Cee and Kirby took great care of me! I wasn t sure what was wrong with my car because I know zero about cars all I knew was a coolant warning was coming up. They filled up my coolant for free and also filled up my washer fluid. 10/10 service! Highly recommend.

I felt like the guys there really went above and beyond. I lost my husband in November and had never had to do the oil change before. They walked me through it, told me my windshield wipers were dry rotted and replaced them. They also told me my battery is nine years old and where to get one exactly like the one I have. it was a totally positive experience all of them were professional, friendly, and helpful.I have been thinking how great it would be if there was a place where women who are alone or men who just don't know a lot about cars could go get their tires check, oil checked, etc. I'd gladly pay a fee every month to have it done.Anyway, service was excellent. I came away in a better mood than I went there. I am 77 years old and have a lot of experience with customer service. This was the best!

I had an oil change today at Jiffy Lube. Kirby & Cecelia (Cee) were AWESOME! Even though it was so cold they didn't miss a beat. So friendly, informative and helpful.Jiffy Lube is the best and their prices very reasonable. Not to mention they offer free Air Pressure Checks, Oil Level Checks and Free Top Off Service Nation Wide, which is great especially if you are traveling.I have always gone to Jiffy Lube and will continue going to them.

Best experience I have had. The whole process was explained to me, questions were asked about doing changing filters, wipers before doing it, and the team communicated with each other the whole time. Highly recommended.

I had the best experience here with Kirby. He was efficient and knowledgeable and explained all the safety concerns I had with my car because my car has been through it. Awesome service and customer service !

Kirby and Ashton changed my headlights today. They were Really kind and quick. Kirby answered my phone Call as soon as they open and urge me to come in for quick service. I m glad I did.

I had a horrible experience at Jiffy Lube on Veteran s. For years I have trusted Jiffy Lube as my service provider because of the excellent customer care and the high level of attention they pay to each client. At Jiffy Lube this last week the only service performed on my vehicle was an oil change. I go to Jiffy Lube for the extras no inspection was performed. My tire pressure was not checked. My fluids were not filled. My filters were not inspected. My floors were not vacuumed. My windows were not washed. My wiper blades were not replaced even though I specifically asked for that service. I m sure my lights weren t checked and I had to reset my oil light myself. I drove an hour to get to the closest Jiffy Lube and am terribly disappointed by the lack of services I was provided. In fact, the very next day my windshield washer fluid light came on. If I d known I d be getting sub par service I would have taken my vehicle to a place much closer.Jiffy Lube has always been a trusted service provider in my family. If service like this continues you know I will be taking my cars elsewhere and telling my friends to never use Jiffy Lube.If Jiffy Lube wasn t an hour away I would be taking my car back in for fluid checks today, but I m unwilling to drive that far for sub par service. Instead I will have to pay to purchase more washer fluids to complete a job that I already paid for a Jiffy Lube.1 * - would not recommend this location to anyone.Service: Oil change

I came in for a quick oil change on my truck today. After leaving and heading back to my house, my low oil comes on the dash. Crazy i just got an oil change, right? I get home and look under my truck, everything looks okay. I pull the dip stick, cleaned it off, put it back and removed it again and there is no oil in my motor. I checked several more times just to be sure but as last no oil in the motor. How does this happen?

they re super fast i just didn t like that they wouldn t honor the coupon i had.. i had a $25 off that wasnt expired and they said they couldn t find it in their system so i only got $15 off

Tols me the washer fluid was empty and thought it might be a leak. Offered to fill the tank for $5.99. Wedt home and the washer fluid was almost full. I dno't think I will go back there again.

I was welcomed at 9am and left by 9:25. I had my oil changed and 2 headlights switched out in the back all for a very low price. They cleaned my car, vacuumed and topped off my windshield wiper fluid as a courtesy to me. Not only did they handle my needs in a timely manner but they were kind and courteous through out the whole process not just the beginning but the WHOLE PROCESS; that is such an important aspect with customer service. Keerbie and staff were the best! Very knowledgeable on cars and amazing on customer service!!! Hands down I would highly recommend going to them for getting break lights replaced!!! Adding the cost was reasonable.

Learned something new. They suck the old oil out of your car instead of going underneath it. When you turn off your car because it is hot outside, they accommodate you with air. How great is that! Great service! Thank you!

This place is just a 5 minute oil change in disguise. Except with worse service and higher prices.They didn t even turn off my check oil light. Next time I ll go to the teenagers at the cheaper place. They are nicer and about the same amount of helpful.

Usually happy with their service but not this time. They couldn't perform all of the inspections and changes/topoffs, couldn't add air to my tires AND charged me almost $40 more than I have EVER paid for just an oil change. I specifically went to THIS business for my oil change because of all the other things they provide too. But I will find another business for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

The tech was short-tempered and rude. I had purchased an RV and wanted an oil change beforethedrive home. When I got home I had my crew at Grease Monkey flush the system and they said the oil filter had not been changed same old one.
