I had the worst experience ever!! I made reservations for a rental days in advance. Got to the office only to be told that my rental had been canceled by me!! The guy said he called me a day in advance to confirm my rental and I he said that I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation! I asked who and when did he call because I had received no calls from anyone at enterprise. He told I spoke with someone and they said to cancel it. But that was crazy because I showed up the day of to pick up the rental. The whole rental process with this location was a nightmare. I spoke with a lady from another who was very compassionate and understanding, unlike the guy at the Marksville office. This situation was never resolved because for one it was way to stressful dealing with this location. They never answer the phone and it s not like they are swamped with customers that they are to busy to pick up the phone. I will never rent from this location again. Horrible experience!!!!!!!! If I could give no stars I most certainly would.

Great Service. Kerry and Rodney were very polite, professional and accommodating. Kindness and happy faces upon walking in the door was a bonus.Speedy service made the experience even better.Very pleased Allstate set me up with Enterprise.

On New Years day I hit a deer and my car needed repairs. While at the body shop, I called Enterprise in Marksville Louisiana and Kerry took car of my need for a vehicle and upgraded me to a SUV. The complete process took maybe 5 minutes and I was on the road in a rental with zero cost to me. Even when Geico refused to extend my rental for 2 more days because my car was still in the shop, Kerry was very understandable and told me of my rights to an extension and assured me I did not have to worry. I got the extension from Geico after all. Rodney, who also works there took care of me. The SUV was very clean and he made sure everything was in working order. Each of them were very professional and made sure my needs for a good vehicle were met. THANK YOU Kerry and Rodney for EXCEPTIONAL service!!! Very satisfied customer.

They sucked. Although I had a reservation for 8 AM, they informed me that they wouldn't have a vehicle available until Wednesday (2 days from now). Funny, since I could see 2 trucks, an SUV, and a minivan in the parking lot. Thanks for nothing, absolutely worthless.

This was without a doubt the WORST experience I've ever had renting a car. No one is ever in the office to answer phones or deal with customers when they arrive. When I went to pick up my rental and drop it off, I had to go back several times and wait for extended periods for someone to show. You can't make sure someone will be there cuz they don't answer the phone. It's impossible. I will NOT rent a car from this place EVER again. Absolutely ridiculous!

I just returned the Dodge Durango that we rented for over a week. I must say that we had a great experience. Kerry and Rodney were absolutely great. The vehicle was clean and gassed up for us to take. Upon returning it, Rodney was ready to bring me back to retrieve our vehicle in the shop. I cannot thank you enough for your kind help in a time when we needed a rental. If the need comes up again, I know where I will rent a vehicle and I hope Rodney and Kerry are still there to take care of us! Thanks again!

This was not a good experience and I will never use this enterprise location again! They told me I would get a Chrysler 200 and when I got there they had just given it to someone else. Kerry told me he would call me when they got another car in similar to what I wanted. I kept my rental for almost 2 weeks and never got a call for anything different. They also told me they would come bring me back to the body shop to pick up my Jeep. When I called the day before to make arrangements, they told me there was a 15 mile cap on how far they could drive from their office. I made arrangements and picked my Jeep up from the body shop at 7pm the night before so I could take the rental back the next day. When I called the morning of to let them know again that I would be coming at 3:45 p.m. and needed a ride back to my house, they asked all the details of where I lived (which is 12 miles from their office). I heard them talking in the background and they came back on and said they couldn't do that time because it was too close to the time that they close, which is 5. I don't really understand the issue, but this location was NOT very accomodating!

Worst company ever!!! I will never ever do business with enterprise anymore, made a reservation to pick up a car got there no one was even in the building doors locked. Finally get to speak with someone over the phone told me oh we have no cars for another 3 days someone should have called. Sorry called corporate office what a joke . Oh sorry sir we can have someone call you but it could take up to 3 days wow !! No help at all for their own screw up nothing we can do for you sir and we are sorry have a great day! That s what help I got from corporate

Enterprise is a joke!! we had an insurance claim and was fighting with enterprise for a week and half to get a car.. i would call the head enterprise they would setup a "reservation" over the phone we would get to the location and no car! i had 4 reservations and no car! I had my insurance transfer my insurance claim to Hertz i had a car within a day! no more headache. i will never try to do business with enterprise again and i will not send anyone i know who is need of a rental to them!

They were very nice, pleasant, and helpful, and got me a rental car that I wished was my own. You don't always want to get a rental if your own car is in the body shop, but if ever I need a rental for any other reason, I'll definitely use them again

These two gentlemen were absolutely awesome! They knew that I was in a bind, as my transmission had went out. They were professional, friendly, and courteous and got me right on my way.

I really loved the rental care it was good on gas and clean the gentleman the rented me the care was great he was friendly I think his name was Keri I have rented from enterprise several time and every time I have received the same results I recommend enterprise to every one because it has been a great experience for me

This location has the nicest guy behind the counter...fast easy great service...not all locations are ran this great....while I was there 3 different people came in from different places and said how they only use this location because of how good the service is...1 lady drove from an hour away to get help....

Beware!!!! Enterprise through Hotwire uses false advertising techinques such as low daily rates with unlimited miles but when you go to pick up your rental Enterprise says company policy of unlimited miles only applies to certain states. Each company passed the blame on each other. Had to get rental from Hertz.

Most pleasant experience manager was very personable and professional he was .multi tasking and servicing multi customers. ENTERPRISE YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF THIS YOUNG MAN AND REWARD HIM FOR BEING SO!!!!!

The manager of this location is a show off, Arrogant and unhelpful. Add will basically leave you standing on the side of the road.

Don't call in for a reservation, go in person. If they don't pick up the phone after being put on hold, the call is disconnected.
