I ve been having an issue with my truck and David took the time and care that was needed to help me out greatly and even went the extra mile. Got me in quick and didn t rush the job at all, at a great price as well. Good person to work with and I ll be back.

Always reliable and trustworthy, I d never take my car anywhere else. I ve trusted David s automotive with 3 of my vehicles. Each time the work was done right the first time and in a timely manner. He uses top tier parts and is an honest mechanic.

Went in for a transmission flush. Great family business. They were very warm and friendly. They went above and beyond with a hard freeze the night before. They were accommodating and inviting. This has become the shop I prefer for repairs. Will be using as needed for upkeep on my vehicle.

Great service and a fair price. He did exactly what I requested for the price he quoted without any hidden charges or upselling. I had a great experience with them. I would recommend them to any one needing an alignment or front end work.

Called ahead of time to make appointment. Brought the car in and was given a ride home since we live so close. They gave us an estimate based on a 4 speed transmission, but turned out to be a 6 speed. They kept the estimate the same as original. Kept us posted on the progress since they knew we needed the car to pick up the kids from school. Took a little longer than they expected, but still had the car back in time. Overall, amazing customer service, and the job was done to spec and at the originally quoted price. Highly recommend.

I have 3 young adult kids so several vehicles that need help from time to time. I also have a 92 Jeep Wrangler that needs some TLC from time to time. David and Kelly always take care of us and our vehicles competently, honestly, efficiently, and professionally.

Newly returned to the north shore and based on others' positive reviews of David's, I decided to give him a try with a difficult -to-diagnose issue on an older / abused jeep that I had acquired. His team ultimately diagnosed a bent rear axle(!!) and offered a seemingly fair price and quick timeframe to conduct this semi-involved repair/replacement. In the process, he also updated my brakes, replaced a worn serpentine belt and an oil change. The entire job was completed on time (48 hours between initial dropoff and ready for pickup) and appears to have addressed some real problems. They also seem willing and able to stand behind their work.Hopefully my next vehicle service will be less complex than this one but I will be returning. So far, very pleased with the repair...UPDATE - just returned from Dave's following my latest challenging diagnosis of a fouled heater system on a different vehicle. Repair completed successfully - I am again really pleased! Prior jeep repair still remains solid.Very good people here, workmanship and attention to detail. Solid!

I brought my RAV4 in on Monday morning & David promised it by Friday. He finished the major work by Tuesday morning & I picked up my RAV that afternoon at the agreed price. David's Automotive & Alignment did an excellent job on my vehicle repair. I had called around to several mechanics who could not fit my repair in for 4-6 weeks. David's was able to fit me in within one day!Very professional. Clean and organized reception and shop. Quality work. David's was a recommendation from a highly recognized auto parts supplier. Great Customer Service !!! Fast service on oil change & tire rotation. I recommend.tire rotation with every oil change. Your tires will last another 10,000 to 20,000 miles. All places will tell you; you don t need to rotate but your wallet will thank you. My wife left a thorough review about this company detailing facts not feelings on how we were treated/handled. Sorry you feel that way. Is the only response of cowardice he could muster to save face on reviews. He didn t deny what happened nor defend his actions. Which is very telling Bottom line, if you make an appointment be prepared for the owner to possibly wake up on the wrong side of the bed and forget his professionalism of running a successful business. Sorry you do business this way.

Not a good first impression. It was so bad that I walked out because I refuse to give business to extremely rude people! I would give no stars but I had to give at least one to be able to make this post.I arrived to David's shop at 8:55am for my 9am appointment. No employees there yet so my husband and I waited outside, which was fine. A guy got there around 9:15 and as he was walking up my husband said, in a very friendly manner, "you must be the boss man" to which the guy replied "no" and went inside. Another employee walked past and barely said good morning. My husband and I stood outside for a few minutes before we decided it must be okay to go in now. We walked in, the man sitting at the desk was the same man that told us he was not the owner, but come to find out he was infact the owner! I cannot stress enough how rude this man was and as I stated before, I walked out!!!He could have said something like:"Good morning, come on in""Good morning, I'm sorry for running a little late"He treated us like we were an inconvenience. I almost felt like I need to apologize for being there giving him business!

Absolutely wonderful and trustworthy! I grew up in a mechanic shop and David did not speak to me as if I was an unintelligent female! He gave me a price before my husband and I got there and when he gave us the total cost, it was actually $10 cheaper! David is very personable and very easy to talk to. He explains to you in detail without making you feel like you do not understand what is going on! David, me and my husband both thank you very much!
