Upon arriving I immediately was directed into the third and final bay that was available.. there were three employees working at the time. I waited 14 minutes before my car was looked at.. I will say that's the longest I've had to wait.. waits have been anywhere from 2 to 8 minutes in.the past.. service was professional and everything seems to be working fine a week later.

Stopped in for tire pressure refill - topped off all my fluid levels, checked oil, refilled tires, offered me water, all with a smile and professionalism. No charge for my visit and was treated extremely well. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

Service Technician Dustin at the Mandeville Highway 22 location was exceptional. He explained everything he was doing to my car. Very courteous and professional. A truly great service experience. He s definitely a cut above.Mark B.

Don t go on a Sunday. Even with only one car ahead of me, I waited over an hour. There were 10+ minute time gaps where no one was present on the floor or in the pit. The other driver even yelled from her window that she had an appointment to get to after waiting so long. Giving 2 stars because on other occasions there was better service. Not 4-5 star on those days, but not so bad that I would have written a review about it. The workers seemed like genuinely nice people when they spoke directly to me but overhearing their conversations to each other about how low their pay was, etc. was just not professional. Maybe understaffed? Bad timing? Either way, sadly, wouldn t return or recommend.

Normally do not go to this location. Since moving and it s so close this is why I went. I don t care that I was sitting and waiting because there were only two people working. And then after waiting a truck drove up that the two men started fooling with and then finally said my car was first. No problem. I care that my oil light is still on. I got no reminder sticker. No air was put in my tires or checked. And no windshield washer fluid was replaced. Correct me if I am wrong but I am fairly certain every single time I have ever gone those basic things were done. They were too busy chatting it up. Never going to this location again 133 dollars later .

I had the best experience at 5 minute oil change on Tuesday 06 February 2024. Located on Hwy. 22 in Mandeville, LA 70448The two young men that serviced my vehicle were both knowledgeable about the product and service. It was a pleasant experience and I will be returning to this location.

I waited over 50 minutes for my oil change. I was directed into the third bay immediately when I arrived, so I assumed it would only be a few minutes to wait. It was over 30 minutes before they even approached my car, then another 20+ minutes to finish.

I pulled up and they were kinda busy so b there was a short line. They asked me to pull up behind someone in bay 3. I waited patiently for about 15 minutes or so and then I had to Leave to run an errand up the street so I got out of my car to tell the service person I was gonna run up the street and come back but he wasn't paying attention because he was busy having a nice long conversation in the driver window of the car in front of me and looked annoyed that I had interrupted and was rude as fk. When I returned we were seen and serviced more quickly no thanks to that jackass. And on top of that your service people were visibly struggling to figure out how to install my new windshield wiper blades but they did help me get a discount. However, I'll never return here and will instead just do it myself in the future. Screw this place!

I've been coming here for four years now. They always get me in and out. My last visit took a little longer than usual, so the attendant gave me $10 off, which I was very thankful for in these hard time. 10/10

5 stars across the board! My 3 month old was crying in the back seat - and Billy (I think that was his name) was so kind and helpful throughout! The oil change was quick and Billy took my budget into consideration, presenting me with great options. I have not been to this location before, but I'll certainly come back as a result.

I waited quite a a while had 2 cars ahead of me, But still. Then my mechanic, was insistent I needed the 90 dollar oil change instead of the $55 dollar one. I took it only bc I'd already waited at least 30 min. Was late for work. No time for negotiations

I was here for 50 minutes for a standard oil change. This is the second time in a row I have had this experience at this location. The technicians are fine. The tech that was there stated he was the only person to show up all day, and he was trying to change 3 different car s oil at the same time. Management is lacking/ non existent. This place used to get you in & out in 10 mins. Something changed. I will never come back. And no I am not the type to leave reviews, but if something doesn t change this place will have to shut down.

Showed up at 5:50pm and sat in the bay for 45 minutes and then was asked to leave because they were closing. They didn t close for another 30 minutes. I had my oil changed on my 2020 Toyota Camry xse. They added 10 quarts of oil when it only takes 5. The guy had me start the car and never showed me the dipstick. I had to check myself and make them fix it. They did remove 5 quarts but my seals can be damaged now. This isn t rightService: Oil changeService: Oil change

The Mandeville shop on LA 22 seems to be challenged with getting enough people to work at this location. Once they started the work everything went fine, however the wait time was longer than I normally would expect. My experience honestly wasn t the greatest. I went for an oil change, and they went in and removed my air filter and tried to convince me to change it for better performance for like $40, when I can buy that from Autozone for $12-20 and change it myself, which I know had already done not long ago.Though the service was pretty decent speed, it ended up being a little more on the expensive side compared to other places that I ve been to. Not to mention the guy who serviced me asked me what I wanted, then gave me the most expensive oil on the menu, which wasn t what I had asked for. I didn t feel like waiting for them to empty the oil out and put in what I asked for. To compensate, he gave me a 25% off discount towards my next visit. Of course I m going back for that but afterwards, not sure.***Edit: I m increasing from 2 stars to 4. I went back for another oil change and this experience was a lot more pleasant. The worker that was goofing off and let it distract him from what I needed, wasn t there. While the two that were there this time were clowning amongst themselves, they didn t let their fun distract them from their work and I got exactly what I asked for. I m 100% for having fun at work but not when it affects your work or customer s satisfaction. Service was super fast. They filled my windshield washer fluid and applied my 25% off discount to my oil change. That s service I can go back to.Service: Oil change
