Daniel, the customer service representative young man, behind the front desk, and Jason, the young man, who not only patched my tire, but also helped me read attached. The tail lights and my rigid, highbeam LEDs on the back as well after the fact, repairing the tire. These two gentlemen are assets to Goodyear Customer Service and work cadre. Not only do they deserve kudos but those that were responsible for hiring them. I will be back when it s time to get new, all-terrain Goodyear tires thank you.

Technicians are always great, this experience was terrible thought, ended up paying over a thousand dollars for a power steering pump, then when I get there to pick up my van I walk in to a complete stranger (cashier behind the counter) going off on me but also walking away while mouthing off. Lol it caught me off guard I didn't know how to respond I haven't seen a grown woman act like that in a long time, she needs to maybe work at McDonald's with attitude. It was awful. I didn't catch her name. But if you've been there you probably know who I'm talking about. Again the technicians are great I've never had an issue with a repair, Jonathan Banks is wonderful and good at his job.

Inside guy told me I need a ticket from outside after 20 minutes of thinking they fixing my tire outside guy said the ticket comes from inside! The ticket is the service order. I'm glad it was only a flat I was getting fixed!

Brought my 2023 Mazda with 4800 miles here after the Goodyear in Gentilly failed to balance the tires correctly. The tires were fine before taking it to Gentilly store but did the rotation and balance anyway because I replaced one tire due to a sidewall bubble. Customer service was great and the balancing took about an hour. Unfortunately the balancing was not done correctly. Vibrations all around and really bad in the back passenger wheel. Someone on the I-10 flagged me down because the bouncing on the tire was visibly bad. This was the second Goodyear I took the car to with identical results from the one in Gentilly and I paid for the rotation again in Metairie. I'm at a loss. I've been going to Goodyear for more than 20 years and never had a problem until now. I just can't trust Goodyear anymore.

Awful! Bad reception, but when I tried to call back, the employee kept hanging the phone up. I suggestsome of the workers learn how to conduct business and talk on the phone. I'll be going elsewhere!

Brian saved me from issues I had been suffering for months that two other shops didn't resolve. He offered personal service with excellent attention to detail and effort to produce the best results. I've gone back again and he found another issue that another shop had missed. Will be returning in the future.

Our truck was in bad shape, and Brian took the time to (figuratively) hold my hand and walk me through all the language and damaged parts and options that I had. He was able to get my truck back into decent shape within my budget. I will be returning soon to get the remainder of the suggested work done. Thank you Brian and the fine people at Goodyear on Airline!

My car was in really bad shape, and needed so much work and tires I got quotes from other mechanic shops and the prices were astronomical and that s without getting new tires I came here to Goodyear got all the work needed and new tires and they did not disappoint. with everything that was wrong with my car they did everything in 5 hours and not 2 or 3 days these guys are absolutely outstanding, I got my baby used but it feels like a brand new car! if you need anything car related needed on your car come here you re not gonna be disappointed and be patient as well a lot of people come and get their car serviced here and now I know why so be patient and know that your car is in very good hands!

I never been to this location and prolly won t be returning. I wish I can upload a picture I left my car with them with no paper on the floor and when I return back they had all my papers from my glove department on the floor. didn t even bother about picking it back up and putting back in! Nor did they put the locking nut they needed back. Just Put it in the cup holder with the bag it goes in on the floor. Smh other than that the service was fast.

Excellent, Smooth experience!! I highly recommend them. I ordered a set of tires online, went into the shop and they had me entered into the system in less then 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, my truck was ready, and that was with them having to order and pickup the tires at another location. I think it would have even been faster if they had them in-stock!Awesome staff. I got to interact with each of their staff members and each were very friendly, detailed oriented and on the ball. They did an alignment check for free and I was worried they would just say I needed one...but they were honest and said I didn't. Very clean and fast. Excellent customer experience. Would def. go there again.

Brian Beller at Goodyear on Airline is awesome!! The customer service was outstanding. His honesty, professionalism and candor is unmatched. Brian fixed my car in two visits, because I had to leave the first time. Buick had my car a combined month and didn t fix it all the way! Goodyear service is wonderful for the shell alignment packages also. I love them. I pass up two locations to go to this one!

HAD TO give this store and this team 5 Stars. Special shout out to Bryan B I came in towards the end of their day BUT they STILL took care of me! Keep doing what yall doing and to the managers make sure you do whatever you can to keep your team! I definitely will be one of the regulars going forward! Thanks again

Had unexpected sidewall puncture which I knew meant tire replacement on a Sunday. Sal really came through and not only got me in quickly but since its all wheel drive and I would have to replace 2 tires anyway, he worked a great price so I replaced all 4 tires... Love these guys work and appreciate the help on a Sunday on my wife's vehicle. Definitely recommend these guys for anything..

Took my car in for new tires and also asked if they could assess the rear suspension. I was told they would assess the front and rear.I was handed an estimate for $3,187.91 in suspension repairs. (I replaced some of these components 18 months/20,000 miles prior at another shop). I then took the car to two other shops and BOTH confirmed my suspension was fine, nothing needed.Their tires are well-priced and they will work with you on time. Ask questions or be concerned about other work.

They were pretty quick. It took about an hour to put on 4 tires.(with appointment) They did not try to upsell me, except for insurance, that should already be included in my opinion. A little pricey (just over $700), but I did get the 85,000 mile Max Life tires, so I don't know. We'll see how it goes.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change which could not be honored because of their busyness. Try again the following day it took almost 2 hours. Had to come back again so that they can reset the service light on my vehicle. I find it very inconvenient for me to make three trips on their behalf. I might just go ahead and find somewhere else to maintenance my vehicle. Never in my life had to go through this.

Brian and Fram stayed an hour after close for me in a dire scenario on a sunday evening when I rolled in there 5 minutes to close needing help for a blowout. I live on the northshore and nothing would have been open for me to figure it out. They really went above and beyond and showed real heart. I bought a whole set of tires to make it worth it for them. This is service. This is business beyond.

I was visiting from out of town when my Aunt noticed a nail in her tire. Since we had a long highway drive, I thought it best to get it fixed. This was a nearby dealer so I took the vehicle there and dropped it off. First call, "your tread is low on 3 tires. They should be replaced ". I declined and asked that the punctured be plugged. Second call, "you actually ha a nail on the rear tire too". My response, plug that as well. Third call, "there's actually TWO punctures in one tire and one in the second tire. We have to replace the tire with two holes". Really? All these holes and yet the tire pressure light was never on? Since they already had the tire off I had no choice but they charged 250 for a tire I could get for 180 elsewhere. Rediculous. Just an out of town target as another reviewer attested to. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Came in to get a tire patched up. Was there at about 7:10 but location didn t open till 7:20. Was the first customer there and was told it would take an hour to patch up. Then the guy working the desk proceeds to talk on his phone and starts using a lot of expletives. I wouldn t mind but I had my daughter with me at the time and was very inappropriate. Very disappointed in the service.

Outstanding service! Sal was great. He got me an unusual truck tire for my spare wheel, fitted it in 15 minutes, and put it into my car to take to my truck (it was very heavy!). I couldn't be happier with the service here. Thanks, Sal!

DO NOT take your car here! They will mess up the sensors on your tires, will lie about it and will not do a thing!! HORRIBLE service!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!! from Dave to Rich...all liars! Brought my car in for new tires, came back with check system light on, brought I back to them 3 additional times for them to try to figure it out. Still has he check system light on and now the airbag light on. I had NO lights on when I brought it. Charged me an additional $75 for TPMS then told me that must not have been the problem. Advised me they could no longer help...bring it to the dealer, even THEY broke it!!!

Don t expect much more than swapping tires. They overpromise they tried to remove a lug only to send me off with a completely stripped lug bolt and a sorry. No planning ahead and no empathy for the time and cost I m facing for a botched job. Hacks! If I could give them a half star it would better represent the half a$$ job they did.

my dad and I brought car to this location, to purchase a new tire. From the moment that we approached the desk we noticed a very bland actitud.. We got the service done and I asked if they could check the Freon for the car which most professional establishments offer as a courtesy to costumers they took the car back and they 'supposedly' added the Freon but we didn't noticed it in the color or consistency of the water nor did it show in the receipt. The attitude in the place was 'I don't care , non chelant'. Then after we got home the following day the battery was dead due to them a)- non closing the back door properly and b)- the old tire was thrown around without any order or following the proper way the tire should go . I did not see any attempt to do their job properly or to even care about our experience. will not visit this location ever again

Mr. Brian Bieller was courteous, informative, and very efficient! My replacement wheels were a customized order and he was able to make it happen. I am so pleased with all of my interactions with Mr. Bieller, along with the rest of the staff. Goodyear has always been good to me and the Metairie location on Airline went the extra mile!

This location is convenient for me. I want everyone to know that every time I get a nail in my tire, the guys say the same exact thing. The nail is too close to the edge meaning they are not able to repair. In other words but a tire! Beware ladies .... Do not trust this location!

I was getting my battery tested. From the start the man at the counter was trying to sell me a new battery - even prior to the completion of the diagnostic. I did in fact need a new battery and was given a quote. I said that I wanted to consult with my boyfriend before making a purchase. He asked why I couldn't just buy it and then said, "You said it was your boyfriend - not your husband or your daddy! That's not a healthy relationship." After this I asked for my vehicle and left. Another gentleman, came to apologize for this interaction, but the damage is done. I will NEVER return to this location and will spread the word.

Abysmally slow service. Went in for a tire rotation and alignment. My car was serviced in around 90 minute which I felt wasn't too long to wait. However, it then was parked outside, and it took an additional 50 minutes before I could pay and leave while they waited on 'paperwork'. Don't waste your time here if you can avoid it.

We've had several different issues with our 2 vehicles in the past few years and Goodyear's service has been honest, fast and reliable!! May not be the cheapest in town, but its totally worth it knowing they don't add unnecessary problems b/c I would never know the difference!

Good people and honest service here. In a town with such bad roads, Goodyear always takes care of my tires with the best price and the best care. They are efficient and timely too. I appreciate them.
