This isn t my first time visiting this location and every time I go there the service is always amazing!!! Jennifer and her staff are very friendly, professional and care about their customers. From the moment I drove up she had a smile on her face also the other crew members. I got a cold !! Bottle of water and they went to work getting my oil changed. I ve been in retail for 26 plus years and as a former manager I say these are the employees who makes a difference . The outside of the location was clean and very well kept , I felt like part of a family with the service I received. I will definitely tell my family, friends and co workers about my experience. Great job & thank you for making my day better. Dealing with cancer isn t easy but you put a smile on my faces by just being yourself and I will never forget it.

Manager and employees were outstanding. Polite, informative, quick and courteous service! They gave me a bottle of water while I waited in my car. My whole experience was less than 10 minutes from pulling in to driving out! Will definitely go back for continued service on my Lincoln Navigator!! In a time where many young people don t have social skills or businesses don t train their employees to interact with customers Take 5 has definitely stepped up with their standards. Great customer service!! Thank you!!

If it weren t for that team my engine would be shot! They suggested an engine coolant treatment. I didn t realize there was nothing in the system but water. They cleaned it out replaced it with coolant and my vehicle was spared! The photo on the left is water the photo on the right is coolant from 5 Minute! Usually when I get my oil change done, they put air in my tires and fluid in my windshield wipers. They didn't do any of that this time. I don't know if they just forgot the check or they were just short staffed. I am disappointed and the service. When I got home my car was on a flat. And before you ask, no I didn't have a nail in it. It just needed some air. I will have to find somewhere else to go.

Fantastic work as always. I ve used numerous Take 5 locations but I keep coming back to this one. Always professional, always helpful, always informative. This car is about to head out to California for my son in college in SoCal and they did a thorough check up. Great work!

This was my first time bringing my car for service at Take 5 on Barataria Blvd. My daughter had recommended them to me. They were very busy when I got there, however I was able to stay in my car with my dog the whole time. They even gave me a bottle of water while waiting. I watched how they serviced other cars before me and I felt completely at ease with their service by the time it was my turn. I saw how professional, knowledgeable and swiftly they all worked together with excellent communication skills regarding each car in 3 lines they worked on swiftly and efficiently as a team. I was very impressed. I ve been going to a mechanic in Metairie for years and was worried about using Take 5 for my car s upkeep. I have found this Take 5 now on the Westbank and don t have to go anywhere but here for air in my tires, oil changes, fluid checks, filters, wipers and trust their policy and work routine will be excellent. They even check your tires and fluids for free if you re going on a trip. I m very impressed. I found the prices reasonable and their employees exceptional. I would recommend this particular Take 5 to anyone.

I m normally pleased when I have my service complete. Yesterday visit was a bit troublesome due to the fact, the employees were so focus on getting off for the evening. I felt as if my oil changed was rushed. Please work on professionalism.

Went for an oil change. Had all staff working on my car at once so it got finished very quickly (name of company checks out). They were very friendly and explained things well to me and I would definitely go back!

Thank you for the great service and advice. My tires were not keeping air pressure and I came there several times to get air. Yesterday the young man who helped me advised me that my tires needed to be replaced immediately! I went to my mechanic because the tire had a nail and he said the tire was too bad to repair! Thank you again for saving my life!

Realized we needed an oil change while driving thru Louisiana on our way home to Texas and stop at the random location. First of all, we were greeted with cold water bottles by a very polite and professional young man named Roland. Our service tech, Julian was also very respectful and professional. Service was longer than 10 minutes, but less than 15 and I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of the place. Also, their manager, Caidyn, was very professional too! and overall they didGreat job and thank you

Always fast and friendly. I pulled up to get an oil change and be windshield wipers. I was done within 10 minutes. Thanks so much for the awesome service

The gentlemen here were real nice, didn't really try to push anything extra with the oil change. The garage was kept up and clean. We were in and out in a timely manner. If I need another oil change next time I'm in town, I will definitely go back here.

The Guy who was handling my car was great. All I can remember is his name tag had JR. He has been at the Marrero location a long time and he always gives good customer service. The other workers was polite to all the customers that was there for an oil change.

We ve come here twice and had zero issues. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No one is pushy or trying to get money out of you, at all. We haven t gone to any other locations and we don t plan on it. A female tech cussed me out. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Very ghetto, rude. She don t value her job and obviously don t care about losing her job. I wasn t rude to her. No manager did not respond to her action towards the customer. I had zoom meeting that lasted longer than expected I ask to give me a few minutes to ended my call. I will never return there because of the total disrespect.

It's it is the most comfortable place, I do not feel that I'll be taken advantage of. The staff have always been quick efficient and honest about what needs to be done. I love to watch the staff work, it is like watching military perform. To hear them give out the start and completion commands, the way they give personal service, interact with the customer and to hear them in unison, thank a customer who is in the military for his service to his country, just warms my heart. The Baritaria branch of Take 5 Oil has a great group of people and wonderful service.

Called store for quote to change oil on 12 Honda Crosstour 6cyl; was told 89.99 + 8.99/qt if more than 5 qts needed which I did not; was told can use $10 coupon which she would send making it 79.99+tax. Went there directly & was charged an additional 4.99 shop service charge which I probably paid tax on too! Her quote made absolutely no mention of this snuck in charge which essentially voided $5+ of the coupon!!

This business is absolutely pathetic. I've been calling for almost TWO months now trying to get a claim for damages caused by this company. Corporate never answers calls or emails and the employees at the location just give you the run around. DONT GO HERE if you value your vehicle. They deserve zero stars. the negligence and incompetence is unfathomable.

I don t think I ve ever written a review before. If I could give more stars, I would. The staff there, especially the women, are top notch. SO respectful and kind. I went in twice to get air in my tires this week and had two different ladies help me out. When I tell you I ve never had customer service SO great, I truly mean it!!! Will always go to this location from here on out. Thanks yall!!!

Customer service pros. Greeted me promptly, oil change, topped off fluids, adjusted to proper tire pressure. Even advice on driving my new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L.Paid and was on my way!Highly recommended.Services: Tires, Oil change

I literally had 2 cars pull up after me but were serviced before me. My wait time was more then 20 minutes. Then when I asked for them to reset my check engine light I was told they don't do that but they've actually done it for me numerous times.Needless to say this last trip I was extremely unsatisfied.
