Super super fast. Super super friendly.On my God my daughter loves to go with me. They have the perfect place for the kids.The service are so kind and they are really example of genuine human. With kindness.

Very, very super nice associates, Brian was very helpful in the service department. Super clean nice large size area, if you need to wait for your vehicle . We just purchased our Forester Wilderness, from Greg ,which the purchase went smooth and no pressure at all. We needed to add a hitch which they had to order and was able to get us in before leaving town to install. Differently will be back when in town next time for accessories and oil change when due !

I always feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout each visit. I've had three oil changes and had a tire changed so far.The space is as comfortable as Amy coffee shop while you wait for your car. There's free wifi and snacks. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I brought my daughter to this most recent service visit and she loved it as well. She says it was relaxing and that's not a usual description of a service center

Brianna took care of the service in my car. They honored the warranty and replaced the battery free of charge. They also checked everything else on the car that needed checking.They also provided transportation to and from my house. When they didn't have a battery in stock, I was provided a 2024 Outback for the time I was without my own car.

I like this place even if the service advisor wasn't that knowledgeable. We went there because the "low tire pressure" light went on. She wanted us to pay $160 even the possibility was high that they were not going to be able to find out why. The place is very, very pet friendly. They even gave my dog a chewing toy in the shape of a Subaru TRW before we left.

I will never bring my vehicle back to, nor will I refer anyone to Bryan Suburu Service Center again. My Service Adviser, Richard Elvey was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever run across in my life. Mr. Elvey did not make eye contact with me at any time during our conversations, which led me to believe he was lying through his teeth when advising which services needed to be done. Richard Elvey was also very short and utterly rude in his responses to my questions. I felt like I was conversing with a scam artist every time we spoke and firmly believe I got ripped off by this man. He charged me nearly $2,000 for a Radiator repair. I priced the exact same service with another mechanic after the fact and their total came to $526.19 for the same exact service.Richard Elvey was also extremely rude to my son when he went to pick up his vehicle, which is unforgivable to me.Do not take your vehicle to Brian Subaru service center. You will get scammed and pay three times more than you should.
