Describe your feedbackvisited NTB for new tires, where I wasmet by Byran. He was very helpful withhelping me select the tires neededfor my vehicle. Tires were ordered the same day, and came in promptly. The service was great. I went to have the tires put on a few days later, the wait wasn't long. I will return for future services.

I had a great experience from the beginning! When I arrived at the shop, Bryan greeted me with a smile. His enthusiasm and positive attitude is infectious. Everyone is professional and they checked on a few additional concerns I had. The work was completed earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend NTB/Mavis on Barataria Blvd to anyone.

I ve been here several times for flats, new tires, balances, rotations, etc. Every time has been an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I feel comfortable coming here as a woman and appreciate their professionalism and quick work to get me back on the road fast! Thanks guys

I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from the team at NTB. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, getting us in quickly and taking excellent care of my daughter's car. Their professionalism and efficiency truly impressed me. I highly recommend NTB to anyone in need of automotive service. Five stars all the way!!

You anybody is looking for a tire shop that is fast, knowledgeable and customer friendly this is the place. Had a slow leak in my tire they got me in and out in a hurry. Definitely will be doing business with these guys again

I haven t been to NTB in a while but the last time I came there was an employee who treated me well. I m always leery about going to car places alone because people take advantage of women. When I came this time with a rental, Bryan was AWESOME! He welcomed me right away when I went in. He made me feel comfortable and talked with me through the whole process of getting the rental car info in the computer. I would definitely come back here if I needed to and work with Bryan.

Whenever I need service done to my car when I feel like my dealership may overcharge me, as a woman I always head to NTB. Chris is awesome!!!!! Great staff, customer service is always exceptional and upbeat soon as I walk through the door. On a very busy day wait time may be a little long but that s anywhere. They have a snack machine and a tv to keep you entertained. Services completed is always explained to me thoroughly, so I can easily understand unlike the dealerships that just want to get you in and out and take your money. Will always return there!!!!

Had an unexpected battery issue, the location on barataria had my vehicle in and out quickly. This location has been my instant go to spot for any vehicle related issues, the work that is provided here has been consistently excellent.

If you guys need tires, alignments, mechanical repairs etc. go see my boy K.C. Despaux NTB Tire & Service Center in Marrero!!! Unbelievable!!! Service was top notch. Crew was amazing and had me in and out within 30 minutes I will be back next time I need any type of automotive need!!

11/9/2023 Inconsiderate, arrogant and self consumed. This is Brian who is so busy hooking up his friends, Benz and family, the paying customer can t get a call that their car is ready. He says to me, I was doing something for my brother. So I say to him I guess the paying customer is a distance second for anything that you had to do for your brother, he just walked away. He never apologized. Showed absolutely no consideration for having inconvenienced me in making that blank trip to pick up my car. The Toyota earlier that morning driven to the door for the customer, the Benz that evening when I picked up my car, was brought to the door. It s raining I walk through the parking lot over to get my car from where it was parked. As I said earlier the paying customer doesn t stand a chance there. I won t do any more business with them, but I ll guarantee the Corolla owner and the Benz owner will Definitely be back.

I can in with no appointment and Mr. Bryan told me it would be an hour wait bcuz I had cars in front of me. Well I didn t have anything to do so I told him I would wait and hey I didn t even wait an hour and they were done with my truck. Thank you Mr. Bryan and the NTB in Marrero Crew.If you want Fast and friendly service with a smile come see them

I somehow ended up with the biggest nail possible in my tire. I pulled up here to see if they could repair it and without an appointment, they had me squared away in 20 minutes. The employees were personable and friendly. I would recommend.

The staff at NTB always comes through for me! I am hard on tires and thanks to the warranty on the tires I just got (Chris told me I needed it) it saved me from having to repay for a tire I bought few weeks ago. Every time I leave NTB my car drives better and I feel good knowing my car was well serviced. My daughter and I both take ours cars to NTB and we love that the staff always treats us well and include us in purchasing only what we need (and can afford) for our cars.

OMG went for a oil change in and out in less than 40 mins. Mr. Bryan was very good spirited and help out with a huge smile . I will definitely be back.

Kelly and his crew are fair, honest, accurate and courteous. We have three new vehicles and this crew takes care of all maintenance and service, not to mention we have an antique and company vehicle and they handle the maintenance for them too.Should be a ten star rating.

Kelly and his crew are top notch !!! All of my vehicles are serviced by NTB Marrero with Kelly. The last service on my F150 oil change was great but the service before Kelly and crew brought to my attention a rear pinion seal leaking and I was on my way on a long hunting trip to Oklahoma. If they would not have noticed that I would have been broke down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I brought my truck in to ford and had it fixed under warranty. Thanks to Kelly and crew for being very thorough in there knowledge of the vehicles they service !!!
