Jonathan and his team were SO helpful at finding me the exact tire I needed, for a good price, and they were able to get the work done within the short time frame I requested. They were really friendly and helpful the entire time, and most importantly - as I said, they kept their word on the timeframe they agreed to! Great experience with this Firestone location!

I was really impressed by how professional the Firestone staff are. As anolder woman, I have often been ripped off by other service providers. I agreed to very clear actions which included tire rotation, oil change, and new wiper blades. I was assured that my tires are fine at this point, but two may need to be fixed in the near future so I can plan for that. It is a hectic time of year coming on the Christmas holidays, but I was helped promptly and I really appreciate it !

I had to leave my vehicle there all morning. This was just to patch/plug my new tire that I bought from them a few months ago. It was covered under my warranty so that was the best part.

Mike the manager was very helpful and friendly and made a real effort to have our car ready before the end of the day. He accomplished this despite having a lot of vehicles to service that day.

I was told my tire needed a patch, because of a nail that was causing a slow leak. Took an additional 40 minutes to put my tires back on after being told my car would be ready in the 20 minutes it took me to get there. Then two days later the tire they supposedly patched is completely flat. A waste of time and money. Employees were friendly enough though.

Mike and Brittany do everything that they can to help everyone. As everyone in Metairie, they always seem to be a little understaffed and overworked. One word to describe my experience would be Genuine.

I had a detached splash shield on the front passenger side of my Honda Accord. The Customer Service Representative put it immediately on a lift and in 5 minutes had it fixed. Needed probably just a bracket. No charge for the service. I ve had good experiences with taking my vehicles to this location.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My experience was an excellent one. I had to get 4 new tires and thanks to Brittany letting me know about the sale on tires. I was very happy. The customer service I received from Kevin was beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this location again. Thank you Firestone for the excellent service!

Do not go to Firestone on Clearview in Metairie! They replaced my battery and 3 days later my car wouldn't start! They installed it incorrectly and with corroded terminals. Idiots. They were probably hoping I would go back so they would lie and tell me I needed a new alternator, starter, and God knows what. They are complete scam artists.Services: Tires, Battery

My tire pressure light was on so I stopped in without an appointment to have the tires checked. Sure enough, I had a nail in a tire. The repair was made promptly and the technician also replaced a missing lug nut. Very happy with the service.

Exceptional team here with amazing customer service. Mike worked with me through the process of choosing new tires and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Other shops were like "we don't have those tires so sorry" and moved on. Whole management team here is top-notch!!

I've come here several times and will keep coming back. The employees are helpful, honest, and fair. I had a nail in my tire but it didn't puncture through, and they removed it for free. They could have charged me and I would have had no idea.

My tire had a flat - I brought it to see if it could get patched. Turned out I needed a new tire. I dropped my car off at this location at 11:50 am and I am STILL sitting in the Firestone lobby at 7:11 (mind you, they close at 7:00 pm) the staff is friendly but the short staffed BS is so frustrating. I ll never come to this location again.

I brought my car in to get a nail removed from my tire and have it patched. They got me in with a minutes notice and had my diagnostic done within the hour. It turned out to be something even more minor and they did not charge me for their time. Brittany, I believe the service rep, was very nice and helpful. They were definitely busy, but she made sure I was taken care of. Great service all around.

Very disappointing per numerous aspects. The factor that was most disappointing was the attitude of the store manager after I experience such negative experiences in my transactions. The technicians made errors per an alignment service that resulted in numerous senor warning devices in my Toyota Sienna to be activated. I was notified that my vehicle was ready for me to get. However when I go into vehicle I discovered the factor of the sensor lights staying on. The service department personnel was totally not aware of this factor. Apparently no one inspected the vehicle after the alignment regarding this matter. When I notified the service staff I was informed this was a minor matter that would be promptly adjusted. After an hour of my waiting, I was than informed that I would have to bring the vehicle back the following day since the technician could not make the necessary adjustment. Though disappointed I did return the following day. I waited and the necessary adjustment took a hour to be done. Now, regarding my other disappointment was that I brought my vehicle to Firestone to also purchase a new tire, since my tire had road damage (they called it an "egg" development on the tire that would be dangerous to utilize as a road tire. However, they would not be able to install the replacement tire they would sell to me until the next day. I was told to bring the car back the next day. I was told to bring them my vehicle to them when they open at 7 A.M. and they would get the car back to me as quickly as possible. I did arrive at 7 A.M; however, per the tire replacement and sensors problems that the technician caused, the car was made available to me until 5 P.M. and the senior problem was not resolved. As stated previously, I was told I had to return the car to them the following day to get the sensors problem they caused resolved. When I asked the Manager that since I had purchased the Lifetime Alignment Program, and this was the first alignment per this program for the car, would the sensor problem be consistent with future alignments by Firestone for this vehicle. The Manager specified to me that the only assurance he could give me is that his technicians are human, make mistakes, and will make mistakes in the future. This was not the response to provide me any assurance. Very disappointing totally in the service received per the extreme inconvenience to me per their caused problems, the time required to install the new tire and particularly the attitude of the Manager was so disappointing. Can not personally recommend this Firestone Location.

I took my van in for a battery replacement. During the install the technician accidentally broke a piece off the radiator. I was amazed how the shop was honest and owned their mistake. Sure it was a bit inconvenient since I was visiting from out of state, but they replaced what they broke and had me back on the road the next day (complete radiator replacement on a van is not an easy task).I cannot say enough good things about the integrity of this shop. Quality work and honesty are rare qualities to be found in many shops, but Firestone has both! If you want to feel secure about the care of your vehicle use this shop.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Did an online appointment for 3. Never received a follow up email whether accepted or not so still went to my scheduled appointment. Arrived and was rudely greeted by Michael Boudreaux the store "manager". I told him I was here for my 3 o clock appointment and he immediately starts yelling "oh not today, not today! I already booked for the day and you weren't there!". "Till Monday!" He saw my expression and said sorry can't do anything till Monday!" I countered by simply saying how horrible this was since I have scheduled and based my day on this tire change. I asked for his card and he immediately started again"What your going to complain!? You're going to complain!? We'll go ahead "big brodtha! Nothings going to happen! I'm short staffed!". I understand the short staff part but not his attitude. First time giving Firestone an opportunity and might be my last. My opinion is that Michael Boudreaux should not run a chained business with that horrible HORRIBLE attitude. If he wants to treat people that way ......he should open up his own business and not represent FIRESTONE.Update:Michael Boudreaux called me about 10 minutes after posting my review to my personal number and confronted me about this review. He stated "You're a liar and you should tell the truth!". No lies here. Wouldn't waste my time in any of this if it were a lie. I have better things to do than go back in forth with him. He should've thought twice before treating a potential customer with that awful behavior. I stood my ground and let him have it on the phone since he called my personal number. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Managers should not behave this way!I will be calling corporate again!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!! If I could leave no stars, I would! Went yesterday to get tires put on and they said they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. I asked if I could put my name on the list to get it taken care of the next day.....they said absolutely. They sent me a confirmation email and took a work order. When I showed up this morning to drop it off, they said they couldn't get to it until the next day again!! I showed them the email and everything, and they said they were already booked. Poorest customer service and most incompetent people I've seen! The manager had a horrible attitude as well. Just sad.
