Not only has the new dealership facility been new and improved, so has the level of service. In the past there was a long delay for getting an appointment for service and I would go out of state when visiting family for my service needs at a JLR dealership. But recently, I happened to be passing by and decided to stop on a whim to see if I could discuss my servicing needs for my Jaguar F-Type. I walked in and was very pleasantly surprised with the new design and building layout. I was greeted by the service advisor, Marlee, who was courteous, helpful, and attentive to my needs. She offered great advice and options for servicing. After deciding to do the work and making the appointment date, to my surprise, she told me I could bring it in the following day! With that quick of a turnaround, I decided I would make another appointment for my Range Rover Sport for its servicing which she told me I could bring in when I came to pick up my other car. Great job with providing great servicing, employees, and a wonderful new facility Paretti JLR!

Worst experience . Bad customer service . I brought my car for service , the rep tells me it needs 7 days for diagnosis . No loaner . She offered to get me a discount at enterprise . Really! Did not make an effort to help . My car is a brand new . If I knew the service is going to be that bad I would not have bought Land Rover . If you are in New Orleans area do not buy Land Rover or jaguar because the service is bad here .I got irritated and frustrated after only 3 months of owning this vehicle . Not worth the effort and money .

My experience here has been NOTHING SHORT of ABSOLUTE HORROR!!!!!! I will be updating this review as soon as I get my vehicle that they have had now for over a month back!!!!! For a simple seat belt and USB replacement! WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER

The customer service here is horrible. Not only do you have to wait 4-5hours to have your car service and spend nothing less then $400 bucks each time you visit, but the staff is very rude and unfriendly, they will walk right pass you and won't even say good morning or ask if you're doing ok while you wait. I wish I could have my car serviced somewhere else I most definitely would. I rate a business based on customer service I wouldn't care if it cost me thousands if I like the service I'll return to the establishment over and over again. I just feel like I don't belong here even though I drive a car of their brand. So disappointing .
