I brought my vehicle in on Thursday and it was ready for pick up on Friday. I went to pick it up and had to turn back around to bring it back. Something else needed to be fixed that I was hoping to put off a little longer but oh well. These guys went above and beyond to get my 2002 running like brand new. Shout out to Jerry for everything. He is the one who told us to bring my vehicle in, he has kept us updated on everything, and helped ease our minds through the whole process. 10/10 recommend this company and location! We will be back for all future needs on all cars!

Very professional and friendly. Had a great experience. They diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning within 24hrs. All parts were received and applied very quickly. It's great to find a place with actual technicians who diagnose the problem rather than changing a bunch of parts until it's fixed. Plus, they back their work with a warranty. Highly recommend!

This is another great review for CBA. They have been repairing my 03 PTGT for several years, requiring some difficult work. There was the heater core and AC Evaporator R&R. Had to remove and reassemble entire dashboard. The fuel rail schrader started leaking and the part is no longer available new, so they found someone to clean and braze the old one. Walaa!! No more high end miss. This week, I asked them to troubleshoot the Air/Fuel gauge and check the new brakes. Rewired the gauge (correctly), and found air in the brake lines. All fixed.Love that they can work on this strange little hotrod.

I go in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and they come to me saying I m missing lug nuts which was false, then they say they can t get a lug nut on one of my studs., so I go home and do it myself it screwed on easy and fine. Then a few days later on another tire I had another lug not that was not put on rolling around in my hubcap, I had to pull over and put the lug nut on. Very dissatisfied, I ll never go back

Buying a car from a dealer nearby, Christian Brothers took a through look at the vehicle and provided a comprehensive report. The report not only highlighted the issues existing, but also things to look out for and keep an eye out for. Would recommend to anyone. Picture is the car I bought, nothing wrong with it yet.

We had an unknown headlight issue bugging us. We brought it to Christian Bros, check in took about 30sec and later that day we had an estimate for repairs.The next day after going through with the repairs there found the culprit! They were able to fix it that day and even saved us almost 500.00 in repairs.We will continue to bring our vehicles to them for service!

How did it take me THIS LONG to find Christian Brothers Automotive? They are conveniently located, professional, organized, and genuinely care about their customers having a good experience. My service advisor Jerry gave me an accurate quote over the phone (my cost actually ended up being a little less than quoted). I was greeted at the office, checked in, and given a ride back home in a clean, nice, professionally driven vehicle. I was informed of everything that was done for my vehicle, and the cost of each aspect, and the manager came out at the end to ensure I had a good experience. The combination of a professional, clean, NICE facility with locals who care, and a fair price is pretty much unbeatable. I can't recommend them any more highly.Service: Oil change

We just moved to the northshore. I always brought my car to the dealer for maintenance, but with the traffic over here, I wanted to find a smaller shop nearby. This place is amazing. It doesnt feel anything like a mechanic shop. Between the excellent customer service and the atmosphere, it felt more like waiting for my spa appointment. Never in my life have I had service techs with such exceptional customer service skills. As for the service performed, also excellent. They took my car back as soon as I arrived and were done in no time. My tires were actually rotated, which, believe it or not, has been a problem many times in the past. The tire rotation and basic mechanical inspection were included free of charge with the oil change. Since my vehicle is now out of warranty and we are suddenly putting a lot of miles on it, I am thrilled I found this locally owned and operated small business I can support and trust with our only vehicle.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The whole thing from start to finish was great. They were upfront with every step. They worked with my extended warranty directly and made sure I understood what it covered and what it did not. Every person I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable. Went in because of an engine issue. They diagnosed it and took the time to research solutions. They discovered and factory recall associated with my vehicle and did not charge me for any of their time. I will definitely go back to Christian Brothers in the future.

They repaired numerous oil leaks on my car, which is a 1962. They had trouble locating some of the old leaks, but took the time to do it over again, and find the problems. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable without being condescending and charge fair prices. They let you know which items need to be addressed immediately and what can wait. I am just blown away! We have a 2004 diesel Excursion and trying to find a good diesel mechanic in the area is like searching for a needle in a haystack so we were more than ecstatic to know they have a diesel expert! We had a double oil leak that no one could really pin point. They had me bring in the truck the morning after I called, did a courtesy but extremely thorough inspection, pinpointed EXACTLY what the problem was, had checked the truck front to back including photos of any areas of additional concern AND had an estimate emailed to me within about an hour. I gave them the go ahead and they had the parts delivered and was ready to roll the truck out the next day! Two days later something else (that he had already informed me could be a potential concern) went wrong leaving me stranded, I gave them a call and they had a tow truck to me within minutes, had the parts on the way, fixed the issue and had me back on the road in just a couple hours! I could not have asked for a better experience! These guys really do stand by their name. They are honest, thorough, professional and extremely well priced! I had my starter replaced last week in my Honda CRV. I called yesterday bc my car was hesitating starting and the lights were flickering, without an appointment I was told I could bring it right in. 15 minutes later they replaced my battery that I bought elsewhere and I was out the door. I cannot emphasize enough about the way they treat their customers!!

Had to get an engine replacement for my car while it was still under an after-market warranty. Rick was very nice and professional. He handled keeping me informed on where the mechanics were at with diagnosing my vehicle and filed the claim with the warranty company. If you're worried about bringing your car to a very expensive place that rips people off, then DO NOT GO HERE. They charge $100 an hour for an evaluation and they took well over 3 hours to evaluate our car. The evaluation fee alone was over $400, which other places charge $99-150. Also, the evaluation fee does not go towards work being done to the car if you choose to get the repairs done. You have to pay the evaluation fee plus repair cost for everything. (Note 95% of places always drop the evaluation fee when you choose to get repairs done with them) On top of that, yes it gets worse, they double charge you for parts and labor is outrageous. We chose to take our car without repair because of the cost and we left paying $463 total. They didn't put inside panels back on after evaluation and broke an interior door handle. That wasn't broken originally. We took our car and ran away.Christian Brothers Automotive, you should be ashamed as a company for what you do to your customers. I will include my husband's name, Dylan Lacoste. We just picked up our car today and I came straight home to write this review. We're taking our car to a place that has honest prices. I'm so disgusted by this experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Simply put - whether I need an oil change, tires rotated or I have a problem with my vehicle - each time I've been to CB I am greeted quickly and my vehicle is taken into the shop immediately for repairs. I sit in their clean waiting area where I am provided a lap desk for my computer so I can work while I wait. Within an hour I my car is ready to go. Staff are friendly and always explain what work was completed. Owner is knowledgeable and trustworthy. FIVE STARS.

I am sure these guys do a good job on services, but the prices are a total rip-off.To run a diagnostic on your car, they charge $125 which is more than an actual dealership service department charges (Bill Hood Chevrolet around the corner charges $119 for a diagnostic).They wanted to charge me $137 for a part that cost me $35.99 elsewhere, and $171 for a part that cost me $51 elsewhere. I looked up these parts online and didn't find any even close to the absurd price they wanted to charge. And the mechanic left his towel under the hood of my car.CB offers a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on their parts, maybe that is where the extra $100+ on each part comes from. They do a great job of explaining what they find in the diagnostic and give you a report with photos of what they found. They are very professional and I would have trusted them to get the job done, the prices just don t sit right with me.$134 for one hour of labor here.To replace 2 little parts on my car would have cost me a total of $894 at CB. Instead, I got my parts replaced somewhere else and it cost a total of $235.I recommend doing your research before agreeing to anything due to the up-charge on parts and service prices.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I always have a great experience when I come in for services. The person at the front desk is always kind and informative about all that is needed or recommended for my vehicle. And I can always rely on the job being done correctly without any hesitation! One thing I really appreciate is the clean lobby area I have ever seen at any car care center. Waste of time and money. They charge $125 for a service fee first off. Secondly they were going to charge me $8,000 for an engine replacement when the part itself is under $1,500. If you're looking to get ripped off look no further.I took my vehicle to a place down the road in Madisonville. This place changed my oil, educated me on what was going on with my engine, and told me the steps on how to keep it from happening. My bill was under $200 and my car is running perfectly.

Awesome customer service!! CBA keep you up-to-date on process that goes on with your vehicle. Through phone calls and text updates! When I arrived there I saw alot of luxury cars that they were servicing so I knew my 2014 r/t classic challenger was on good hands!
