Brought my Mustang here to have the bottom and frame restored after being driven on salted winter roads up north. Expressway was the only shop willing to take on the project and they did a phenomenal job in taking care of the rust and coating the undercarriage to prevent future damage. Derek, Mrs. Kim, and Mr. George did great work and kept me informed as to what was going on... and also informed me of other work that should be done outside of their purview (mechanically). It is all taken of, now! Highly recommended.

I recently had a wreck and had severe damage to my BMW. I took my car to Expressway Collision Center and had THE best experience ever. The staff was so friendly & outgoing and went the extra mile to reassure me that my car was in good hands. I am highly satisfied with the repair work, timeliness and fair cost. Considering the car industry today in this economy I did not want to buy a new or used car at high market value. I'm thrilled to have my car back looking and running like new again! Thank you, Expressway, for the professional service and wonderful experience. I highly recommend this business for a quality job well done. I will definitely be a return customer if the need ever arises.

I would highly recommend this shop!! Kim and Derek really went the extra mile to make sure they took care of all of my needs and especially dealing with insurance companies. I couldn t have asked for a better shop nor people to have to deal with after a wreck. My car came out looking great! Thank you Expressway Collision for EVERYTHING you did for me! You re the BEST!

I had the best experience working with Derek and Kim. I went to the grocery store only to come out and find my car door was damaged from another car hitting me while I was in the store.Derek and Kim were so helpful, and their work was 1st class. My car looked brand new; the paint matched, and Expressway Collision repaired the door fast. I was very impressed, and I would highly recommend Expressway to anyone needing help repairing and making their car look like new.

I chose this place because of their reviews, at first Ms. Dawn was overly nice , very accommodating buy as the weeks turned into months the friendliness became excuse after excuse by this time they have milked my insurance company for over $10000 dollars in supplements. I spent over $2000 for a rental. FINALLY get the call the car is ready and the pictures will speak for themselves. I am writing this review to help anyone who is trying to decide who to trust your vehicle with . You can go with the great reviews I read as well or you can look at the evidence. I was patient I was kind I didn't hassle them I tried to be empathetic to their personal life problems that were always the excuses things they told us about each other just to keep us waiting longer. I have Nothing against them as people but it just wasn't good BUSINESS. I am left with bringing my car to another shop and have to get an attorney. Chose wisely reviews are not always what they seem

I was in a rear end collision the week before Thanksgiving. Kim and Derek were very helpful throughout the whole process. I picked my car up on 12/7 and it looks as good as the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend them for any auto body needs.

My husband and I used Expressway Collision Center for our Volkswagen. Dawn who was our first contact with the company was amazing. She was very friendly and professional. She took her time to explain everything they did on my car. I was very pleased with the work, and have brought 2 other people to have their car repaired with them. Derek and John were absolutely excellent. Extremely nice and professional. I had no complaints with my experience. They even brought me to pick up my rental, and brought me to my house because I had forgotten the insurance check. I came in after an accident that left my front bumper and fender in bad shape. Derek was able to salvage and repaint my bumper. He worked with me transparently to find me the best prices for a re-used fender, which he also painted to match, and new clips. The expert service was friendly, affordable, and timely. Had this place paint my truck and they were supposed to prepare the truck and prime the truck and now the paint is peeling and from what I see there s no primer and the paint underneath has a gloss still. So all they did probably is washed it before painting it. I would not let this place paint a remote control toy car. These people are scammers. That s why they moved from marrero on the expressway and I paid cashService: Painting

I bring my 1977 Oldsmobile to this place and they pretty much ruined it. The Quality of work did nice suit the price that they want it I was I can show you guys the pictures I ve taken. So I decided to take the car and send it elsewhere and the shop I took the car to had to end up fixing there mistakes they lost very expensive trim pieces did not make sure the color matched before stripping the color off, ripped my leather top off saying they thought it was rust underneath it when it didn t the list goes on and onMs dawn nor the body man knew what there where doing now it s costing me big time still been contacting them about my trim and no response about it yetServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I've had a car accident last week. I was looking for a place to fix my car that are around my area, and I found this place on google. I went to the place and the manager Ms. Dawn welcomed me. She showed me how to get through the process. It was my first accident. They don't waste time and the car fixed in one week. I'm so glad that I came here first after my accident. Thank you for the great communication and the quality of the work. Amazing work guys!!!!

Horrible service.The owner is a Con Artist who does substandard work .Iwas promised factory parts for my repairsfnd was given aftermarket trash. The paint was mismatched and I was Tod give it 30 days which was a lie.The fog lights were never installed. HORRIBLE

Great place, Dawn has handled everything for me(twice)! They have dealt directly with the insurance company and walked me through the process of a rental car! The turn around from getting in and out was quick and painless!Highly recommend.

Went in to get 2 scrapes fixed on my Honda Civic Hatchback. They did such an amazing job!! Made my 2019 look brand new again! Definitely would recommend!!

Great pricing and a friendly and informative staff definitely make this place my first choice for collision repairs. Oh and did I mention they have a brand new paint booth that's top of the line so that new bumper you need replaced can be perfectly color matched to your vehicle. Js

I had my car in this shop about 3 months ago. Derrick lied to me then he compounded that lie with lie after lie.To top my experience the Mexican body man is a butcher.
