After realizing 16 PSI on front passenger side tire, immediately drove to Crown Buick GNC Dealership for services. Within one hour or less tire was repaired a very reasonable price.

So spoke With Kwanza on 8/29 and she told me that it will take about 1 to 2 days but there is no loaner car and I was OK with that. So I get there on 8/31 Kwanzaa is on a day off and they tell me that it s not 1 to 2 days but it ll be a week before they even look at it.Since my car is 450 miles away from losing its warranty, i had to make a choice. Rent a car for a $1000 or bring it back possibly after warranty.How do you go from 1-2 days to 7 or more.Also was told since I didn t buy the vehicle from that particular dealer there would be nothing they could do for me after it s out of warranty even though I brought it in early.I did everything I was supposed to do based on the information i was given.This is not indicative of what I expect from GMC. Honor should be present!Will reconsider buying from GMC again after this experience

The service writer was not able to use any common sense to solve a problem he created and did not care who liked it. I am hopeful that one day he crosses a line that gets him fired.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Not a good experience. They didn't bother to explain what's wrong with the car. Only talked money. It felt very unprofessional. Also, the wait time was crazy and no follow ups. So plan to be without your car for at least a week for basic repair. The rep that handled my job came off as rude, all knowing and unprofessional. Never again.

The service department at this dealership is amazing. They are courteous, professional, and communicate what's happening every step of the way. This service department alone will be the main reason I'll buy from this dealership in the future.

When I got my car back it was absolutely disgustingly filthy. Inside and out. Imagine putting your car in a room with the windows down and then sand drywall. Yes, dust in every book and cranny. It took me a good two hours to clean it.Funny part was when the tech drove the car around for pickup, he took a paper floor mat out before handing the car over.

Checked it to get Oil & Oil Filter change, Tire Rotation, and Multi point check. Thankfully they were able to squeeze me in without an Appt.
