A seamless transaction was done here during the purchase of our 2016 GMC Yukon. A beautiful, used truck with all of the bells and whistles. The owners were very upfront and honest, with great communication. They kept their word and held the truck for us until after the weekend, and that alone was greatly appreciated.

Recently purchased from them. Had a wonderful experience. Glenn and Kelly did all they could to get me into the truck I m in today. They have tons of extra to offer and awesome banking companies. Go check them out. I will recommend them to everyone I see and definitely see myself purchasing again from them in the near future. 10/10 rate.

Be careful doing business with these people money hungry and will not try to help you in anyway! Bad business! Wish I would have read all the horrible reviews this crooked place had before I drove 2hrs for nothing!!

They are the worst place to purchase a vehicle. They lie and don't stand behind their word. I purchased a 2012 ford f-150 platnium that he so claimed it was his personal vehicle and said it had no issues and always serviced on time. I drove maybe 5 miles down road after purchasing and transmission messed up and he refused to fix it then begged me to take post i made about it off facebook. He even sent me a picture of a paper with my initials on it saying i accepted as is but i DID NOT put my initials on anything. I signed my name on everything. Well it cost me $3,860 for transmission repairs but i found out he not only spoke with1 but 2 mechanics about the transmission issue which proved he knew about it. Then i had it serviced and it cost $132 for water pump bc it was cracked. Oil pan gasket was leaking so that was $183 for gasket and labor. AC compressor stopped working after 2 days so that was another $553 for parts & labor. CV boot was completely busted so that was another $187 for parts and labor. Winshield washer pump wasn't working so that was another $28. I could go on with more stuff found but with that being said unless you want a list of repair bills because you get lied to like i was DO NOT purchase from these people. But they won't get away with it because i will be seeing them in court. I was threatened but threats won't scare me and the messages about tye threats will be presented as evidence along with other evidence and statements of others they have messed over. Anyone else besides the list i already have wanting to join me in the matter feel free to inbox me. It's way past time something is done with these people. Oh i forgot to mention how they basically harrassed loan officer at bank to try to get loan done faster. They went so far as to message loan officer on facebook. I have never in my life heard of someone doing that just to sale a vehicle. Just go to FGB in moreauville and ask the loan officers if anyone don't believe me.

Glen and Kelly are two of the most friendly people to deal with. They take great pride in their products they sell and they work with their customers. The quality of customer service is equal to the quality of this most amazing vehicle purchasing experience I ve ever had-As a single mother buyer scared of the unknown of making huge vehicle decisions on my own- I am proud to have had my need honestly and compassionately tended to by this company! all employees answersered any concerns I had- and I feel safe to this day in knowing if any questions are had- GUMRIDGE will be there for me and my family!!!!

This place does not even deserve 1 star they re basically like con artists that steals people s money and tell you lies just so you can buy their lemons. Bought a car from them and literally stuff started going wrong the next day told them about it and they straight out told me there s nothing they can do when they told me from the jump that I have 30 days 50/50 warranty on the car. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Very very unprofessional as well the way they spoke to me.

One star is to much for this company. They do not stand behind their automobiles they sell. Shop somewhere else are you may get stuck with high repair bills.

Worst place to get a vehicle I traded my car for a truck n cash got a paper stated that I don t owe anything paid in Full and went to court for my truck and she saying I owed her $5000 for the vehicle then she said it was $1000 for the vehicle I lost out on my money n vehicle even when I had paid it in full so how did I lose out on everything
