Warning, they will damage your property and not accept responsibility for their actions. I had paint work done there. When I picked up my car, the key fob was severely damaged. I pointed this out to the employees and they said "this is how you gave it to us". I asked the manager (Lisa) to help and she said she wasn't willing to help me. Actually, she got in a vehicle, drove away, and left me to deal with the employee who accused me of giving him a key fob in this condition. Please see the pictures, it looks like it was exposed to chemicals or something. I'm guessing that this isn't an isolated incident because after receiving my car, I noticed some really bad places in the paint job they had performed. I attempted to contact Lisa's supervisor to give them an opportunity to correct the situation, but he would not return my call. Stay away, don't trust these people with your property. Please don't just take my word for it, see the attached pictures. (There are more issues with the paint than pictured, just too many to post)UPDATE: It was also found that they replaced my windshield without notifying me (I m unsure why they would have damaged the windshield when painting the vehicle). And, when installing the new windshield, they pinched the upper seal really badly in one spot. Toyota Corporate and Lakeside upper management team have been very responsive, though. I have to give their customer support personnel all the credit, they have made me feel like they understand that they have a problem in the collision center and want to move forward with me to make things right. They have kindly promised to provide me with a replacement key fob and are working on scheduling a meeting to inspect the workmanship on my vehicle.I will continue to update this post with new findings and the final outcome.

Cornell was so helpful and patient with me. I always dread doing car related things- worried I m going to overpay or be taken advantage of but this was the most seamless repair I ve ever experienced. Thank you!

I can honestly say Mr. Cornell is the best. Extremely professional and straightforward. He also saved me A LOT of money. My car was in a hit and run and they were saying it had to be totaled out but Mr. Cornell felt my pain and made a miracle happen and fixed my car. He also did it in a timely manner. If you have a problem bring your car over and ask for Cornell. Tell them I sent you. Lakeside Toyota Collision Center is the home for my repairs from now on. Lakeside Toyota collision center is an upstanding service company. They worked on my cars for over 3 years. They have excellent outstanding customer service and are very supportive. Their bodywork on cars is perfection. The rep. Mr. Cornell has helped me with numerous repairs for my car, and his communication skills are superlatively good.

I haven t received my repaired vehicle yet but this review is solely for the excellent customer service and care I received from Lakeside Toyota. Every time I have called, Lakeside has been incredibly reliable, responsive, and accurate. Today I dropped off my car and Enterprise left me abandoned at the time they were supposed to pick me up. I was stuck on hold and Lakeside took it upon themselves to call Enterprise, be firm with them when they contradicted what they told me and then drove me to the rental place to make sure I would not be abandoned with nowhere to go. Howard even waited for me to tell him that Enterprise had a car for me and told me he would ve driven me all the way to the French Quarter if I needed. Everyone at Lakeside was kind, sweet, and made sure I was taken care of. This has been a wonderful experience and a stark contrast from the experience I had with Enterprise.

Everyone at this shop has been extremely empathetic and sympathetic with everything that I was going through. They were able to get my truck in a timely manner, but most importantly, I was welcomed with open arms as a human being that experienced something traumatic! My truck is still there, but its more comforting to know that they are doing everything they can to help me through this process! I didn't feel like another "paycheck" to them like other shops did... Much love to each and everyone of them there! I feel so confident that I'm in GREAT hands! Can't wait to get my baby back!

My spouse and I brought our Toyota here to have minor body damage repaired through our insurance company. This shop waited until we brought the car in to order the parts; but they didn't tell us that they had no idea when the parts would arrive until days after we dropped the vehicle off. That meant that it took 34 days for minor damage to the car to be fixed, and most of that time was the car sitting in their lot, waiting on a part. In the meantime, we ran out of 30 day rental car coverage and had to secure alternative transportation. This frustrating experience was compounded by dismissive and unconcerned interactions with the staff there, including being flat out lied to about the status of the vehicle. On the 31st day, when our rental coverage ran out, we were told, that morning, that the car was being washed and could be picked up later that day. We find out three days later that this was a lie and the car had not been repaired.We understand supply chain and labor issues, and we understand that even minor repairs can take weeks. However, the planning and communication were handled so poorly by Toyota that this ended up being one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. If the part is going to take a while, order it in advance, or at least give us notice in advance, not after the car is dropped off. Communicate with us about the status and keep us updated if it's going to take/has taken more than 2 weeks. And don't lie to us about when the work will be done. Or if there's a monthlong delay caused by poor logistics on your end, consider offering a loaner once rental car service is out. Lakeside Toyota is a textbook example of poor customer service all around.ETA: They posted a response and asked us to call Lisa Vonderhaar about this awful experience, but she was the person we were dealing with most of the time. Unconcerned and unresponsive staff made minor body repairs a complete nightmare and left me without my vehicle for five weeks.Six weeks ago, I got in touch with this shop to repair minor body damage (scrapes and one dent) to my vehicle. Per their requirement, I brought the car and insurance estimate for them to examine in person. Following their inspection, they told me to drop the car off the next week. They told me that the work was estimated to take two weeks. Two and a half weeks passed, and I had not heard a word from them. I called and was told that they had not received a part needed to repair my car, and they suggested I check back at the end of the week. When I called to check back at the end of the week, there was still no even guess as to when the part could come in. While this was disappointing, I understand supply chain issues and tried to remain optimistic.That's when they went dark on me. They stopped answering my calls and directed my number straight to voicemail. I had to call from my work line, or have my husband call to get someone to pick up. When someone did pick up, they had no answers - stating it could be "weeks or months" until the part was available. (Had I known this, I would not have had the car repaired or would have waited to have it repaired. Indeed, avoiding this result seemed like the whole point of the pre-drop off inspection.)After two more weeks, the situation became dire and the unresponsiveness turned into misrepresentation. My rental car coverage was expiring because my car had been in the shop 31 days. I still couldn't get the shop to answer my calls. When my husband called Thursday afternoon, they said it would be ready the next day. Friday morning, they told my husband (again refusing my calls) the car was finished and being washed for me to pick up. Based on this representation, I dropped off my rental car, but I still couldn't get the shop to take my calls. When I finally got through by calling a different number, they told me that the car was in fact not done, and it was not going to be done until the following Monday. At that point, I had no vehicle because I had returned my rental. Monday morning, I called and was once again told that the car would not be ready for yet another day. We became irate because we were being strung along by this shop after weeks of their refusing to even take my calls. Finally, Monday afternoon, I learned through Nancy that the reason the car was not ready was the same reason it had not been completed on Friday: it needed to be taken to Lakeside Service Center. I asked why this hadn't happened on Friday or Monday, and Nancy offered to take the car to the service center to finally have it fixed. I hated that we had to get really ugly to get this result and to finally get my car back after five weeks.Save yourself a lot of confusion and tears, and do not use this shop.I was connected through the Collision Center through Lakeside Toyota's website.Update: I see that Toyota responded telling me to contact Lisa Vonderhaar; however, she was one of the primary people who we were dealing with during this nightmare.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car here for body work after being rear ended. They finished the car a month before they told me the work was even suppose to be started which was great! After returning home, I noticed my back bumper was cracked. I looked at my pictures from the accident, and surely enough they used the same bumper but charged for a new replacement bumper. Then I started noticing multiple areas in the paint that wasn t right, including some areas that were grinded down. Paint job looks horrible. Today, I noticed they removed my trunk floor mat and never put it back in. I took my car here strictly because it was a Toyota Collision Center and thought it would be trustworthy. When I called about bringing my car for repairs from hurricane Ida, they told me there was a waiting list (which I understand). They said they put me on a waiting list, but never called. I had to physically go in and found out there was no waiting list, so no one was going to call me. So I made the appointment in person that day. Three weeks later, I go in at my appointed time to find that they are at least 3 weeks behind.Here s the problem: they didn t bother to call me or their other customers to let us know we can t bring the car in. Furthermore, they couldn t even give me a future appointment because they no idea if the state of the shop. You should keep your customers informed. This is grossly unprofessional. Call your customers.

Cornell was very helpful in assisting me and demonstrated fantastic customer service. However, my experience with other employees was not great. I called back regarding a voicemail about updates on my car s repairs. When I stated the reason I was calling, the man on the phone stated in a very frustrated and rude tone that he didn t know what I was talking about. He made it seem like I was making an obnoxious request right off the bat and was very short with me. He asked the name of the person who called me, I said I did not know, and he replied Well did you even listen to the message? . I told him that he could look up my name and car, when I began saying my name, he interrupted me and said So far you re only telling me your first name, you need to tell me the full name. After finding my information on their system, he said that he couldn t give me any more information and to call back tomorrow, then proceeded to hang up. I hope that Lakeside Toyota does not treat all their customers this way.

They're riding off their affliction with the auto retailer, but the customer service isn't nearly as professional. I asked for a "ball park" figure on getting work done and the female who answered the phone said, "You need to find somewhere else to have that doneIt takes time and we ain't gone make enough money". I asked if she was serious and she said, "We don't bother with little stuff".

Repainted the peeling white paint re all on car. Time will tell how it holds up. LTCC seems to have done a great job with the finish and clear application of the products.

Very bad customer service. Service manager Frank Constanza is a very unprofessional, inefficient service manager. He is rude and disrespectful. He tells customers to go elsewhere outside Toyota, like 5 min oil to get service done. Thankfully there are other options in town to go if you want good professional service. Do not go to Toyota at Lakeside!!Service: Oil change

I left my car there for one week, as was going out of town. Nothing happened. No one called my insurance company, nor initiated action as their hold-message indicates. I called my insurance company 3 times to request that they send Lakeside Toyota the email/fax # as I was repeatedly told they did not have the information. At the end of the day, I was told that they had recieved the needed info 3 times and were confused on how that could happen as it was all on my folder. My plan to have work done while away for a week was ruined. Now I must drive my car for another week while I wait for them to sort this out. So frustrating. Not happy with Insurance company either. Can't wait for October to be over.

DO NOT, I mean DO NOT go to this company. They kept my car for from July 21, 2019 to September 19, 2019 and did little to nothing to my car. My car had very minimum damage and could've been fixed by any mechanic in 2 weeks but it took them 2 entire months! Then I asked the mechanic if the issue with my AC was fixed and he told me it was but when I drove it off the lot the SAME EXACT problem I had still existed. They are liars and want to blame the issue on your insurance company when they are in fact the problem.

I had some bumper and fender damage on my car and wanted to get a quote. I went in and waited 10 minutes and then I was told the computers went down so I had to come back. I went back the next day and then was told they couldn't write me a quote if I was filing an insurance claim. I told them I was still deciding if i was going to use insurance or not. Finally they said they would write me a quote, but the estimator was done writing quotes that day. It was 3 in the afternoon and then I left and went to 2 other places that had no problem writing me a quote that day. I guess they don't need my business.

State farm insurance adjuster was super nice. It was ringing and we came to my car with an umbrella. Inspected the damages and recommended a shop all in 15 - 20 mins. Super service!

Don't even think about this place !!! They had my car for an entire week and didn't even touch it and never contacted me once. I went and took my car out and told them to call me when they are ready for the repairs. They never contacted me once and its been 2 weeks now ! I feel like they avoid your phone calls and emails and act like you do not exist ! Horrible customer service !!!!!

Worst customer service ever. If you think it s Toyota certified repair than you re wrong. They mess up everything and don t own it. Greedy and reckless behavior. I m reporting them. Don t take your car to them specially if it s new and never been in an accident before.

Very unprofessional!!!!!! Highly dissatisfied with this business!!!!!! The will lie to you in a heartbeat and once you catch their lie they will avoid your phone calls and emails and act like you do not exist!!!!!!! Avoid this collision center at all costs there are too many reputable collision centers in this area to use this one!!!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and do your research before choosing this business.
