Everything went well I even got a cheaper price than what was quoted.Update as of January 29th. All that changed.I work for Rouses on Clearview Pkwy and in the picture of my window that exploded you will see a car parked behind my truck.Luckliy someone witnessed it and went into the store to customer service to report what had happened and they announced it over the intercom anyone who owns a Black Ford Explorer with license plate ###im like wait a minute that sounds like me, I walk outside and see my glass that I just spent almost 600 dollars on in that condition I was like someone did that the Eye witness Randy,said no man I was sitting right here it just exploded and scared the hell out of me,So I called Auto Glass Now only to get the Rude Bailey on the phone I explained what happened she was totally unprofessional acted as if I was lying about what I was saying and I stated I am standing here with a eyewitness her response was alk i can do is quote you for another glass I could Not believe she had the nerve to offer me another glass without trying to assist in replacement due to faulty installation and or defective factory glass.How can you run a business and not do the right thing to and for your customers she wasn't the least bit sorry that it had happened or anything but instead proceeded to argue with me about how sure she was that it would not get replaced.So I called corporate and had a manager contact me, I get a phone call from Jennifer the other rude lady in the office and she says your not getting any replacement I already talked to someone, I said I don't want to talk to you I want to talk to a manager.Well a few hours later I I get a call from the manager Anthony Shoemaker, and he wasn't at all sounding like he was going to do something about it either because of the way he talked. It's a lifetime warranty on them windows and they're saying they don't cover breakage, this is Not breakage this is either factory defective glass or installation error or both.So he said you have pictures send them to me and I will take a look at them and get back with you shortly that was before noon and I still have not heard anything else about the matter.And it's 6:30. I wished I would of read the reviews before doing business with them,All I know is no matter what I have to do to get them to do what they should of done from the beginning and replace the glass I Will do.I won't stop until this is made right.I mean I have a witness who witnessed it.I had to go pay 300 dollars when I left Auto Glass because when I left I noticed my blinkers and taillights wasn't working I called and of course they didn't know anything about it, but the trim in the rear of the truck was all off and never put back on and there was damaged wire s,I mean hell I'm not even gripping about that I just want the glass fixed. You do business with these people enter at your own risk because once they get your money you're nothing to them, shame on Y'all, Just remember God Doesn't like ugly and he doesn't sleep.

There was a lot of confusion from the USAA and central scheduling about this location providing the repairs at my home curbside. After I came into the facility for the repair, the staff was 100% apologetic about the confusion and more than helpful. Extremely friendly and service was very fast .. even on a Saturday. I will certainly be back when needed.

This is my second occasion using Auto Glass Now to install a replacement windshield in my favorite rock magnet. Last time I brought it to them and this time they came to me. Both times, the job was done quickly and properly, at a very reasonable price. They also followed up with relevant information regarding the immediate care after the repair. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with their service.

They are so friendly quick and efficient for a minor glass repair. They even set up going through my insurance and I paid nothing. I was out in 20-30 minutes.

Broke two windshields during install. I was there for over 3 hrs, as a result I was late for work and have to drive another 40 min to go back there so they can try for a 3rd time to put the windshield in properly. On the bright side, they did give me $50 off for my time but I lost more than that in wages by arriving late. It was a bad day

They had my windshield in stock with the best price and fit me in within an hour. It took exactly the same amount of time they said it would. I think they stay late to finish my glass which was the last one of the day, even though I think you bought out the previous owners,, Ive been using this location for 10+ years. No plans to change.Also, I arrived without my wallet panicking. They took my credit card over the phone from my wife and allowed me to put $10 on my debit card for gas to get home. I live an hour north in Bedico.Thats five stars in anyone s book!

I have a Toyota Tundra (2018). I woke up one morning to see that my rear passenger window had been broken and someone rummaged through my vehicle. I went to Auto Glass Now for a replacement. They had the window in stock and fixed it quickly. Very good service.

Got my windshield replaced.Decent price.Reasonable wait: I scheduled my appointment my wait was about hour to 2 hour wait.Theres a 4% surcharge on purchases with a credit card. However there is none on debit or cash purchases. Which sux and I am glad I had the money anyway.Had sum difficulty in getting them to salvage my current brake tag. But I was able 2 bring the remains to brake tag center with my receipt and a nice little story 2 tell explaining what happened.Additional:Thursday December 10th visit.Went in to, I guess SEAL I don't know but I had a chip in my windshield and needed it repaired before it spread into a whole crack.They took care of me real QUICK and for a great price too!And were very nice about it.I was told if the chip DOES spread into a crack within one year after purchase.The money I spent to get the chip repaired will be used against my windshield repair.Hope that makes sense.Great job yall

I'm a business owner, and I've always valued every patron that has done business with me. I entered this establishment expecting an agreeable level of customer service, but to my dismay, I left with such a bad taste in my mouth, that I am hesitant to return. I was referred to Auto Glass Now by one of my colleagues in the transportation business. (Many of us in this industry are interconnected and share our recommendations with each other.)Upon talking with the female sitting in the back corner (Michelle?), she quoted me a price that was much higher than the invoice that my colleague had shared with me for a windshield he recently had replaced there. We both have the same exact models in our fleet. I shared with Michelle the invoice, and she immediately transferred me to the female in the front (Sherry?). I presume she was having a very bad day, because she was very rude. If not, then she must innately have a disgusting attitude, and definitely does not do a great job representing this company. She barely assisted me, then quoted a price that was just a few dollars less than what the first female quoted me. I, again, pulled out the invoice to show them why there was a disparity in pricing. I even inquired about a tax exempt option, to which she quickly shut me down and claimed that was the best price. The entire interaction with Sherry lasted less than a minute. I wanted to walk out right then and there, but Michelle reconvened with me, and even admitted that they would still honor the tax exemption. At that point, I knew that they were toying with me. Apparently, someone named Jennifer was able to set up business accounts, but she was not present at that time. I go through about 30 windshields a year, and I'm connected with multiple businesses that have over 300 vans that are in constant need of windshields. Unfortunately for this business, their lousy customer service just cost them tens of thousands of dollars in potential earnings. Treat your customers right. I wouldn't want any of these young ladies to lose their job, but they DEFINITELY need a refresher on proper business etiquette and customer service. For me, I would never employ folks like that. (I don't remember the gentleman's name in the back of that office, but he was very kind, and this bad review does not reflect upon him in any way.)I have expressed my frustrations regarding this experience with my colleagues, and shared my preferred windshield vendor with them as well, so that they can enjoy the bulk discounts as I do. I will not advertise that vendor with the general public, but I do recommend that everyone does their due diligence in choosing the right vendor before settling for windshield repairs at this establishment.

I had no appointment. My new (to me) truck had just caught a rock and I didn t want to have the chip run. Auto Glass Now had previously done a repair for me on another vehicle, and I took the chance they might be able to help me again. It was one of those rare, exceeding expectations kinds of experiences. I was in and out in less than an hour. They were friendly, efficient, and did excellent work. They walked me through the insurance claim process, and basically gave me the type of service that I wish was the norm everywhere. I highly recommend them for glass repair!! This place hands downs had the best price. My back window was awful. Other places wanted $400 and here I got everything done for under $200.The staff was friendly even the call center rep was awesome and knowledgeable. Were able to get glass for my car faster and cheaper than safelite, but told me the day of that the glass they ordered was out of stock so it was gonna be more expensive for my service. Thankfully they went ahead and gave me a discount for my inconvenience and it was still cheaper than safelite but more than my original estimate

Great job with windshield, everyone was nice and made its easy and simple only flaw the lady in charge was very rude to other employees, telling them to shut up and that she was sick of them. She was yelling at them and i honestly don t know how she is still working there. Very rude to other employees but not to customers.

If I could give this place a zero I completely would. I m a very respectful and nice person; today just showed me how ugly people can really be. I am 6 months pregnant and already having a very hard pregnancy this place just wants to be completely rude when you are being nice the whole time.I drop my car off this morning to get a whole new windshield on my vw. My car has never had anything wrong with it before and there was nothing wrong with my car when I drop it off. I go to pick my car up and now my car is telling me it has a malfunction in it and it will not start or it won t start right. I have no clue why my car would be acting up like this now when I had just got the windshield fixed only thing that comes to mind is this place had to do something to my car because again their never been anything wrong with my car before. Instead of being nice and trying to see if they could look at my car again and try to fix the problem they want to be completely rude to me. Never again will I bring my car to such rude people again.P.s. when I was picking up my car when they was being rude to another customer In the building. So they seem to always be rude to everyone
