Great customer service and an amazing job done. Been about a month, drove up north to Mass and my tints have no bubbles or damage to them. Thank you Tinted Concepts of New Orleans.

Installed wheel lights. They all broke and would not honor warranty. He told me they were defective.

This establishment is one to go to for all your vehicle add on's. My husband had his 2010 Mazda 5 pampered at this location by one of the staff member that showed him the difference in the tint on the market today and he was very impress with there knowledge of it, that he went ahead and got all his windows done at a reasonable price. "Tint Concept" did an excellent job and to be honest i was very impressed myself. Than my husband wanted a security system with automatic starting the vehicle because he was tired of using the key to get in . Mr. Keith suggested the Viper Model 5706v which is a two way LCD Security and Remote Start System which he went ahead and had "Tint Concept" install. The alarm system works great on his vehicle and I was very pleased that there is locally owned business out there as "Tint Concept" that care about there customers and treat them as "Family". I highly recommend all my followers and family and friends to patronize this location for all there vehicle needs they also do mechnic work such as brakes etc..... Im a loyal customer because "Tint Concept" really do care about there customers!

Very disappointed, they do not stand by their work or keep their word. They will not get my business again and it s obvious they don t care. I had 2 cars tinted there, 1 car bubbled up and they would not replace it under the so called life time warranty. The other car, the tint is fading.No mistake, Westbank location, we went last week and have had someone else fix your inferior labor.

Not only did Tinted Concepts do a phenomenal job on both of my vehicles their staff was so kind and friendly I honestly would have never found a better place to get the job done. Awesome experience over here. Called about getting lights for my boat. Gave great advice, answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. The lights look amazing on my boat and will be bringing all my vehicles to them from here on. 1000% recommend!!!

A/C quote of $400 (diagnosis $60, part $85, rest labor and Freon). $60 paid that day. Purchased the part on my own so minus $85. Should be a remaining total of $255 but was told it will be $315 on day of repair. This is simple math and then was refused service after questioning the quote. So not honest and bad at math is not the way to run a business.

They gave my new car a flawless tint job, I had them tint my previous car and 6 years later no bubbles, fading or peeling so I know I can depend on them. Would highly recommend.

In New Orleans, Tinted Concepts is a premium tint shop with the highest quality installation with life time warranty Global films. This tint shop is owner operated & has been at this location for over 17 years. Keith knows window film & does a great installation job. Snappy is also an excellent tinter that will take good care of you.Life time, never to fade global film installed by professionals.

I had an AC issue in the middle of August. I pulled in, they got right on it. Found the problem, showed it to me, and fixed it in 30 mins. Very knowledgeable and fair prices. Will go there again.

Took my car their to have the tint done the guy that was going to do the work told me 200 for the base I said ok cool, Then the owner tells the guy he ant doing it for less than 250.00 This is the second time this guy has done the that to me upping the price..I hate to say that it seems like a black thing but I call it as I see it plus other people I know said the same thing, Took my car to another place called extreme a audio same tint almost $100.00 cheaper Beware of this place.
