Came in to get my radiator done. Once again amylynn took care of me. She is the best manager that has been here since I started coming when it was Texaco lube.. Highly recommend this store to anyone!!!!

It is the only Jiffy Lube around Marksville. The manager is far from accommodating and does not know how to smile. I get her job is not easy, but if you're in a customer service business, learn some custom service. JS

Management here at Jiffy Lube very very nice and friendly. They made sure I was satisfied with their services especially the manager Justin. His Co-workers were just as nice and friendly and very nice also. Did a very good job with my car. Mr. Jesse changed a headlight out on my car with the best go getter attitude and most friendly service I've had in a while! Changing a headlight usually isn't much but if you own a Ford Fusion you know the pain that can be! Thank you Mr. Jesse for everything! This is by far my favorite Jiffy Lube!

My boyfriend and I had his oil and rear end fluid changed. The young men were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They checked all of the fluids and let us know what else needed to be done in near future. We will definitely be back for those services in the next couple of months. Amazing! With my tire rotation I got a free battery cleaning. Everyone was super nice and friendly. And let you know that you can stay in the car while they work on the vehicle or that they have great AC inside. The service here is outstanding. Matthew was very polite and patient with me when it came to explaing the differences between the oils, he seemed happy to help me out. Jeremiah wasn't even in charge of my vehicle and he still stopped by tell me hello and make small talk and made me feel welcome. In fact he even offered me a donut, pretty good one too. And the general Manger is absolutely fantastic. He always has a smile on his face and his attitude rubs off well on the entire crew. Everyone here, customers and employees, all just seem happy to be here. 10/10

My brother came with me to tell the staff what had to be done, and they understood, and started right away to do the work. They showed me the waiting area and when they were done, they escorted me to my vehicle. I'm glad they could help me, but I was most impressed that all the young men working there were just that, they were young men. That's very rare these days to find so many young men working, and they seem to be enjoying their job. I didn't see any slackers this morning. GREAT JOB GUYS.
