From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave you feel like the only customer on the lot. Hands down the best experience at a dealership I ve had.We didn t end up purchasing a vehicle and I m surprised the sales rep never followed up as he said he would.They have a snack room, kids play area and a well furnished lounge. The bathrooms were clean and nice!

The sales person Brandon Goines was excellent along with the financial person, I can think of his name. If you are buying a Lexus in New Orleans ask for Brandon Goines.

Every interaction here takes an inordinate amount of time. They seemingly stock little on site as even their common production models have waits for ordering and they have misled about having loaners more than once despite scheduling ahead. The lounge is nice but I'd like to be less familiar with it.
