Autoville has saved my bacon many times when I had my prior vehicle--an older Tahoe. They kept my car running for lots of years and always were available and helpful. I felt like a valued customer whenever I called with a problem. Now that I have a newer auto, I am using Autoville for regular oil changes and recently some new tires. Always great service and great staff!

This place is awesome! This is just 1 of the 2 places I always go to repair my Volvo and I have to say it s amazing and low priced too! Way better than driving 25 miles to Dealership across the bridge. It s close to my house, just right down the road so I can save gas money and less expensive than the dealership too. For so long I thought that the only place I could take my Volvo to was the dealership to fix it, but I am so overjoyed and happy that there is a place down the road that does things, right, that s way less expensive, and helps me save gas all at the same time! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who lives close by!

I brought my car to Autoville in 2019 for a 2nd opinion after another repair shop presented an extensive, costly list of repairs. I checked my maintenance, repair records so I knew the 1st repair shop's list included recently replaced parts as well as an idea of what the costs should be. Autoville was honest about the necessary repairs and costs, saving thousands over the other estimate. Autoville never tried scare tactics as the other shop attempted.Since 2019, Autoville is the only shop I bring my car for maintenance, repairs, tires because I Trust them. The techs are knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to explain and are upfront with the costs, which are very reasonable (compare). Autoville is an ethical, trustworthy business and I highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my vehicle here last July to get it diagnosed after reading good reviews and seeing that they had an opening spot the next day.Autoville ended up quoting me $4,300 for repairs that needed to get fixed. They mentioned that I wouldn t be able to find these parts at a better price and that these parts needed to be replaced.After further research and visiting with my main mechanic, about $2,000 in parts weren t necessary at all. One of the parts, they quoted me $1,500 for but after I talked to my main mechanic and did some research online, I didn t even need this part ..I needed a $5 o-ring that goes in this part.I ended up looking up all the parts Autoville quoted me for online (which I was told I wouldn t find these parts for cheaper than this) and I found all these OEM parts online with 2 day shipping for half the cost I was quoted for. (This was for parts only/labor was not factored into the price of the parts)Seems like they make a good bit of money by upcharging on parts and telling the customer that they won t be able to find the parts for less than they are charging.Always do your research and always get a second opinion from someone you trust.

I've had a couple of repairs and/or work done on my 2006 Chevy Silverado over the last 2 months. The staff (David, Sean & Brett) have all been very helpful and knowledgeable in giving me feedback and updates on services to my Chevy. I am excited to say the work performed by the Technicians have been superb. I plan to go back for future work as needed. Autoville has become the #1 stop shop for my Chevy needs. I tell everyone who crosses my path to go to Autoville! I ve been coming here for everything since I started driving. On top of a friendly staff with great customer service, they are always 100% honest with you and fill you every step of the way. I was recently having some trouble with my car and automatically brought it to them like I always do, not realizing my car was still under warranty. They realized it and called me to tell me to bring it to the dealership since it was still under warranty. I don t know of any other place that would be so honest about that and lose out on that business that would ve cost me a pretty penny. And they emailed me their notes of what needed to be replaced and what was wrong with it so I was able to know what I was talking about with the dealership. Very thankful for this honest business that goes above and beyond for their customers!

I have been a very satisfied customer at Autoville, since shortly after they opened.I am there several times a year for routine maintenance, and I have had minor and major repairs done through the years. Always had a positive experience at this store. I had a billing issue pop up and they handled it quickly and without hassle. Have always been satisfied with the quality of their work. The best auto/tire service anywhere! Knowledgeable and dependable service rated #1 for me! Been using Autoville for a long time from replacing a Jasper engine in my 2003, set of tire changes, brakes and shocks to regular maintenance. I recently had a long car trip coming up and discovered an almost flat tire the afternoon before I was to leave. Thus I proceeded to Autoville and they were able to rearrange some work in order to accommodate my need that afternoon. So they really helped me out of a jam which was greatly appreciated!

Just Picked up my car from this location. Had all of my belts replaced, new tires, and oil change for an extremely reasonable price. The staff were very professional,(I spoke with Darren for the most part) from drop off to pick up and everything inbetween. Could not recommend this place more. I have used Autoville for over 6 years now. They are always extremely helpful and have never tried to find "phantom" issues with my car to charge me extra. Due to this, I actually travel from New Orleans to this location to get my car serviced. They are quick with oil changes and tire rotations. Highly recommend this place!!!. Needed 2 new tires to get back to Texas safely. Not only did they give me a quick appointment, they also went above and beyond to send me off with a safe car and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They even checked on me a few days later via text.

Autoville has always been a pleasure to work with. I have never had any issues with them in over 10 years.
