The staff is polite and very helpful. I made an appointment for the next day to get a tire fixed. On that day, I called to reschedule and they were able to give me a later time that worked better for me. I was in and out. Or that is how it felt. I was not there long. I would definitely recommend the Marrero location.Click

As a returning customer, I have had oil change and tire service on my truck on several occasions.Manager, Mr. Mat at 2195 Barataria Blvd. Marrero La./Jefferson Parish has always been professional, knowledgeable and personable in regards to best options available to me. Service was exceptional and expedited. Store kept clean and products stocked.Truly, my need was met, processed and accommodated in a timely manner.Thanks to all the staff team working everyday!

This is the third time I ve gone to Tire Choice after a friend told me about them!!! It s always a great experience, with quality work and service!!! I usually make an appointment but had a dead battery this time and popped right in and they took excellent care of me and quickly changed it and I was on my way!!! Highly recommend them for all of your auto needs!!!

Walked in at 6:30pm to get my tire plugged since I had a nail in it. This location does not close till 7pm. The gentleman sitting behind the desk told me he could not service me since his entire staff left to go to the pelican s game. PATHETIC. Don t go here.

I thought I had found a good auto shop. Instead, I realized that this shop does not know how to communicate. They also do not have dependable hours where a mechanic is present. I booked an appointment for 4:30 today. I arrived at 4:45, due to being stuck in rush hour traffic. The shop is open til 7pm, so though I did not want to be late to my appointment, I was doing all I could to get there. When I walked in at 4:45, I was told by the clerk on duty that the mechanic had left since I was not there at 4:30. He told me that the mechanic would not even be there all day the next day. I don t understand how an auto service center cannot have a consistent mechanic on duty during open hours. If I knew the mechanic would actually leave the shop if I was not there right at 4:30, I would have called ahead. This was not explained when I made the appointment. The clerk told me when I came in that the mechanic usually leaves at 4 so he was going to stay late . Again, if I had been told this when I called in the morning, I would have been aware that even 15 minutes would mean not being able to get my car serviced. Thank you for wasting my time.

I pay $130 for my car alignment, they did not fix my car right, months after i found that they were not doing well CAUSE their MACHINE WAS BROKE..not fair for the clients, be more honest.

Outstanding Service! I recently visited the Marrero location again, this time for new tires and an oil change. John helped me make the best decision for my Sequoia's new tires. He was so patient and he answered all of my questions. John even called the next day to check on me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the service I received. It is difficult to find businesses that are honest and won't take advantage of someone that is clueless when it comes to car maintenance, but they have definitely earned my trust. I will recommend them to anyone that needs their services in the future. Thank you John and the Tire Choice Marrero Team!

Customer service is awesome. Price was extremely affordable, they will put parts you supply on, they stand behind their work and definitely have every reason to, took an hour for my AC to work like new, and straight up if they can deal with me, with a smile they deserve more stars than we are allowed to give them. Will definitely use them in the future and most definitely recommend them.I appreciate these hard working men.

Everyone was polite and courteous. They were helpful in explaining what needed to be done for my vehicle. In no time at all, I left there with my vehicle being all in order and done at a very fair price.

I was able to get my spare tire put on my vehicle after popping my tire on wish short notice! done with in 20 minutes and the best customer service ever. i loved John and Dee for helping through my first tire replacement process!

If I could put negative stars I would have. Matt is a slickster. Charges for parts that are included with the main part. For example if you get a radiator replaced he charges for a radiator cap,if you get a water pump replaced he charges for the gasket,if you get a thermostat replaced he charges for a gasket. When you buy the radiator,water pump or thermostat the cap/gaskets come with it. It s all good though. Will NEVER bring my car there again and will advise any and everyone to stay away from that place.

I got great service. I just needed to air my tires and check for a low tire pressure. My problem was found. It was a small nail in my tire. I would highly recommend them. They are courteous and very helpful. I also used them for my oil change and they were very good and helpful with the service.

They didn t have the tire I wanted in stock. They gave me a better tire at the same price. Only took about an hour to install and balance a set of four tires. Waiting room clean and very comfortable. The two members of the staff I dealt with for first class. Will get all my automotive needs done at this location from now on.

This place is AWESOME!!! I'm not very car savvy and usually when you go to shops, they speak in jargon that you can't understand and they make you feel incompetent. I get really nervous going to car shops. But as soon as you walk in this place, they make you feel so welcome!! I have never had such great service anywhere else!! Every single person working there treats you with kindness, respect, is super patient, and they work faster that I expected. I give props to Matt who had to really explain in like 40 different ways what the problem was, a solution to my problem, and the prices of my different options. They really work with you financially too.Give this place a try! They will exceed your expectations!!

I went there for 4 new tires, and that's what I bought. The sales man was nice and not pushey. That's why I proceeded with the sale. He didn't try to sell me items or services I didn't need. I did receive an estimate for other front end work needed but he didn't push the issue and he was honest about a particular problem that I wanted to handle one at a time and he told me it would be more cost effective to do all 4 at once.

The manager, Matt is probably the best person I have ever dealt with in any auto service industry. He made my terrible morning better by getting me in and out in a fair amount of time. Definitely will be doing service at this place again.

I had the most absolute wonderful experience at tire choice auto service I needed 4 tires and had no idea of what size or what kind. I spoke to Mr. Matthew. He solved all my problems , he explained tires to me, the Size, and for how many miles the tires were warranted for. To make it short it was the best customer service I ever had any place. Mr.Matthew was easy to talk to, well informed And definitely patient. If you're looking for tires I would definitely recommend at least a conversation with Mr.Matthew first. I bought all 4 right there, Had them balanced aligned plus more freebies with the 4.

I spent 2000 dollars in two weeks here and two months later nearly every part they changed has been replaced. The fuel pump went bad two weeks after they replaced it. Took them 4 days to do the warranty work because they kept getting bad or damaged parts. That should have been a red flag but I was just grateful to be able to drive to work. Now I m barely due for an oil change and the other parts are starting to go faulty. Not worth taking it back here for more hassle. Payed someone else to fix it and will just take the L and move on.

Technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Appointments are readily available and Mathew, the manager is very helpful, kind, and is more than willing to assist in emergency situations. We have been receiving services on our vehicles for 5 years or more, when the company was called Twin Tires.I have recommended Mathew and his technicians to friends and will continue to do so.

Seriously so thankful for this place and the guys that work here! I had a tire emergency and long story short, after being turned away from 4 other places, these guys had my problem solved in like 10 minutes! They worked quickly and diligently. The price was even lower than I expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
