I am shocked by some of the reviews. However used cars have issues because they are used, they will have wear and tear. When you buy a car at an auction to sell on any lot, you are unable to do a full inspection at the time and most are now online with limited visibility to how well it runs or the cosmetic details etc. It is wise to have a nearby mechanic look it over perhaps on a test drive to see how it checks out before purchase. Warranties are recommended with any used vehicle as a safe keeping for unexpected issues. The dealer is not trying to rip anyone off with selling a car with unforseen issues that may arise which would be very bad for business. The owner does fix issues on cars before they are listed for sale and price is adjusted for additional cost of repairs. I know first hand about this. He has a good heart and has been successful in the car business a long time helping people get approved with good or bad credit. Ask for their lead salesperson Mr. ROY with your next purchase.

I stopped by this morning after seeing a car I liked on their website. I called first to see if it was still available before I made the trip out there. I was a bit hesitant at first with the google reviews, but once I arrived, Roy was extremely kind, and patient with me. This was my first time ever financing a car, so I had a million questions. He explained everything thoroughly every step of the way, and didn't once get frustrated with me...which was nice because like I said, I ask A LOT of questions. The whole process was smooth and I didn't feel pressured at all (that was also refreshing because I've been to dealerships where I was uncomfortable and felt like I was being backed into a corner). I also got a warranty! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This is a great place to buy an affordable car. I was able to trade a car I had issues with. I was only offered $1k for it but it was worth a little over $2k. I was desperate for a reliable car so I brought my Toyota car from here. The staff was friendly and allowed me to test drive different cars alone. So far my car has been reliable and it cost me $4k. I paid with multiple money orders.

Do not buy from these people. I was looking for a reliable car for my disabled brother-in-law and they sold me a car with serious mechanical problems and said "it didn't have any problems when you drove off the lot." A week and 200 miles later the window mechanism failed, camshaft sensor failed, car overheated and engine died. My mechanic told me both engine valve covers and gaskets were previously replaced and installed improperly and because of that the engine had overheated and damaged head gaskets before I bought the car.Oh yeah, I was sold a "warranty". It was useless because the warranty company told me the vehicle was already damaged when I bought it, and therefore the dealer was responsible. Of course, this dealer denies any responsibility.

Do not buy a vehicle from them. They will put Lucas oil treatment in the vehicles to cover up any noises and by the time you get home or the next day, you will find issues. The warranty they offer will be no good when you go to use it because the warranty company will tell you how the vehicle was already damaged previous and the dealership knew before selling. It s like having $1500 in your back pocket .. until you find out that the warranty is completely useless and won t cover anything because the engine is bad I bought a truck to use as a 2nd work truck. The truck was great, until the next day I m going to have it maintenanced like you should all used cars. Then the engine knock comes on and hear it stay after unless you do what they did to cover the knock. The engine will need to be replaced.

Ray and Roy were super helpful! They really saved the day for us! My son loves his car and they made it possible when we needed it most! Cannot say enough good things! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a good used car! Thank you Fontainebleau Auto Sales!

Looking for a 15-19 year old used Prius? Well look no further. Fontainebleau auto has the Prius market on lock . More than a dozen options, and the lot is filled with strictly Priuses

It was the worst sales experience I've ever encountered. Let me elaborate. Was very interested in a particular vehicle on this lot. Looked it over......noone came out of office, this went on for at least 15 minutes. Went into sales office, three men sat in there. Only one spoke, and asked how's it going. We replied and asked for keys to this vehicle. Man behind the desk stated the car was clean, everything worked properly and that "Superior"? Had checked out car, and nothing was wrong. Problem is, car s tires were dry rotten, air filter was nearly clogged up, and the a/c was not blowing anything close to cold.Once man behind the desk, who we now will refer to as Ray, was questioned, he literally blew up, became completely belligerent and said he would take 6000 cash, with no gas, no warranty, and no wash. Just count out 6k, and bye bye.We didn't even have a chance to make an offer. Go figure, this "Ray" is the reason folks are nervous about used car sales. Funny thing is, he did however mention that sales had been slow, and that it wasn't all it was cracked up to be.Considering his approach at sales.....it's gonna get a lot slower.Buyers beware. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. While they may seem reputable at first, and the sellers are certainly friendly enough until they've made their sale, they sell cheap, barely-functional cars at exorbitant prices. Avoid this place! The car I bought has given me nothing but trouble since the day I bought it, constantly breaking down due to the used parts they "frankenstein" together so the car can work long enough to sell. It wasn't until a few days after my purchase that I realized the broken cup holders in the back seat (which I had asked to be fixed before purchase) had been glued shut, making them inaccessible as well as unusable! Only buy from this dealer is you want to spend a lot of money to have a lot of headaches.

Popped in today for a quick look-see. They don't have many cars and the ones that are there are used. No one on the ground to come out and help you and when I pop my head inside the office it was extremely cold which was wonderful but the gentleman at the deaf was very shrewd and didn't want to be bothered as though he looked me up and down and said you don't qualify. Another salesperson came to the door minutes later and as I exited he actually followed me and gave me more information and welcomed me to pop in again when they have more cars in in a few days. He was helpful and courteous but I would not recommend the older crabby guy. Also when I asked about financing, credit scores and down payments again very short and saying always a down payment must have poor credit and unemployed and again if looks could kill you would not step foot through those Gates. Not worth a second trip for sure.

I purchased a car that broke down less than a week later. The owners told me there was nothing they could do. They wouldn t fix the car but after I was adamant about it getting fixed they finally got around to doing it. Then it turns out I lived down the street from the owner of the dealership and I know this bc when I was moving he left a handwritten note stating that he needed our change of address ASAP. It was really creepy and I think he was just waiting on me to miss a payment so that he could come repo the cars. Stay away from this place and the slime balls running it. There are plenty of other reputable places to purchase a car in the area.

They are dishonest and they take advantage of people who aren't accustomed to dealing with sleazy used car salesmen . Their website is a lie!!!! The advertised price isn't the real price! It's only for cash, and the internet price is b.s. also. I was excited. Got my tax refund, saw a car on the site and with the internet price it was good according to Kelley Blue Book. I had a $2500 down and assumed I was getting the internet price. The dealer distracted me with conversation as he did the ton of paperwork and after I signed everything I got to actually see the printed contract and I was charged $500 over the advertised price. He claimed he disclosed that to me. LIE!!!! Now I'm stuck with a supremely overpriced car!!!!

The older man who helped us (loosely stating help) became very defensive when I asked about a carfax or any service records. I couldn't get a word in while he rambled on and on in a negative manner, he even stated it would raise the price by 300 dollars per car! This is a complete lie. Businesses get a better deal but I just bought a 3 carfax deal for 59.00 dollars (3 separate searches). He is the epitome of the typical used car salesman, using misdirection, horrible attitude and complete fabrication of statements. I will never return to their lot.

Beware before you buy. This is a shady group of people. I bought a jeep from them which I have no complaints about the jeep my issue was with getting my tag. 2 weeks after buying the jeep I told them I needed my tag for work but they just made excuses and just gave me another temp tag which did not help because I needed a state issued tag. When I got down to less than a 1000 dollars lift on the jeep I fell behind by 1 week and they refused to give me my tag or another temp tag even after I told them I couldn't get back and forth to work without it. I believe they were trying to cause me to not be able to make the payments so they could repo a then resale it for almost the same price. If you read other reviews you will see that others have had the same problems with Fontainebleau auto sells. Thankfully I was able to come up with the money and pay off my jeep.

I'm only giving 1 star cuz I have to, it won't let me give them 0 stars.... I talked to Ray twice over the phone, even talked to him the day before I came to purchase a truck for CASH and after my long Uber trip there they were closed!! He could have told me that they would be closed when we talked on the phone, but NO, I was stuck outside in the rain for 2 hours waiting for a ride, all because he didn't mention they would be closed.... VERY BAD BUSINESS!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I wish my family and I would have read these reviews before making a purchase through a friend of Fountainbleau that uses their business license. It s been a nightmare!! Please have the car checked out by a certified mechanic, ask too see the title, and do not pay with cash please!!!!Oh, that bill of sale and temp tag is no good!

Just an awful experience, over priced on car then made my trade-in useless because of doctored documents. Don't buy from these people unless you want to regret it. These ingrates only care about their dollars. They'll sell you any junk they get their hands on. BEWARE BUYERS.

Other than the cash only sale, which is my reason for four stars, these guys are great. Very good vehicles for very reasonable prices, and easy people to deal with.

I would focus on the vehicle more than the sales people. Ray becomes angry easily and yes he will drive by your house.

I give em 1 star cause you can't choose half a star. Didn't receive my title from them until 8 months later. Cost me $840 to legalize paperwork. Had to keep going back to temp tag.

Garbage, stereotypical used car dealership. I've known many people who have bought from here, and no car buying story from this place ends well.
