Poor Communication!!! I asked repeatedly for them to send me a copy of the price for service and did not get one. The prices I was quoted on the phone did not mean anything.I had an appointment with them early in the day and they kept my car over nightThey will wait until the last min to do the work and you have to call to even get an update. Waste of time!!

The service team at Matt Bowers Ford took excellent care of me. Veronica, my service adviser really cared about my service needs and went above and beyond. I brought my Expedition in Houston and drove it back and the check engine light came on. Even though I didnt buy my Ford from them, it sure felt like I did. They got me in quick and even the tech Kurt came and spoke to me and made me feel more comfortable about my issues. My Expedition feels like I just purchased it new and I'm very thankful for them, thank you so much.

We own a Ford expedition 2015 that was recalled about the front A/C blower that might catch on fire. At first we called Matt Bowers Ford and scheduled the service. Once we brought our car to the store, we had our appointment but they would keep our car for a whole week or so. So what's the purpose of scheduling an appointment? We have kids that I need to bring to school every week day. I can't just leave my car stopped there, and I mean stopped, because the recall letter from Ford says this service takes only half hour to be done. I understand that they might have some cars in queue but without some organization, the scheduling makes no sense at all.But that is not all. Once we got there, their guy (very grudgingly) asked if the A/C was working, without even entering our car, and said that "if it is working, it is not worthy changing it, because they would change it for exactly the same part". Gosh! Why would they recall a part and change it for the same? And I said to him, it's working but make some noise, I would rather change it, and him "Nha =/ okay, so leave it here, but you can pick it up next week" Scared I refused, I have obligations that requires my car. The letter says it's my responsibility to bring my car and I did. But it is Ford responsibility to have good professionals. The way you are treated by a professional makes you trust the service and the establishment, and I didn't feel safe at all.I'm here to say about my case, but even my brother brought his Ford Fusion to the Ford in Slidell and they said they did a service that obviously they did not. It's a shame! I'm very disappointed, for sure my Ford expedition is my last Ford in life. I would rate them zero stars for service, if I could.I might buy a fire extinguisher and leave it inside my car, just in case With great hope to hear back from you Matt Bowers Ford.

I'm so thankful for Ford. My 2003 Taurus is still in great condition. I'm updating my air condition and power steering system. The power steering went bad when I stop running it during the coronavirus pandemic, but I'm on top of it. Love my Ford car and 2005 F-150. Just need to add an exhaust tip to it. Every now and then the F-150 want start, but all I have to do is put it in neutral and it starts right up, Yes! Thanks Ford, I appreciate your vehicles. They makes life easier and convenient. Peace !

I have had horrible experiences every time I've gone here.This is the second time in a row during an oil change where I have presented a coupon when I dropped the car off, and it was not applied when I checked out. (I'm too anxious to ever say anything about it though so I just stay quiet and pay the SIXTY DOLLARS for the oil change on my sedan.)They also have avoided doing the recalls on my vehicle. I had to call 4 separate times to make an appointment to get them done (each time being told someone would call me back to set up an appointment, that never happened) and then when I had an appointment they kept my car for two days, and only completed 1 of the 3 recalls they were supposed to be doing. They told me they'd call me when they had the parts for the other two, that was months ago and they never called me.

Frankie in the service department was awesome. She helped me get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner despite the backlog of vehicles they already had to work on. 5 stars for Frankie for making an unfortunate and stressful situation feel a lot less dreadful.

They can be informative but when you have a problem with your vehicle they want you to leave it with them for 2 months before they even look at it ,most people don't have 2 vehicles to do that
