I brought a used car from them last year, I've had to replace the brake lights twice, replace the automatic struts and everything else.The company didn't even tell me about the state transfer on the car or updates on my license plate.I can't recommend this to anyone new in the area.

Omg.. this place is so amazing.. mr Sidney assured me that I was gonna leave with a vehicle and he worked so hard .. from me sweating and pacing to almost leaving I got approved.. he is very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the entire fianacjng .. I came with a little doubt but they made relax and comfortable to where we finally got the vehicle I wanted.. SHOUT OUT TO .. SYNDEY, RICHARD,CHUCK..y all are the best .. thanks for being so patience with me..

I found a car online, we have cash to pay for it but we wanted to finance it. So we had to dealership run our numbers after negotiating our down payment, I had some questions on the final price, and the transport arrangements as we were coming from out of state.Although the site says they transport was in the price, I was told I would have to arrange my own transport and that they knew nothing about what Carguru advertised about their cars. He called me angry because I was asking questions. That was my signal to end our conversation. He starts calling me names before I even give them the first down payment. This is why I don t like dealing with dealerships.

This place is outstanding. I came here with only a small amount of hope that I would be leaving the lot with a new vehicle but with the help of Mr Sindney, I was in and out with a brand new Nissan Sentra in less than two hours. The customer service here is amazing. I highly recommend going to see Mr Sidney. He will hook you up for sure, poor credit and all. He will make a way for you to leave the lot with a car no matter what.

They will sell the car you put money down on to hold it. They will sell you a car that clearly has problems. They will take your warranty at there auto shop and take 2 and half months to fix the problem. But not before buy a used part that has the same problem. Pick up date was changed 4 times. When you question them they act like they are doing you a favor. They charge way to much for used cars that can be bought brand new for less. This isn't where you want to buy anything from. Clearly they just want your money and don't care about their customers.

My experience with G&C was amazing.. Customer service with Aleshia was A1 I recommend you request her for service, the process didn't take long at all they had me in and out the door, and got me and my cousin right with everything in a timely manner. Purchasing a car from G&C Auto was a great experience all around! I love their luxury sport inventory! After searching online, I found G&C's selection of driven foreign cars with low miles to be the best deals around. I worked closely with Alicia in sales and she immediately found what I was looking for. I told Alicia what I could afford and she respected that and never pushed me to go outside of my budget. She also took care of things in advance and made things easy for me- ask for her!Financial side of buying was just as great- professional, with a get it done attitude. The process was low pressure and I felt comfortable in my decision. I love my new/driven car! I came home with a great deal and told my family where to go Auto shopping from now on.

I stopped by this dealership on a Monday. I seen a car I liked, I inquired about it. I asked the salesperson will it still be available Thursday that week, he said yes,( I wanted get preapproved through my bank&Thursday was the next day I was off). Thursday comes by, I call to let them know that I m on my way. I get to the dealership, they claim that the car sold yesterday and it was removed from their website. Why wasn t this said when I was on the phone??They tried to talk me into getting another car with way more miles on it, of course I refused it. Fast forward to today (a month later),I get an ad on social media showing the exact car I was trying to get posted back on the website. I don t appreciate being lied to. Definitely shady business. I m glad I listened to myself and ended up not getting that other car.Replying to owner: I thought of it that way as well, people get the cars and if it doesn t meet their needs, they can return it within a limited amount of days but, I realized that can t be true if the posted mileage is still exactly the same as when I first inquired about the car and looking at the CARFAX it said nothing about it being sold between when I first looked at it and when they told me it was sold. It was the 2020 black Toyota Corolla Sedan.

THIS PLACE THO!!! Alicia and Corey these are the kindest most helpful people I've had the pleasure of doing business with! My husband was looking to trade in my small car I had before we were married because we are expecting our first child together and we need more space...well, he came to see Alicia and Corey who made the process so painless and easy that we just had to give them a 5 star shout out! We are due in Dec and are ready to bring baby home in a beautiful new fully loaded Expedition!!!! We couldn't be happier!!!! Thank you guys so much and keep up the AMAZING work!!!! AMAZING! every auto repair shop didn t have appointments for months. G&C booked me in 2 days and fixed my car - a 2019 Jeep Cherokee scratched, dented, and discolored on BOTH sides in less than a week.The owner stayed after their hours so that I could finish my work shift. His coworker did the same for when I dropped my car off. Both are incredibly kind and very efficient.All employees are genuine, give great rates, and went out of their so many times without any obligation; every single time I requested. They truly to make sure that you have the best service possible.My car looks better than ever, would 100% recommend!
