Went in today to get an alignment and tires balanced. The service tech tried to sell me tires I didn't need and refused to do the work unless I bought them. I refused. I didn't like his smug attitude. He basically threw my keys back at me across the desk. Went somewhere else and they took care of me. Avoid this place.

I had an appointment for 3:00 and they took me right away. The wait time was as expected, as they did a thorough job. I was informed about a belt that needs to soon be replaced, which is the Alternator Drive Belt. As soon as I can, I'll be getting it done.I will return for that.I recommend anyone that needs tires or work done on their car to go there.The guys were friendly..

They would definitely get 0 stars for letting Tracy transfer from the General DeGallue unit to this office. It was ok until Tracy got there. She cause me and others to lose our Hertz/Uber access by just placing a voucher to get an oil change. After requesting the order and having it completed, Tracy did not send the information to Hertz, so FireStone didn t get paid. This caused a block on my Hertz account for months. I thought she was a nice lady, but I ve see how she has talked crazy to co-worker at the previous office. I ve reached out to them as well. I believe she was transferred because of the issues she has caused at the previous office. I know how certain people try to clean things up, but that s a dirty woman. She destroys jobs and lives. Don t request maintenance from this woman. She will find a way to mess it up. It s happened twice to me. Thanks for pausing my life, Tracy

Waited 5 hours for alignment told to come back tomorrow called to see when s a good time for the next day and i couldn t be taken in will never be back to this location

I had a phenomenal experience at this location. The entire staff is really professional, and they genuinely cared about my tire concerns. They got me in and out very quickly. Tracy, our rep, was absolutely wonderful. I would happily patronize them again!

Came in to get an alignment with a lowered car with adjustable camber arms. They didn t know how to adjust the camber arms and kept giving excuses. Would not recommend this store if you have adjustable camber arms.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

My mother has been using Firestone for tires, front-end alignments, and brakes since around 1999-2000. They provide her with fast and reliable service.

Awesome service. I drive from D IBERVILLE MS to get the service. Always friendly and professional. I give this place 5 stars and highly recommend this Firestone for all your tire and service needs. The store manager Tracy is knowledgeable and very proficient with her information. The technicians Giovani and Johnathan assure the work is done completely and offer 100 % guarantee that the work was done completely and guaranteed accuracy

Service over the top service tech #12 giovani worked very hard on my car change the brakes, tires, front alignment reset tools for all four tires and the gentleman didn't even take a lunch worked in my car for four and a half hours straight excellent employee he deserves a raise. Supervisor Bridget runs a tight ship and works well with others and treating me like a person not just a number she's awesome

Had an appt for 9AM, and they called me at 10:30AM and This place told me they could not rotate my tires or balance them because my tread was too low. Then they proceeded to tell me I need over $1000 in repairs on other things, and kept questioning me if I wanted those other things done instead of doing what I wanted. I went to Walmart and they rotated and balanced no problem. Not sure if they were targeting me (a young girl) or what, but I will not be back at Firestone because this isn t the first time this has happened at a Firestone location.

Tracy was super helpful. Her team outstanding!! Store SUPER clean, work station wiped down between each customer!Had an appointment for 1 pm, arrived a tad early. Vehicle in before 1pm. Service was quick and efficient. Saved money buying my tires there!!

Recently had the most unpleasant experience at Firestone in all my years of being a customer. Went in for a simple inspection package and was told to leave among other things by a very disgruntled and unprofessional employee named Emberely. The manager was just as unpleasant. Also this was no surprise but the police were there and apparently another customer was given horrid customer service as well since I was told that there was a physical altercation that day as well. It was rationalized to me that I should accept their rudeness because of that. Last I checked, a long day or another situation should not affect your attitude towards all of your customers. They gave me an incomplete inspection report as well. All I have is the receipt and recommended services. Hopefully I can pick it up at another shop because I will make the trip across town to avoid the lack of decorum in this store.

Not impressed. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and when I arrived to pick it up I found it in the back parking lot, unlocked and unattended. When I mentioned this to the clerk taking my payment, she seemed mad and annoyed that I would bring this up. Also, no apology was given. Not a very professional way to run a business. However, I will complements to Tracy, as she was great upon dropping my vehicle off earlier that morning.

Correct address is 4801 Westbank Expressway. Tracy was an absolute angel in tracking down 2 tires for my needs on very short notice and getting me in and out upon arrival on 9-9-21. Thank you Tracy for your professional passion for your job and your caring, personal manner to which you conduct yourself. You are one of a kind young lady and keep up the great work..!

Make sure you have a whole day to wait, cause the employees got alot to gossip about before you are a priority. Tech moves slower than my 80 year old grandmother.. have time on your hands if you plan on coming here. Even if you have a fleet vehicle, no time for you to get back to your money cause they gonna get to you when they feel like it. Lose an entire day of pay at Firestone and if its your off day bless your heart you gotta play the sit and wait game at this site... they not busy they just SLLLOOOOWWW and dont have not intensions on moving any faster. Plus they have alot to gossip about.

Rich was really great and so was Michael very professional and courteous, but the prices are way too much the mechanics said I need about 1000$ worth of work on my car and I checked prices with other shops and was ableTo get all that done for half what firestone would have charged! But all of the employees were very professional and nice , can't blame them for the pricing! And they don't do alignment when you buy your tires from them as a courtesy they charge extra for that and no one else does so I think that's kinda crAppy, free wifi some bring something to occupy your time if your waiting because it's an easy two hour wait sometimes longer just for oil changes this place is always busy

I would love to say the prices are good....sorry....I can't! If you are a person like me, who likes to save a little cash when you can? You'll compare prices with other people who offer the same services...I also like to check the reviews to see what others are saying...Google reviewing is top notch! They do like to write your estimates pretty high! I guess thats their job???

The guys and Firestone were kind, but if you ever go to this shop, do not take their "recommendations." I went in for a simple alignment after a minor accident. My wheel was significantly crooked. My mechanic told me I needed and alignment. The tech tells me my shocks and my lower left are too badly damaged for a proper alignment. The recommendations totaled over $1000. I declined. I went elsewhere because I knew for certain none of those problems existed. Personally, I will NEVER spend my money at ANY auto Franchise whether it's Firestone or anywhere else. Thanks.

My brother took his car there for an oil change and asked if they could check the brakes. They told him he need new pads and new rotors. He asked if the rotors could be turned and the mechanic said no that they were beyond turning and wanted to charge him over $700.00 .... I changed the pads that needed to be changed but the rotors were perfectly fine. Saved my Brother about $647.00

Every time I go they are awesome and they literally have one tech right now and he always makes sure to keep me updated with anything that may be wrong and I m never pushed into the more expensive stuff 20 star service

Knowing that staffing is short everywhere, but is still does not take 2 1/2 hours to fix a tire with a nail .so disappointed and a waste of time!
