I recently purchased a 2021 Equinox from Foy Motors, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I initiated my contact with them through inquiring about a used vehicle on their website. From there I was contacted by their customer service manager through email, and she led me to my salesman, Josh. I sent Josh the pictures and numbers on my trade in, and we determined it was better for me to buy something new. Within a day of contact we had a vehicle picked out, and an appointment set up to come test drive. From the minute we walked into the dealership every aspect of the experience was positive. Every employee we met or talked to, was super friendly. We had our test drive while Josh finished up with the customer he was previously helping, and once we came back from that, it was no time at all before we were in his office being approved for our new vehicle. The lady that helped with our financing, I think her name was Marissa, she was so awesome as well! She was very helpful and made sure she found the right bank to fit our needs and budget. She was super fun and very personable. We spent maybe a little over an hour at the dealership and Josh had us all set up and ready to roll. He took care of everything for us from setting up my rewards account, to getting things straight with our insurance. Best car buying experience I have ever had! There are good salesman out there I'm sure, but this whole dealership was amazing, and that is the first time I have ever had that. Definitely go see them at Foy, and ask for Josh! They are small, laid back, and treat you like they have known you forever.

This will be my 3rd car that I have purchased from Foy. Everyone there have always been very professional, but yet friendly. I have never been pressured to buy anything or trade. Milton Milliken is the best sales manager I have ever met. Foy is the only place I will ever go for a new vehicle.

We have been doing business with Foy since March 08. This truck we purchased makes number 5. We are repeat customers that drive a little over a hour to do business with them. We have dealerships closer but you can t beat the friendly atmosphere and sense of your like family. There has never been an issue during the purchase or after purchase. They are all quick to answer a question you might have. If they don t have the exact truck you want they will find it. I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Foy Motors. From Mr.Robert to Milton and Jerry in sales to Marissa in finance and Mr. Earnest in service. I would also like to add Ms. Mary who over the past years has taken time out of her day to call Foy customers to make sure they are doing well and if there was anything they could do give them a call. This touch compassion for their customers means a lot especially to my husband and I. So once again a huge thank you to the whole staff at Foy Motors. We will continue to be repeat customers. We have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle..

I wish I could give them a 10, Marissa, Josh, and Robert are great! Josh made sure I had everything sent over to them via email, before I made a 2 in half hour drive, Mrs Marissa worked really hard with the finance department to get me in a vehicle which I totally appreciate! They had just what I was looking for! Mr Robert sealed the deal and was very nice! All I had to do was test drive the vehicle and sign my documents and I walked away with a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT! I love my vehicle! Definitely will send family and friends there way!!!

Was not happy with experience. Came down to look at vehicle thinking it had 93000 miles but actually had 101000. When asked they said someone had driven it but then they wouldn t lower price on vehicle. Picked up vehicle, it had crack in windshield. I asked bout it and all they said was it had been plugged and wouldn t spread. Said they don t replace if they haven t spread. They want you to pay top dollar but not give top service. Got the vehicle from them due to necessity at the time but was very disappointed in the whole dealing with them

Josh was very professional. He made this a very easy process. He was able to take our needs and wants and help us get the perfect vehicle for our family, within our budget. I highly recommend him to anyone when purchasing a vehicle. Josh was able to help me find the vehicle that had all the "bells and whistles" I wanted for a great price.. Everyone was most helpful in helping find the perfect fit and process to finance my Buick. Best car buying experience, hands down.

Update: 2 years later, I come to find out the car they sold me had an accident. They lied to me! They presented some other history report that didn t show it, but now I get a Carfax report and it shows it! So disappointed.Awesome dealer, smooth transaction and great vehicle purchase. They get back to you promptly and know how to treat customers. Thank you! Dale was great!

Julian Foy is long gone but was an incredible man. If this dealership lives up to his legacy you are in incredible hands. For me he was a father figure and mentor. He was a man that my own father never was and he stood in willingly, not because he had to. He is the reason that I am successful in the industry today. Julian Foy was GOLD...an I miss him tremendously. If I were in the market for a GM product today, there is no doubt, I would buy it from Foy Chevrolet, Buick, GMC. If you are thinking of buying one anywhere else, call me, I will tell you why you are wrong.

I personally have never dealt with Foy Chevrolet. I have tried but was not taken seriously by a saleswoman. My calls were not returned, she was always too busy to really talk to me. I guess because I wasn't interested in a new vehicle , but a lower priced used vehicle. After this experience with this saleswoman, I will not be doing any business with Foy Chevrolet and I will not be recommending them. I know she doesn't need my purchase, but in my opinion sooner or later she will be praying for a small deal like mine would have been. So ride that cloud ,and get what u can miss, saleslady !!

Josh Haigh and Merissa Brandt made my car buying experience and Juilian Foy Chevrolet, Buick and GMC enjoyable. Josh Haigh delivered on everything we discussed prior to me setting foot in the dealership!!! Josh was fantastic and he will be the salesman I go to for my next purchase.Merissa made the finance paperwork simple. Josh went above and beyond to help me and my husband find a vehicle big enough for our family of 8 and it took about a week but we found one that we both love and is affordable, the buying process was easy we were in and out in about 45mins. Mrs. Maressa this is Kelly Mitchell and I want to say Thank You.Mrs. Maressa Bran was absolutely outstanding and the perfect saleslady for the occasion. I arrived to Foy aggravated at another dealership, one that I had been loyal to for years, but the other dealership tried pressuring me into making a snappy decision. Then I met Mrs. Maressa, lol, the poor girl probably took the brunt of my aggravation and turned it around. This was my 26th anniversary to my wife and I kinda wanted to make it special. Mrs. Maressa went above and beyond in order to help me surprise my wife, big red bow and all. Walked my wife around the car showing her all the bells and whistles. I don't normally write reviews, even though I know how important they are to buyers like us, but here I am anyway. Fast forward 3 weeks, I get a package in the mail. It has cookies and a $20 coffee cup. Damn, they are still thinking of me! I hope this is a reflection of future service and if so, Foy has another loyal customer, and Hixon can drive their cars off a cliff! Sorry, still aggravated at that "other" dealership!P.S. All you married gentlemen out there, Dog House credit, ain't what it used to be. This should have kept me out of trouble for at least 6 months not matter what I did. WRONG! I will never understand women. I love her anyway!

I live in Natchitoches but I drove to Many for because of the horrible experience I had in Natchitoches. I'm pleased to report from the moment I walked in I was greeted quite warmly by two ladies near the front and then Ashley from the service department came out to greet me and I was just overwhelmed by the amazing customer service I would recommend Foy Chevrolet simply based off of my one encounter and their exceptional customer service skillsi appreciate Ashley following through on contacting me with follow up details.customer service is important to me and not only did Foy meet my expectations they exceeded them and I couldn't wait to get back to work and tell everyone my experience there.way to Foy Chevrolet this was on my visit Thursday, June 10,2021

Stopped in and got an oil change. No appointment, just took me right away. Friendly folks and cheaper than my dealer in Lafayette. I plan on going again next time I'm in Many.
