There's a few things that "palms" has done that have been way less than satisfactory.1. The car I bought from them started having problems within the 1st week of driving, it took them over 2 weeks to be able to get the car in their shop just to tell me "yes, there is a problem with the abs system, but it doesn't affect how it drives"...2. A couple months after that "diagnosis", the car started to have another problem, this time it was something to do with the steering linkage, and I could hear something rattle and the steering wheel shake every time the car went over a bump, pothole, or over 60 mph. We brought the car in over and over again for a few days at a time. Then one day they told me that it was something to do with the front right linear valve for the abs system, and that they had no idea how to fix it, but assured me "we'll do our best to make sure these problems are resolved for you". After that diagnosis, I was told I could pick the car up at anytime (I was told this on a friday), but when we went to pick the car up on Sunday, it was nowhere to be found. After quite a few straight to voice-mail call attempts, we were told "the auxiliary battery died, give me an hour and you can come and pick it up".3. Since the "final diagnosis", they told me over and over again (2 weeks in a row), "we are waiting on a call back from the warranty company". So one day during lunch while I was at work, I called the number myself, and they immediately picked up. Withing 5 minutes I found out that nobody had made any calls to the warranty company about the vehicle (route66 told me that any emails, calls, voice-mail, visits, or any form of contact is written down and noted on the vehicles profile information page that they have in their system".4. 2 weeks after the temp tag had expired, I got a call from keesler federal about the registration. They told me palms has sent everything over for me to register the vehicle, but they had no way to pay the sales tax, and that they had to put their house up as collateral just to be able to send the title in the first place. After about a week, keesler called me and told me about the process I would have to go through in order to obtain registration for the vehicle, and told me "the dealership told me that they are no longer in business, and that they don't sell, buy or do anything with cars anymore, and that as far as the sales tax (which they are supposed to pay) on my car goes, there is nothing they can do as they are out of business.It's kind of funny driving by every single day and seeing the "open" sign lit up, and plenty of cars on their lot.(Also just to add, one of the first times we brought the car in, after we got it back, there were women's sunglasses in the glasses holder above, and there were a good bit more miles on the car than before, so based on those two things my car was taken for a joyride WHILE both problems were occuring)Hands down one of the most dirty, deceitful places I've ever been. I feel ashamed in myself for falling for the facade they put on just to sell me the car.

We returned a month after initially stopping here to look at some cars and shopping around. After diligently researching all options we found the deal and car here at Palms to be the most compelling by far. We shopped around for months and never could find a better deal. I have to say that Tom, the owner, completely breaks the mold of the typical car salesman. He is honest, straight forward, and absolutely willing to work with you and make a deal. We are certainly not wealthy and he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got the car we wanted, and for what we both consider to be a great deal. The car is in mint condition and still under warranty! It goes without saying that future automotive purchases with be with Tom at Palms. The difference in service is just night and day with other dealerships, and believe me we looked at nearly all of them for 100 miles in each direction. While we were there I witnessed him working with others as well and I can't speak enough to the fairness and sincerity that he operates under. I truly believe (at the risk of sounding cliche) that we have found a friend along with the car. My mother was so nervous about buying a vehicle and he did everything under the sun to comfort and reassure her. There really wasn't much to reassure though because our car, like the others I saw there the several times we went, were in fantastic, or perfect condition. The quality of his selection truly warrants the "Luxury" in his moniker, "Palms Luxury Motors." Don't take our word for it though, stop by if you are looking for a new vehicle; it's absolutely worth your time. Thanks again, Tom. - Burton & Beth

Purchased a vehicle from here and had some problems pop up about two weeks later. The guys at Palms didn t give me any grief at all. Took the vehicle back and fixed the problem (just some computer reprogramming needed). Vehicle running perfectly ever since. They were awesome to deal with! 100% recommend buying here!

Typically car salesman aren't the most honest people however the owner of Palms Luxury is not one of those people. Tom was very honest and patient with us. We set out to buy a car for our son and have been to every dealership within a 75 mile radius of us. No one treated as well or was as honest at Tom. His entire staff were also very helpful. I also learned he has a mechanic shop on site and plan on bringing our vehicles there for some service. I highly recommend Palm Luxury Motors if you're looking for a vehicle!

I wanted to wait about a month or so to really get a good feel for my car before leaving a review. I m almost a month in and still just as happy and just as in love with my car as I was the day I got it. Mr. Tom is so nice and easy to work with, very stress free process. Love my car, 0 issues with it, and love the deal/price.

After being in the car business for almost 20 years in the parts business, you tend to be able to sniff out sneaky salesmen. So honestly when I needed to buy a new vehicle I definitely was not looking forward to the experience. I can gladly say that I did not get that feeling at Palms at all. As a matter of fact, if you want some pro be straightforward and honest, (rare in the car sales game) then this is the place to go. No hassle, no bull*hit, and no games. Mr. Tom is definitely one of the nicest and most cut to the chase kind of people I have met. He worked with my credit union to get the exact vehicle that I had been looking for. He also services on the vehicles as well. Just received a Christmas card from them with a service gift certificate inside that I will definitely be using!! If you want to get the run around and get stabbed in the wallet, go to another dealer and good luck. If you want to actually be treated fairly and with the kind of respect that is rare for a customer to receive these days, then go see Palms Luxury Motors.

Working with Tom and Roberto was awesome! I travelled over 1,300 miles to obtain my dream car from Palms Luxury Motors. From the beginning, I felt that Tom was very honest and I immediately felt comfortable in purchasing the vehicle sight unseen. When I arrived, the car was in the exact condition that was described. Tom and Roberto were great in keeping me updated throughout the process and they were even nice enough to pick me up from the airport. I would hands down buy another car from them.

In certain situations in life you just hope and pray for someone to just be honest, real and helpful in a time of need. I was in a time of need (kind of want also) in a new vehicle. Tom was that someone who was all 3 (Honest, real and helpful). Tom made my experience buying my new truck the best one I have ever had. Tom has true passion for selling cars and making people happy. I feel everyone needs to know about Palms Luxury Motors Inc. so they can experience the awesome experience I did. This is hands down the BEST place to go to by a vehicle. This is by far the best dealership I have worked with. I have bought around 6 cars now in my life and Palms made this one the easiest and fastest. Tom is excellent and will help find a vehicle that fits your budget perfectly, and will work side by side with you every step of the way. There is nothing hidden, he is very honest and transparent with each vehicle selected and will give great feedback to the buyer of the overall quality of what they're purchasing. I recently bought a Lexus here, and I was very impressed with the service of the dealership. I had been car searching for a couple of months, but this place had everywhere else I went to beat. They were very nice, straightforward, and down to earth. There wasn't any sort of high pressure sale feel the entire time I was there. The car itself works very well, and it feels good as new! I loved the whole experience and would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Bought 2 cars last week! Tom was so patient with me. He even invited me to watch online as he bid for my car! Very cool experience. So transparent!! Had concern on one car which turned out to be nothing. He treated me the same after he had my money. A sign of an honest and professional owner. If you are buying a car you need to meet Tom and do business with him!Thank you Tom...like you said. My car will find me. I m loving it!!

Hands down - the best car buying experience I've ever had. Roberto was very helpful and the process was fast and efficient. And the price was unbeatable. Please note that this dealership allows for pre-purchase inspections - a must for a happy car buying experience! Paper work was handled quickly and the final transaction was complete well under 30 minutes. All this adds up to a very stress-free car buying experience. Highly recommended!

Being a mechanic here is an absolute positive experience and highly functional and recommended shop that I would come to even if I never worked here. High quality work, and in a timely manner. Not a place where your vehicle would come back for the same repair over and over. Fixed and done properly the first time. I highly recommend this location for mechanical work and also if you're looking for a vehicle that doesn't require the first bit of work.

I have bought two cars from this dealership and both times were a great experience. The first car I bought I used the auction program - using this program you are able to find a broad range of vehicles that match your search criteria down to the smallest detail. The second car I bought from his lot and was in excellent condition. Palms also offers great financing rates and work well with car trade-ins. Not only do they sell cars but they provide great car maintenance. I have been upgrading my truck with a lift and tires.Palms has worked with me in finding the parts and installing them at a price that beats EVERY other dealership/auto shop around. Tom and Roberto are the best!

Palms Luxury Motors was easy to work with. Told Tom what vehicle I wanted and he soon had multiple ones for me to choose from. Picked the one I wanted and he had it within a few days. He handled all of the paperwork and even lined up financing for me. I didn't have to go into the showroom until I was ready to pick up my new car. Much easier than spending half a day haggling with a salesman at the dealership. Will be buying again! Thumbs up!

As a single female I always feel like a shop is trying to over charge me when I go in for serive. This is one of the few times I felt like they weren't trying to do that. I'm from out of town and needed my car fixed quickly. After speaking with Tom and the rest of the service department I really felt like they were trying to help me get home safely.

In a world where there is so much darkness at this time. . . It s such a blessing and a breath of fresh air to have purchased a vehicle from Mr. Tom Siravo at Palms Luxury Motors. From inception to conception, the process was smooth and painless. This car dealership breaks the mold and bad reputation that has been placed upon dealerships and car salesmen. My husband and I are truly grateful that God led us to this place. We will definitely be back and will never use another dealership again! Thank you!

I have bought several vehicles both personal and for business using the live auction with Tom Siravo and his firm, Palms Luxury Motors. I can not imagine any other way of making a vehicle purchase going forward than the system that Tom has perfected. It allowed me to have unlimited choice through national inventories with control of the vehicle purchase price through the auction process. Tom also provides efficient deal finalization, including both vehicle delivery and financing through Palms Luxury Motors network of logistical and financing experts. Whether it is service trucks, my personal vehicle, or the first vehicles for my daughters, the experience was consistantly efficient and the price paid was always in my control and very, very fair. Highly, Highly reccomended for any vehicle purchase.

Horrible car dealership. My son purchased a car and had it less than 3 hours when the engine died. I called the dealership and they towed it back to the shop and found a ruined engine. I get buyer beware but not only did they not offer any assistance with the engine, they now want the towing reimbursed and an inspection fee has been added on. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. JUST A DEN OF THIEVES.Just a reply to the comments left by the dealership below. They DID NOT attempt any sort of assistance with the problem other than it needs a new engine and we'll charge you about $2000 for it. The problem with the car was not caused by my son racing the engine or extreme driving as you say but was already present. I get it , buyer beware and it was a good lesson learned buy my son. Not all dealers are honest and palms luxury definitely falls into that category. I would advise never shopping there but if you do get that car inspected inside and out. Den of thieves.

I purchased an Infiniti Q50S from Tom and Roberto at Palms Luxury Motors and they made the buying easy. In the Process of purchasing the Infiniti, they helped me facilitate the sale of my classic car to a gentlemen in Florida. They handled the paperwork and collected the funds from that buyer, all at no cost! Great people to work with, not pushy, very transparent, plus I got a wonderful car at a fair price.
