I've always gotten great friendly service until tonight. Went in on 1.10.24 to get an online order and was unpleasant and didn't even want to look up the order and made me go back and forth between my license and emails when my name was clearly on the pickup order and screen. Every other pickup I've had was exceptional. I will certainly go during the day from now on or go to a different establishment in the afternoon.

You have an employee who deals with customers with rudeness and disrespect. You should talk to her about the subject. She is very annoying in the way she speaks and her negative gares. I hope I don t go back to that place again I think her name, Erica or something like that oh my God

Always helpful and knowledgeable! Came outside, looked at my car, and told me how to fix it without making a purchase. I'm always happy to give them my business!

this lady that work with Alfred was so disrespectful and rude making all kind of inappropriate remarks towards us after we just paid 229.00 for a battery she was short red heavy set with glasses and a low haircut me and my wife really don't appreciate all the nasty comments she made out her mouth at all she don't need to be at work or dealing with customer service if she going be going off on customers for no reason !

Shannon is great, she even changed our windshields wipers in the rain, as we were late getting on the road for a trip and I had forgotten my wipers were bad. Thanks so much Shannon for going above and beyond with your customer service!

Went there after the hurricane simply bc I saw gas can and small line, why not ( only bought 3 not all ) but regardless it was ridiculously efficient, polite, helpful and grabbed items for people to keep things moving. I just hope the owner was either there or knows he's got solid people. Sorry no photos, I wasn't there long enough. Thanks again, B

Went in for a windshield wiper blade replacement.No luck in getting a suitable replacement but the customer service was so nice!An employee name Wayne even attempted to help put the blade on but couldn't (not his fault)At least he offered to try to help.Very nice of him.Great customer service!

There was one lady with blonde hair with glasses that was just playing around too much like we were her friends. And then she she had a passive aggressive attitude because she heard us say let s just go to autozone cause of her too playful attitude. She was going to ask if we were a rewards member and if we had a phone number and then muttered to herself never mind, im not even going to ask . In the end, she was aggravating lmao

So WE brought a part in that we needed that rotted on the car and they could not tell us what it was called. We brought the part and told them exactly where it was located and still couldn t help us. They Sold us a wrong part. I asked them to come take a look and they acted like they didn t know what I was saying.

Twice I ve been to this store, and twice I ve been let down. Once I came in for some tailight screws, the tech told me my best bet is to head to the dealership. I went to isle 3 and found the screws I needed in two minutes.The second time I asked for a check engine light scan, a guy named Fred told me their not doing it (right now)??? No reason why or nothing, then he recommended me to go to their competitor. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else per Fred s advise.

The employees are friendly, helpful, and courteous. For an auto parts store they have a decent selection of mechanical parts. Carquest brand is often very reliable, especially for quick struts.

Everyone was so helpful and concerned. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part and it was installed correctly. I highly recommend the company and the Vets location especially.

It was raining and needed new wiper blades for a car we just bought about an hour prior. Place looked closed as no outside lights were on and it was night time. They had the wiper blades but prices were very high for them. Almost $40 for 2 blades. If they weren't needed I would have left.

Easy to navigate and locate the items you are looking for. Friendly staff ready to help you with your purchases. I am glad this old Rite Aid was repurposed into Advance Auto.

They don't honor online prices in store. No home delivery for what I wanted, so would have to drive to all the store to get the quantity needed. That's fun!

I wish that we have more people like Wayne, who works at Carquest on Veterans hwy, Metairie. Not only that he was very helpful and professional, but also, he treated me with respect and friendliness I never experienced in my life. He is the best salesperson I've ever met in my life.

I like this particular location. Everyone us helpful and polite. They dont act like they know everything, they point in the right direction to get the right answer and part!!! I will definitely come back here all the time!

This is my new place to go, forget Autozone!!! Wayne was helpful and knowledgable on the questions I asked him, and the rest of the staff on shift all have been working in their line of work for a hot second. They had everything i needed and if they didn't have a part that guaranteed that it would be in the next day. This is now my go-to place for my automotive needs.

6/7/2021 3pm Terrible customer service. No assistance at All with my issue.I went to Auto Zone which is further away but worthwhile. WHAT a Difference in Service. NEVER recommending this place or returning.

Made the mistake of going to another store for assistance with a car battery problem before going to Carquest. Needless to say, the assistance and trustworthy advice I received from Mike at the Carquest location in Metairie was exceptional! I will never shop at another car parts store again; Mike gained a Carquest customer for life!

Advance/ Napa / O'Reilly the trinity of local real auto parts. Pep Boys thinks it can downsize to service only, bad move IMO. Don't trust no grease monkeys but me. Autozone is only good for tools and fluids, Duralast only applies to their tools. Their parts are Duracrap.
