Dean is absolutely the best! He went out of his way to help me with my vehicle repairs when other repair companies were taking up to 4 months to get my vehicle in. Kind, honest, and good-hearted people here

I took my vehicle there to have it painted, told the owner at least four times the paint color BEFORE they got started. He told me he got it, with arrogance and when I got there (after them having my truck for over a month) the color was not what I asked for and the side panels and fenders were not put back on (because "he" decided it wouldn't look good! I asked him to put the panels and fenders back on and he asked if I wanted to paint them and I replied NO! And since he changed the paint color to a darker blue and it didn't match my rim inserts, I asked him to paint them along with the front grill they missed, he said he would for $100! Well after another month I went back and he still wasn't finished not to mention, he painted the panels and fenders despite me telling him no, and he tried to charge me $350 for that. I told him that wasn't our agreement he was only supposed to paint the inserts and that front grill for $100 (and he still hadn't painted the inserts). I left them with him again, sent somebody to pick up my truck and low and behold, he still didn't paint them! I called and he basically said he retaliated (not in those words) for me not paying for work I had told him "not" to do! When I got my inserts back, most of them were broken because the screws were put on too tight! His attitude was like "oh well!" To top it all off, he quoted me one price to paint the whole truck and ended up charging me about $300+ more! If you deal with these people, get and keep ALL paperwork or they'll pull a fast one on you! There's more, but I'll stop here!

My husband hit my garage door and scraped/dented the back right quarter panel and door of my bright red Audi. I took it to Pop and his amazing team didn t have to paint the entire door but rather was able to paint it and blend it saving me a lot of money. He was fair, timely, and has an amazing background.It was beautiful and the team decades of experience. I will be back because I just found another scratch. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Parts not working aluminum rims were chipped when they changed the tires, sensor not calibrate on driver side blind spot warning also windshield washer tank broke not replaced etc...

The owner is awesome. He doesn't mind taking the time to talk to the customer and explaining the details of what is going on with your vehicle. I'm truly satisfied with the service.

Pop's Auto Body (now Lucas Collision) has excellent customer service! They work with you on a personal level making sure everything with your vehicle is perfect before leaving the parking lot! Highly recommended Collision center!

Pops is very nice and has alot of patience, bc I ask alot of questions and he answered every one of them and made sure I left happy would recommend him to anyone he does a great job and takes pride into his work I have a brand new car and it was parked and someone hit me and ran very frustrating but pops put me at ease and told me to leave the worrying to him my vehicle still has the tag on the back window,brand new and this happens it's a rare burgundy with glitter specks in it and I can't wait to see the results Thanks alot for the rest I can get now pops ur a sensation god bless and people this is ur second home real nice people and staff treats u like family no matter who u are....
