Checked our battery. The young lady was very kind. She got us a new battery quickly and was very polite. Sad in today's world that it is a big deal that people are courteous when you are purchasing a product. The world has changed.

Sad in today s world when changing a battery is considered good customer service LMAO. Bro you wearing that privilege like a thermal next to a grand fireplace. Notice how the store didn t reply to the black woman below. That s all you need to know. This location and the service needs to improve significantly. If they can t take genuine critiques then they can close up shop. Real ones know what it is.

Every AutoZone no matter where you go the person at the counter is always in a rush to do anything else besides help the customer. Customer service sucks, don't go here or any AutoZone. O'Reilly's is way better.

Disgusted by the customer service. Some lady wouldn't help me with my battery because she was "about to be off" so I waited the 5 min until the next apparent battery person came in to help me. 2 o'clock rolled around and apparently he doesnt feel comfortable replace my battery. So i did it myself in their parking lot. No problem.These women have attitudes. I've tried to be nice but everytime I come to this location the customer service is very lacking.Few weeks back I needed a lugnut stripper after blowing a tire the guys said that they didn't have it which they did. And tried to close 5 mins before closing.

I will never go to this location again. So disrespectful, making little side remarks like I was going to do him something and he refuse to sell me the part so that I could get my car fix. The manager, white hair and beard and big belly. Seems like he have an issue with women, I am a black woman and I was very respectful. It seems like he has an issue with women in general. Absolutely Rude...The manager and the short white guy with the beard ..I'll take my money somewhere else.

Great customer service from Will and Jermaine last night! Very pleasant workers, even with it being so late at night. I needed some jumper cables and more duct tape.. & time and knowledge was given to help me make the best decision.

Stopped by to get new windshield wipers for my Acura. My customer service rep was Mike, and he was awesome! Tried buying online, but was having issues, so he honored the price at the store. A customer, who happened to be there offered to installed them for me. Had a great experience!!!

I am only giving 5 stars because one individual went over the top to help us change the wiper blades in the rain. This individual s name was Madison. A wonderful worker and I thought he was the manager he was so well-informed. However, I would give 1 star to Tommy, the actual manager. This man blatantly refused to help us change the wiper blades and his only reason was because it was raining. I even offered to hold an umbrella and he just flat out refused. It was pathetic and doesn t deserve a managerial role. Autozone should seriously think about handing that title over to Madison because of his knowledge and willingness to help customers out.

I used to have terrible things to say about this giant of parts industry. But they seem to have done some work in the trenches. Their prices have gotten better and the in store help has greatly improved. Hats off to AutoZone for listening to their client base and adjusting appropriately

This should be zero stars. Went in purchased some booster cables. They didn t work. We took them back and the 2 rude parts manager on duty were very rude about me getting other cables When trying to explain that I know how to teabag jumper cables both the shorty dirty looking white guy and the black guy Jermaine H became argumentative with me. This is awful and both deserve to be coached on proper customer service skills

Jermaine was super helpful, efficient, professional, and made what could have been a very stressful situation casual and easygoing! I left with my expectations beyond met! Great store, great location, and awesome staff (the assistant manager was also super nice and attentive!)

I had to take a minute to say how awesome the employees are. My receipt says store 3017. Allen S. Took his time in the heat to help me & explained everything in detail I could understand. He really went above and beyond. The young lady ( I didn t catch her name) was awesome, too. Thank you and thank you again. God bless y all

This is the worst auto zone in Metairie. The employees are lazy, not professional and definitely not qualified or helpful.It was close to where I was getting my vehicle fixed and I was hoping that they had new people since I last went. Nope, still horrible. They don't care, neither do I. I will continue going to the better locations like I did anyway. I don't like being around mean/ unprofessional people.Hopefully you will have better experience.

Super helpful staff, got some brakes. They reminded me that I needed Brake cleaner for the rotors before I install. Glad he reminded me. Thanks as always.

Car wouldn t start today, got it jumped and went to this AutoZone and apparently I needed a new battery. It s always stressful when you re having car troubles, so thank you for the super FAST and professional service! Major shoutout to Thomas (I think) who put the battery in for me!! You re the man!! These people work hard and are very knowledgeable! Staff was wearing masks and I appreciate that!

Customer service was rude and unhelpful. They sold me a brake pad that doesn't fit my Nissan, but claimed it was a universal fit, then refused to explain any difference. Most locations I have been to will at least hear the customer out and try to make it right.

Horrible customer service!! The guy would not come out and help me with my headlight issue. He claimed they were too busy. He gave me info on cost of new ones but would not come investigate to see if there was another issue. However, someone else got their windshield wipers changed by an associate, which is much easier, but they weren't too busy for that apparently.

This place has exceedingly lowered my expectations. For me this place used to be 5 star place with immediate customer service, great service at that but after going in to have help with replacing a battery that I purchased at this location I was completely disappointed. Not only did I already notice they did not want to help me replace the battery out of my car. But also one of the ladies at this location used as an excuse that she did not want to help or have another gentlemen do it because she did not want to break my car . When in the end she said this was too much work. Which in other words to me it seemed like she was being lazy and not wanting to help a customer out. Especially when my car was unable to turn back on due to this bad battery. If anything I would give this place 0 stars at this point!!

The staff here was absolutely wonderful. They worked flawlessly together and everybody had a smile on their face the entire time I was in the store! I felt like I was in a commercial or something! It was the best AutoZone experience I've had hands down! Oh....and the reason for my visit was for some coolant!
