Wow!!!! Amazing service. I will never take my Volkswagen to another mechanic. I love Volkswagen engineering but could never find a great mechanic. I was questioning a trade in not anymore! These guys are spot on. Honest and quick. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.

I made an appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning. My engine light was on but now it was not on so it would not show what was the problem? So why should I pay a $167 for something that was not gonna show? What was the problem for the vehicle?Which I told Kurt. I told him that my brakes needed to be done. They put it up on the rack for not even 5 minutes. And it cost me $57 and some change. But yet he could not tell me what it would cost to do my back brakes. Because he could not getting online or whatever the reason was, but yet he could tell me how much it would cost for a front.E and alignment for my car and another item that I asked about I was told that he would call me the next day to see how much it would cost for my brakes to be done. That was Wednesday, the 13th. And I never received a phone call. I found another mechanic that was way better. I would never go there ever again. Terrible terrible the money I paid for them to put my car up and to tell me that my back breaks were bad. Shouldn't have been added to the cost of what it would cost to put new brakes on what a rip-off artist.

The staff was very kind when my car needed a scan to investigate an unknown problem. And it happened right before Deep Gras weekend so they held my car for a few days and had a diagnosis by 8:45am on Wednesday after Mardi Gras! Mr. Guy was very kind to let my 4-year old walk through the garage and fuel his love of cars, too. Very grateful to meet kind and patient mechanics! And I m delighted my 15 year old Toyota lives on!

My Mom went to Guy s in the late 80 s because of her 1984 Toyota Cressida. He has been our Family mechanic ever since. I recommend him and his team to everyone!I had what I call the phantom dashboard lights going out situation. My car was fixed that day and has been running perfect since then.

An absolute treat from start to finish! The best I've seen in courtesy, professionalism, communication and fair pricing. Had truck towed to Guy's Foreign and Domestic Friday morning so it could be worked on the following week. Their team looked at, diagnosed and repaired my truck that day for 230p.m. Very happy to have Guy's Foreign and Domestic as my place to go for repairs.

My truck has been to many different shops for various things but the only place I trust and go to now is Guy s. They are always thorough and tell you exactly what is going on without beating around the bush or trying to sell you an extra unwanted service.

I ve been coming here for a few yrs now, mostly for light stuff like oil changes and checks. After my A/C went out and I exhausted my ability to diagnose the issue, I came here. They emphasized the worst case scenario was $155 to just diagnose the issue, which didn t make sense because I knew there was an issue, so $155 starting was not the worst cast scenario.They quickly let me know that my AC Switch was out and maybe more, but they would have to start there. I was relieved to hear it was just the switch, until they told me $750 to replace. I inquired as to the detailed charges and they stated it would take them 3.5 hrs at $165 an hr to do the work. Knowledgeable Co-workers let me know that definitely didn t sound right. They insisted that my system would require an additional 1hr of work to evacuate and recharge the system to install the switch, then another billed hr of post install testing.I traveled to Northshore Auto and I was repaired within a day for $315. No evacuation needed. I won t state they lied, but $165 to just test after it s installed, yeah, I won t be returning.

Tire was getting flat due to puncture leak. Even short staff that day able to apply 2 new tires & rotate 2 best ties to rear. Able to drive home that afternoon.Kirke so informative & courteous.Grateful,Julie Eschete

The crew at Guy s do a top-notch job. The shop is hands down the cleanest auto mechanic garage that I have ever seen. This attention to detail is reflected in the work they perform. They have properly diagnosed and fixed whatever issue that I ve had with my vehicles consistently over the years. I m an extremely satisfied customer, and I HIGHLY recommend this auto repair shop.

If I could give zero star I would! The guy was so nice all the time we talked on the phone. I had an appointment, dropped off my car, he called at the same day, and said it would take a week to check what was wrong. I was ok with that even though I didn t understand why he asked me to drop my car if he could check it at the same day. After a week, he called me, told me what was wrong, the price and everything was great. Almost 4 days after that, I didn t get any calls so I called and he explained to me he had to order a part again because the first one he ordered didn t work , waited 3 more days. He called, my car was ready for almost the double of the price he told me at the first time. Broke a part under my steering wheel, glued that and broke my door handle, didn t even let me know. When I got my car, the part just fell over my hand, and the guy that gave the car back was rude and tried to pretend was broken before. NEVER AGAIN!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

I never had an experience as bad as this. I needed my A/C repaired. I was charged $312 and it still doesn't work. As I was reading the invoice, I was told that the compressor is weak, there might be a leak, if it doesn't work I should come back. I don't understand why they didn't fix it in the first place and why charge $312 for nothing.

The team at Guy's did an outstanding job locating a transmission part for my 2012 Jetta. Surprisingly, the replacement part was extremely difficult to find; I know because I had been searching for it myself, unsuccessfully. They found, got the job done in one day and the car is running like new. I can't thank the team enough. Great job! You have my highest recommendation.Service: Engine repair

Great Service! Again! Had a mishap that destroyed a tire and might have affected alignment, etc. Insurance company planned 3 days, they did it in less than one and dealt with the insurance company skillfully.
