Over priced mechanic Bert is ripping off locals that live near by. He prefers insurance jobs so he can really rack up the dollars. My son had a bent rim from hitting a pothole and he charged my son $3,300 to so call fix the cradle and took 2 weeks. Very bad business and taking advantage of a kid who lives blocks away.

Wish I can rate it 0 stars .. I just called and ask for a quote and he had an attitude.. because I said the wrong type of engine on my truck. I can only imagine the attitude in person.

Bert has been servicing my family's vehicles for the better part of a decade and we could not be happier with the level of customer service and quality of work we have received over the years. Bert has the ability to inform you about an issue in terms that are understandable to someone thats unfamiliar with the operations of motor vehicles. Also he and his crew stay up to date with the latest developments in auto technology by regularly attending classes. Bert's certainly isn't the cheapest auto repair shop your going to find, but his prices are not unreasonable. Especially once you consider that they're some of the most knowledgeable and highly skilled mechanics in the area.

A master in his field who has integrity. It is a rare thing these days. I stopped by for an emergency repair and Bert was able to work me into the schedule. By mid day my car was repaired at half the cost I expected. I also learned that Bert teaches his craft at seminars at local collages. That is a great way to stay sharp on new automobile techniques. He even taught me a few things that I should and should not do when it comes to do it yourself. Was a pleasant experience, and appreciated his workmanship, help and faithfulness.

We stumbled onto Bert's by accident. our truck broke down across the street from his shop. He sent some of his guys over to push the truck across 4 lanes of traffic. We found him to be honest, reasonable and accommodating. Such a comfort to know the job will be done right and done at the right price. Highly Recommend!!

Bert is an upstanding, honest, and straightforward mechanic. Five years ago, my mother-in-law, a sweet retired woman, took her car to him. He gave it a going-over and drew up an estimate. He then honestly advised her that, yes, he could fix all the things wrong with her well worn-out, older car. However, he then advised her that for what she's spend for him to do it, she would be better off purchasing a new car. Five years later, when the warranty on that new car expired a month before her transmission suddenly began malfunctioning, he did diagnostics and also helped us navigate dealing with the dealership to have the resulting repairs done under the applicable extended warranty. He explained the car's problems at length, answered all of our questions patiently, and even helped us prepare to make the required calls to arrange for the repairs to ensure that the warranty would cover them (which it was supposed to; but knowing what exactly to tell them about the problems going in was extremely comforting).

I've had 4 issues fixed here and each time the workmanship was solid and the price was very fair. The one estimate I got elsewhere was over 30% higher. The service isn't the quickest (they've usually got a lot of vehicles being worked on), but it's all done very professionally and done right. He told me i could have my vehicle serviced for electrical issues. turned me down at the door as soon as it arrived saying it would be too much work and would be a nightmare . i m disappointed with the unprofessionalism shown.

It's always a nerve wracking experience to choose a new doctor or Auto mechanic. This is a no nonsense brass tacks shop. I set the guy up to find tons of issues, but was pleased with a $22 bill, straightforward communication and a quick transaction. I'm going to keep bringing my family's vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

I brought my infinity into Berts it was overheating, I paid to get a estimate $145.00 was paid, I was told that it would cost between $4000and $5000.i decided to check further on my own. After checking head compression and temperature of the heads. I found the coolant temperature sending unit was bad a $16 part. I am wondering what was done to check my engine at berts and why.Lee RousselAs you can see from my 1st comment I was charged $145 for the estimate

If a measure of a service provider is how he conducts himself when there's a dispute then the owner of Bert's, Alberto LeMon, deserves 0 stars. He's been belligerent, deceitful and manipulative. His mental condition doesn't seem to be healthy and I pray he gets well, but I certainly won't be testing my luck leaving my family's car with him.EDIT: Wow... now I finally get it. "Otrebla Nomel" is you! Having talked face to face with "Otrebla Nomel" I can say this: how and where his eyes are will make you feel... uncomfortable.
