the new plug from the Porsche dealer nearby.I brazed myself thinking that it would run me, if not an arm and leg, at least a couple of fingers.To my utter surprise, Livi only charged me for the price of the plug, a mere 9 bucks!No extra charges for installation or all the other bogus fees most mechanics try to stick to you.He has earned my business with his honest, straight forward approach, not to mention, his obvious expertise with fine cars.It is good to know that there are still mechanics you can fully trust.Livi? is certainly one of the few left.Highly recommend!

The shop reception area is nice and clean! The staff listened to my complaints and then called with a very detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done.
