Brooks is definitely my new go to for anything bike related. Caleb was very personable and helpful when I needed to get a few tools. The next day, I needed help with my tire so I returned and Kai was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me learn a few new things which gave me confidence to start and complete my journey ahead!! So thankful and appreciative!!

We rented a two person Surrey and bicycle tandem over three days. The surrey ride was fun as the rental place is just a block away from the lovely lake front park. The tandem ride is extensive as they are a few blocks from the Tammany Trace rail trail as well as the lovely quiet neighborhoods of Mandeville. Both vehicles were in good condition. They provided helmets, lock, and basket at no charge. Contact them in advance when renting the tandem so that they can get it ready as it does not rent often.

A great place to rent a bike for a day. Take a date out on a beautiful bike ride around the lake front and on the trail, the shop is so close both are easily accessible and provides great rates and services. No regrets, just a great time you can bet on!

Very friendly and helpful service. Very knowledgeable about thier craft as well as the surrounding area trails. They were very easy going and laid back. We were able to bring our bikes back after hours on a Sunday. No problem. Prices are very reasonable.

Brought my newly assembled road bike in for them to tune before use. Really quick service, super reasonable pricing, and friendly + knowledgeable staff. I'll be back -- these guys are great.

Recommend for bike rentals if you want to spend the day riding around old mandeville or Tammany trace. Really reasonable price for a full day rental, and really simple pick up/drop off. Rules were really straightforward. It s nice that they give you a bike lock if you decide to stop somewhere around town. Had a little basket in the bike, too, which came in handy for waters/bags as needed.

Visiting from Oregon and got a flat on the Tammany Trace Trail. Fixed it but went flat again. So glad there are bike shops along this trail. I know they are thinking of adding those lending bikes along here, but please consider the bike shops along this trail. Who would be helping us right now if we were on one of those? Support your local bike shops folks! Thanks for the help today! Oh and a PS...in and out in under 15 minutes. These guys rock!

I highly recommend this place for any bike servicing needs. Patrick and his staff were great. The entire experience was beyond easy. Patrick himself picked up and delivered my bikes. They put my son's brand new bike together fresh out of the box and brought my bike back to working order. I will definitely use them again!

This shop hands down is the best in town! The day started off from the Slidell trace station, my pretty little wife and I ride into Mandeville,have lunch and ride back to the car in Slidell. But this time when we finished eating lunch at the Beach and Grill off the Lake, I noticed my back tire was flat. NOW WHAT? My wife said she thinks there s a bike shop right here, about 100 away. Sure enough , these guys came to the rescue. They were fast, very nice, and cheap. What more can you ask for. He went over and beyond to accommodate us. They just earned my business from now on and yes I recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again!

We're from the Harvey on the Westbank. A couple of years ago, we had gone camping at Fountainbleau for a few days. My husband had been looking for a new bike but there was none to be had since bikes were in short supply everywhere during Covid. Hubby found a used one he liked and has been happy with it. The employee was very friendly & helpful. Went back a few months later for a tire repair, (another camping trip & got a flat) got it fixed it right away. Highly recommend this place.

An awesome shop and knowledgeable owner who is knowledgeable about all road and dirt trails and very involved in the community! The best bicycle rental business serving the area of mandeville and covington and slidell. Bike repair, new and used wide variety of bikes. They also offer kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals as well for lakes and many rivers in area. They have it all!

just so easy and helpful! like an idiot, i left my wife s front bike tire at home. we were planning on riding the trace all day, and she had special bike bags, so we couldn t exactly rent anybike. we live on the other side of the lake, so driving back to get the tire wasn t really an option. we found Brooks Bike Shop on the Tammany Trace website, and we are so glad we did! we told them what happened, and they started lookin through their bikes to find one with a back rack for the bags. then they suggested just renting us a bike tire for the day. while we thought that was a great idea, we wondered how expensive it was gonna be. he turned to us and said how s $5 sound? that was awesome! saved the day, for sure!

Stopped by yesterday with my son. He found a used bike he liked. Took it home for $10. Made both of our days! I saw a $500 bike I loved that would be a great replacement for my old and worn bike, but I'll have to save for a while. Thanks for the great visit!

6 of us rented bikes this weekend and rode all around Town and on the trails. Brooks had loads of bikes to fit all our different needs. Staff was awesome and easy to work with.

Our party rented 2 of the multi-person bikes and had a blast. We raced around old town Mandeville laughing, huffing and puffing the whole way.

A good place for a quick tune up. They do good and fast work. Will be goigm again for a tire change and full tune up.
