Own a 2016 Chevy Malibu..never really had problems with the car... Brought it brand new ..always took it to the dealer for repairs... Just took it a couple of months ago and had diagnostic ran on it for everything... I only had an oil leak ... Took it to Tommy Lee's because he came highly recommended by another mechanic after I moved here..moving here to take care of and ended up burying my mom..this shop charged me 3000 dollars to fix the oil leak. And in turn they stop my horn, my alarm system from working ...Gas is dumping in the car and filling the car with gas fumes and the car wont start and when it it does every time it idles down with the cutoff system it struggles and is draining the battery. Kept the car 7das for the oil change car ran 2 das b4 having pay to tow it back to Tommy Lee's.. A ur warranty..and 3mo labor warranty.. Kept the car 2das and the next day had to get a tow after sitting all day broken down in traffic waiting for another tow I had to pay 4 bcz they dont pay for that.. Got there and the rude guy at the front desk argues with me not their fault I must have electrical issues for a car that I drove over with nothing but an oil leak and that has already had a diagnostic done by the dealer. Females should not be targeted by mechanics bcz we are female. I have always taken care of my vehicles bcz I am a single female and funds are restricted..now they're telling me I need an atty. I havent had my car back a week yet. I want the car back the way it was when I brought it in and return the $3000 and I will gladly take it to the dealer. I dont trust Tommy Lee's now.

Affordable, quick, straightforward. We didn't realize the spark plugs were numbered opposite of what we originally thought. Tommy was happy to explain that to us, as well as just chatting with us about other repairs. Easy to communicate and easy access location.

Very friendly service. They get back into your vehicle as quickly as possible and not too hard on your wallet.

Timing chain, couldn t find anyone else that did timing chains, he s one every few mechanics wants to deal with it
