They really live up to the name. Honest and communicative, they don't shy away from a job. They won't try to sell you work you don't need, they do the job right the first time and they don't waste your time, they get it DONE! I hate having to go to a mechanic, but when I do, I'm happy to support this local business.

I had them repaint my hood and my rear tailgate of my GMC truck.The hood came out fine, but the tailgate turned out to be a disaster. they gave it back to me with deep lines and scuff marks, which i brought it back to them when the body shop man told me to wait weeks after the painting. When i returned it to him, The Owner went off on me cursing me out not to bring the Truck to the back part of the paint shop, the reason i did so in the first place is that i called 6 times to the front, with no reply or communication to me at all. After i was able to communicate with the front office, I sent it back to have the scuff marks removed, i was aggravated that more damage was done to the paint job with at least 40 line scratches in the paint , when the front office guy told me it was repainted in which he lied to me, where surface dust was hiding the scratches . I called and left two messages which none were retuned to me. I wouldn't bring it back to them now, The Owner of that shop is a complete idiot. i believe their whole intention was to upset me and i will have my attorney contact them . Terrible Customer Service. Never once did they call me to let me know the truck was finished to pickup.Service: Painting

I allowed the guy from the neighborhood to install my front bumper chin on my Hellcat. He was cheap but so was his work. I pulled up to several body repair shops to get this 30 minute job done right and every place I visited told me that they would not be able to take the job until at least a week. I walked in Excellent Automotive spoke with the owner for about 10 minutes, whom might I add was a very nice guy, and he said let me look at the car. He examined it quickly and told me to pull around back, 15 minutes later job done perfectly and just a fraction more than I paid the guy from the neighborhood. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very competent, mostly use manufacturer parts and file the parts warranty for you. Prices are comparable to other shops. They always stay up to date with equipment and techniques. Some dealerships don't work on cars that are "old" and recommend E.Automotive.

I wouldn't bring any vehicle to these people. They are very unprofessional. They probably couldn't figure out how to change a tire if they watched a YouTube video on how to do it. They had my truck for 3 weeks and didn't even look at it. I could have built a new truck in that amount of time. The owner acts like he's doing you a favor by taking your vehicle in. When you call to check on your vehicle he is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't have had to call if the so called "mechanic" would have known what he was doing, or at least given me a courtesy call to let me know what was going on after 3 weeks. Don't be fooled by the good rating. Check out the bad ratings they only have a few but they really tell you how they operate.

I have both of my personal vehicles serviced here and everything from the people to the service to the shop are the best anywhere. I have not been a customer long, but they certainly have my vehicle repair business from now on. You won't find more knowledgeable mechanics to work on any type of vehicle. Danny and Andre are terrific people to know and trust with all of your automotive services. I travel from the West Bank just to have them work on my vehicles exclusively. Cannot recommend them enough! Keep up the fantastic work guys!

I have used Excellent Automotive for over 20 years for auto repair services and my expectations have always been exceeded. It is really hard today to find a great mechanic who is thorough and making sure every job is complete. I have never had to bring a car back because of faulty repairs or the mechanic fixed one thing but failed to notice or alert me to other concerns. I will use Danny and his crew as long as he keeps his doors open.

Excellent Auto is excellent. I had a problem with my battery, and needed an oil change as well. I didn't call ahead, I just took the chance that they would be able to help me.I was in and out in under an hour!There was a nice comfy waiting room, and time flew by.Thank you guys so much!

The owner is awesome. He did work on my car that no other big businesses would do. My radiator was leaking from a collision and he managed to fix it without me doing 2,000$ worth of body work.

I've spent between $4-5,000 at this shop in a number of visits, good prices. However, my "fixed vacuum leak" was actually rigged, i.e. a WD-40 straw was used to "fix" a leak, twice. I had visited CarDoc on Veterans and was shown this red straw. Wish I would've spent my hard earned money at CarDoc instead of sitting in this junk collector's disgusting, roach-infested lobby!

The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about a wide range of vehicles from top-of-the-line Mercedes-Benz to 30 year old Toyotas. The customer service is excellent!

Always take great care of me, I recently had to go back the next morning because my car wasn't working as planned but, the owne, Danny, looked at it, realized there was a factory defect, said it would take just a minute to fix and before I could finish reading the sales circular, he handed me my keys, apologized and sent me on my merry way...thanks again for the great service!
