I met the owner of South End when he came to my business for some notary work. He told me about his business. I was impressed. We took one of our vehicles down there and we were not disappointed! Brandon, and his people, do great work! I was very impressed with the customer service, personable attitude, professionalism, knowledge, and experience! So, I have taken my car there twice and both times I had exceptional service! They were very communitive especially with how much I was paying and what I was paying for. They did exactly what I had asked and they did a really great job! I actually ended up paying less than I thought I would be and then after they even came to pick me up and bring me to my car when it was done. I will be going there in the future for sure!

I brought my car into South-End Automotive after getting estimates and recommendations for mechanical work. Both Derek and Brendan went above and beyond.They took interest in the issue with my car, gave me a quick quote.. finalized it and and made my appointment in no time.The had a guarantee on their work and they had a great turn around time .. I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially having to do with an automobile and mechanic work.They were honest and were vigilante on their work. Great place. Constantly updating you on the progress of your vehicle. I brought my 2003 f150 with a 4.6 V8 and asked for an engine swap of the same engine. Had that truck out in no time. I had to jump on here and write a review for this amazing company (specifically Brendan). My brother s company truck (Pittman AC and Heating) has been put through the wringer from an awful mechanic (currently being sued by multiple people), and he was hesitant to try someone else. This company was professional and kept open communication throughout the process. His truck was complete in a timely manner and runs perfectly. I own a Motorhome that was misfiring. I brought it to my old mechanic shop and left it overnight. I got a phone call the next morning stating it was something they could not fix.On my way home I stopped at South-End Automotive and explained what was happening to my Motorhome. Scott the mechanic told me to pull around the back and he would look at it. He took the doghouse cover over and immediately spotted the trouble. Within 15 minutes I was back in the road again.I assure you that I will use them again if the need arises. They were very helpful and available. I can't say enough good things about the guys over at South-End Auto. I brought my 2004 F-250 6.0 Powerstroke in for a suspected blown head gasket, amongst some other minor things, after being turned down by every other diesel mechanic in the state. Instead of just going ahead and doing a head job on the truck that would've cost thousands, Brendan took the time to thoroughly diagnose the truck just to make sure I wasn't out a ton of money for a repair I didn't need and as it turns out, I in fact did not need a head job. The guys fixed up some other things for me: hydro boost, coolant tank lid, drained and filled the coolant system, power steering pump, and even found a blown exhaust manifold gasket that I had no clue was an issue. I got the truck back with a quick turnaround, they kept me informed on costs and the current state of where they were in the process of repairs and the truck is running top notch now. My truck had its starter go bad while we are in the area on vacation. Called up the boys and they said they could get started on it right away on a Saturday! I took my Audi in to get looked at. The thing about Audis is that many people refuse to work on them for being European cars and those who do often either don t do it right or give up. So when I went to South-End Automative, I went in with a certain level of skepticism. Turns out, the people who helped me out did a great job. I was most impressed with the communication they held with me about my car and further more the after care that they provided. All that being said, I think the most impressive part is how my father feels like he can trust them (he owns the car). He is a naturally skeptical man and now every time the car has a problem, he s like hey, maybe you can take it down to the guys in Milton and they can help you out. A great spot for your car needs.
